Saturday, Sept. 8, teens will play their hearts out for a chance to add their name to The Kamiaxe, the grand prize at Mukilteo’s annual Battle of the Bands competition. Other prizes include “best of” guitar, bass, vocals and drums, all awarded by professional musicians.

The top two bands, decided by a combination of audience and judges’ favorites, will play on Sunday at the Main Stage at the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival on Sept. 9.
