BOATING SKILLS AND SEAMANSHIP: 12-week course, 7 - 9 p.m., beginning Feb. 14.  This class covers all aspects of boating, and is good for both novice and experienced boaters.

In addition, it meets the educational requirements for the WA. State Boaters Card.
