Did you know that the Enviromental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends regular professional carpet cleaning to increase the air quality in your home?  Depending on how many people and/or animals live in your home the EPA reccomends professional carpet cleaning every 3-12 months.  Esentially your Carpet acts as a giant filter in your home collecting all the dust mytes, pollen and other allegens and then slowly releases them back into the air.  One of the ways that you can increase the quality of life for you and your family is by having your carpets professionally cleaned using the hot water extraction method reccomended by your carpets manufacturer.

Vacuuming properly and regularly can also help the air quality of your home.  Always remember to empty your bag or canister at 1/2 to 2/3 full.  Take your time, slow down when you are pulling the vacuum toward yourself, and do 5-6 passes on high traffic areas.
