Cascade beats Kamiak 9-4 | Prep baseball

The Kamiak baseball team lost it’s second game of a three-game series to Cascade on Wednesday, April 23, falling 9-4 to the Bruins.

Cascade led 1-0 going into the third inning when Kamiak scored four runs. Cascade went on to take the lead after a run in the fourth, followed by two in the fifth, three in the sixth and two in the top of the seventh.

The Bruins won with nine runs off 12 hits and one error, while holding Kamiak to four runs off six hits.

Kamiak, now 1-8 in league and 3-11 this season, will finish the series against the Bruins on Friday, April 25 at Cascade at 4 p.m.
