Cascade Symphony kicks off 52nd season

The Cascade Symphony Orchestra kicked off its 2013-14 season with a sold-out concert featuring soloist Efe Baltacigil on cello at the Edmonds Center for the Arts last month.

Upcoming CSO performances include "Happy Holidays" on Monday, Dec. 16, and "Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto" on Monday, Jan. 20, with violinist Alexander Velinzon as featured soloist in the January concert.

All concerts are at 7:30 p.m. at the Edmonds Center for the Arts located at 410 Fourth Ave. N. in Edmonds, unless otherwise noted.

Four-concert season tickets are available for $80 ($64 for seniors) through the ECA. Individual concert tickets are also available, but should be purchased well in advance, as recent performances have been sold out.
