City, Swedish, Chamber to host roundtable forum
The City of Edmonds, together with the Port of Edmonds, Swedish/Edmonds, and the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, will host a roundtable forum to discuss economic development in South Snohomish County.
Troy McClelland, President & CEO of Economic Alliance Snohomish County, will be on-hand to discuss EASC’s vision and what they are working on in the “economic development arena”.
The meeting will take place on Friday, May 11, from noon-1 p.m. in the Plaza Room above the Edmonds Library, located at 650 Main Street.
The goal of the forum is to introduce the EASC to South Snohomish County business leaders and to get feedback and views on what Edmonds/South Snohomish County needs to maximize the economic development potential of our area.
Mayor Dave Earling said “It is important for Edmonds and South Snohomish County to become a player in the long-term economic health of Snohomish County.”
