Exhibit features artist Jerry Newport

Open Mic Night

Kamiak Junior Cheer Clinic

9:30 a.m. The Kamiak Cheerleaders are hosting a clinic open to all pre-school, elementary and middle school students in the Kamiak High School gym. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the clinic runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Your $40 registration fee gets you a junior cheer T-shirt, lunch and entrance to the Mukilteo Lighthouse Parade on Sept. 7 to perform with the Kamiak Cheer Squad. A World of Sweets in Washington State

11 a.m. to noon. Kids Book Exchange

11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring your used kids books to the Japanese Gulch. Japanese Gulch Group will have tables set up. Take what you want, leave what you want. If there are books left over, the group will sell them to Half Price Books. The proceeds will go to Japanese Gulch. Guided tours of Japanese Gulch will be available. Library Friends celebrate 50th

2-4 p.m. Friends of the Mukilteo Library will celebrate their 50th anniversary in the library's meeting room. All Friends and the public are invited. Refreshments will be served. Basketball camp

Kamiak Knights Boys Youth Camp for 3-7th graders is June 17-20 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Grades based on 2013-2014 school year. Register for Y T-ball and baseball

Registration for the Mukilteo Family YMCA Summer T-ball and Baseball season is now open for boys and girls ages 3-9. T-ball is open to boys and girls ages 3-4 and 5-6 and baseball is open to boys and girls ages 7-9. Practices start the week of June 17 with the season wrapping up Aug. 3 or 17, depending on age. Cupcakes and Games

1 p.m. The Mukilteo Library repeats its popular end-of-school-year celebration this year. The library will provide the cupcakes, frosting and candy. Compassionate volunteers needed!

Hospice & Home Care of Snohomish County is looking for volunteers to help in a multitude of ways—visiting patients, delivering supplies, working in the office, helping with events, etc. Information Sessions are held the third Wednesday of each month and are offered in the afternoon one month, and the evening the next.
