For ages 12-18.  Get fit, feel good and raise self confidence in this FUN fitness class.  No workout is ever the same to keep you engaged and motivated, and the movements are things you do naturally when you play - run, jump, climb, throw, push, pull, and lift.

Open to ALL fitness levels.

Meets Tuesdays and Thursday from 3-3:45 p.m. at CrossFit Industrious 21619 Hwy 99 Suite H.  Cost $50.
