Free summer food program for children

The Mukilteo School District is sponsoring the Simplified Summer Food Program for Children. Meals will be available at no charge to attending children 18 years of age and younger.

Meals will be provided at the sites listed below at the following times:

Horizon Elementary, 222 W. Casino Rd. in Everett. Program runs from June 25 to Aug. 24. Breakfast served from 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m., Monday through Friday, during the weeks of July 2 and July 31 only. Lunch served from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. Snack served from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the week of June 25, from July 9 to 27, and from Aug. 6 to 25.

Odyssey Elementary, 13025 17th Ave. W. in Everett. Program runs from July 9 to Aug. 24. Breakfast served from 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m., Monday through Friday. Lunch served from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Voyager Middle School, 11711 4th Ave. W. in Everett. Program runs from June 25 to Aug. 24. Breakfast served from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., Monday through Friday. Lunch served from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.

No meal service will be available on Wednesday, July 4 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

All meals are available without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
