Coach: Mike Harlow

Number of athletes: 14 on varsity, 32 in program

Last season: The Knights finished with a 6-10 league record to finish in fourth place in the Metro Conference. This season the team moves to the Wesco division.

Strengths: “Our attack is really strong this year and our defense, we're returning four long-poles playing defense so we'll be pretty strong there,” said head coach Mike Harlow. He said though the team is young, there are a lot of very talented players moving up in the program.

Focus: “Team chemistry,” said Harlow.

Captains: Senior Liew Rust and junior Miles Craggs.

“We've got a really fast team this year, a lot of new kids, but we'll be really athletic and fast, moving the ball around,” said Rust.

Games to watch: “Snohomish is our last regular season match of the year, so we're looking forward to that but also Everett,” said Harlow.

The Knights will play Snohomish on

Kamiaks’ first game of the season will be on March 18 at Shorecrest.
