Kamiak falls to Cascade, finishes third in league | Prep football
The Kamiak football team lost to Cascade on Friday, Oct. 25. The final score was 28-14 for the Bruins.
With the loss, the Knights finish in third place in the Wesco 4A south division, while the Bruins earn the No. 2 spot.
Kamiak trailed 7-0 at the end of the first quarter. Joseph Binda scored off a 15-yard run in late the second quarter, but the Knights were down 21-7 at halftime.
In the third quarter, Tyler Webley caught a 4-yard pass from quarterback Tyler Becker, the only Kamiak touchdown of the second half.
Cascade scored once in the fourth quarter, earning the Bruins the win.
Kamiak, now 3-2 in league and 5-3 overall this season, will play Arlington on Friday, Nov. 1 in a Wesco crossover game.
