Kamiak soccer shuts out Jackson

The Kamiak High School boys soccer team traveled to Lake Stevens High School to take on the Vikings soccer teams on April 16.  The Kamiak JV and varsity teams each suffered a 2-0 loss to Lake Stevens.  Above, Kamiak junior Zach Bush winds up for a shot against Lake Stevens.

The soccer teams were in action again on April 19, hosted by Jackson High School. The JV team walked away with a 2-2 tie against the Timberwolves, while varsity won in a 4-0 shutout.

The Knights goals were scored by junior Zach Bush, senior Colin Higman, senior Magnus Lagerkrans and senior Alec Harrison. Sophomore Jacob Parker was in the net for the Knights.

Kamiak will take on Cascade High School on Friday, April 26, at 7:30 p.m. at Everett Memorial Stadium. The Knights will host Lynnwood High School on Monday, April 29, at 7:30 p.m.
