Kiwanis flippin’ flapjacks for a good cause

Join the Mukilteo Kiwanis Club for its eighth annual Pancake Breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 9, at Olympic View Middle School.

Thanks to local businesses and Kiwanis members, the club will again have the "biggest raffle in town."

Enjoy live entertainment from band and choir students in the Mukilteo School District and a chance to win more than 50 raffle prizes.

The entertainment schedule for the breakfast is as follows:

8-8:20 a.m. Explorer Bluegrass Club

8:30-8:50 a.m. Mariner Choir

8:50-9:15 a.m. Picnic Point Choir

9:20-9:40 a.m. Explorer Jazz Band

9:40-10 a.m. Kamiak Barbershop Boys/Girls

10-10:20 a.m. Olympic View Band

10:30-11 a.m. Voyager Band

11-11:30 a.m. Discovery/Olivia Park Band

Prize categories for the raffle include dining out, fun and fitness, stocking your pantry and much more.

Advance tickets are $6 per person or $25 per family (up to five) or $7 each at the door.

Pick up your tickets at the following locations in Mukilteo: Chamber of Commerce, Papa Murphy’s, Travis Industries, The Cutting Lounge, The Bank of Washington. Or get tickets at Jewelers Choice in Everett or from any Kiwanis member.

The community is also welcome to attend one of the Kiwanis Club’s Wednesday meetings at 7:30 a.m. at the Pointe Restaurant at Harbour Point Golf Club.
