Links and Alliances Conference Nov. 16 at EvCC
Watch the movie “TRANS” and attend workshops about relationships, coming out, bullying and staying healthy at the Links and Alliances Conference 10 a.m.- 8 p.m. Nov. 16 at Everett Community College’s Jackson Center.
The conference is for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth and their allies. This is the conference’s 17th year.
The cost is $25 for adults (including meals and an evening movie). For youth age 14-20, attendance is free. Scholarships are available for adults.

The conference features a showing of “TRANS,” a documentary about the transgender experience. Marsha Botzer and Breanna Anderson from the Ingersoll Gender Center in Seattle will lead a discussion after the film.
Continuing Education Units are available for this event.
The Links and Alliances Conference is sponsored by EvCC’s Outreach, Diversity and Equity Center; Snohomish Health District; Compass Health; Snohomish County Human Services and other community agencies from Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom counties.
