Jan. 8

Warrant Arrest – 12400 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle at the location. The driver had a misdemeanor warrant out of King County for assault. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was transported to the Snohomish County Jail. The jail staff refused to accept the subject because the warrant was not for a domestic violence assault. The subject was transported back to her vehicle and the warrant was re-entered into the system.

Traffic – 8400 blk SR-525

A passer-by advised of two black and white dogs running in the roadway. An officer checked for the dogs, but they were not located.

ID Theft – 800 blk Webster St.

A complainant requested contact at the police station for an identity theft report. He said that he recently conducted a credit check and saw an unknown account opened in his name. The complainant advised that company would not give him any information without a police report, so he had no further details.

Traffic Hazard – 4200 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to a report of two large bricks in the lane of travel near the location. The officer located the “bricks” and discovered they were sponges.

Suspicious – 2nd St. & Prospect Ave.

A caller requested a phone call in regards to a suspicious vehicle in the area. She described the vehicle as a red truck occupied by one male. The male was stopped along the side of the road and was texting. The caller confronted the male and he became upset and used profanity toward her. The male told her that he was doing remodeling in the area. There was no crime and the caller was warned about the dangers of confronting people.

Information – 6200 blk Harbour Heights Pkwy.

A caller reported an order violation against her husband. She said her husband’s girlfriend was in a silver passenger car sitting in front of her residence. The officer determined that the caller “thought” it was her husband’s girlfriend, but did not know for sure because she has never met her but has seen photos. The husband was not in the vehicle and the woman made no attempt to contact the caller. The order only covered the husband and did not mention his girlfriend. The caller also advised that a few days prior, someone opened the doors on her vehicle and she found a pair of glasses on her vehicle. There was no violation. A report was taken and the caller requested extra patrol.

DWLS 3 – 1900 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a subject for a traffic infraction and cited him for driving with a suspended license.

Vehicle Prowl – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller said that his vehicle was prowled overnight. There are no suspects at this time.

Collision – 9200 blk SR-525

A vehicle swerved to avoid a cat and hit a fence near the location. The collision was non-reportable. The driver and homeowner exchanged information.

Vehicle Prowl – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported that his vehicle was prowled overnight. There are no suspects at this time.

Jan. 9

Agency Assist – 4300 blk 130th Pl. S.W.

Snohomish County Jail requested officers notify the resident that her husband was due to be released from jail within the hour. An officer contacted the resident and gave her the information.

Traffic – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525

A caller reported a recklessly driven black truck that cut him off, then got out of his vehicle and “flipped” off the caller, got back in the vehicle and sped off. The vehicle was last seen traveling westbound on Harbour Pointe Boulevard. The vehicle was not located and was registered out of Port Angeles.

An officer stopped a vehicle and cited the driver for driving with a suspended license.

DWLS – 10900 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle and cited the driver for driving with a suspended license.

Fire Assist – 12700 blk SR-525

Officers responded to the location for a large gas spill. An officer determined the spill was in the parking lot and that the Police Department was not needed.

Vehicle Prowl – 5400 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to a vehicle prowl that occurred sometime the previous night. The officer discovered a GPS and vehicle insurance card were missing from the vehicle.

Theft – 7300 blk 48th Ave. W.

A caller requested contact in regards to a package stolen off her porch in December. An officer was still on scene at press time.

Collision – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was on scene of a vehicle collision at the location at press time. No other information was available.

Follow-Up – 5300 blk 149th Ave. W., Lynnwood

Officers responded to the location and made contact with a vehicle prowl suspect at the location. The case is under investigation.

Follow-Up/Collision – 5500 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller wanted to know if she could pursue charges against an individual that she let drive her car before he crashed it. An officer explained to her that it was a civil problem.

Follow-Up/Vehicle Prowl – 13200 blk 45th Pl. W.

An officer responded to the location to check a neighbor’s video surveillance in this incident.

Suspicious – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

An officer responded to two men possibly prowling a car at the location. One of them was the registered owner. He had accidentally locked his keys in the car.

Assault 4 – 9000 blk 45th Pl. W.

During an argument a man threatened his father, putting him in fear. The son was booked into the county jail.

Juvenile Problem – 8800 blk SR-525

Officers responded to the location for a girl out walking at 1:30 a.m. The officers contacted the girl and brought her back home. Her mother did not know that she had left the house.

Jan. 10

Theft – 4700 blk 116th St. S.W.

A caller reported that sometime during the previous night someone stole the batteries from two company trucks. The batteries had been mounted on the outside of the trucks.

DUI – Chennault Beach Rd. & SR-525

An officer responded to the above area for a report of a possible DUI. The officer determined that the driver was not intoxicated.

Collision – 12000 blk Clubhouse Ln.

Officers responded to the area for a one-vehicle collision. The driver had been eastbound on Clubhouse Lane when her vehicle veered off the roadway and struck a tree. She was transported to the hospital by aid.

Theft – 1900 blk SR-525

A caller reported that his wife’s credit card had been stolen out of the mailbox and had been used at several locations in Everett.

Malicious Mischief – 4200 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

Staff at the location reported that sometime during the previous week, someone cut the gas lines on one of the company vans.

Harassment – 10300 blk Marine View Dr.

A caller reported an ongoing problem of being harassed by a known subject. An officer contacted the subject’s mother and is waiting to hear back from him.

DWLS – 4400 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and found the driver was driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released.

Assist Fire – 1400 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd.

An officer was dispatched to assist aid with a 39-year-old man who was unconscious after consuming alcohol. The officer and aid were cancelled prior to arrival, as the man was standing and awake.

Public Assist – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

A passer-by came to the police station to turn in some unused prescription medications.

Found Property – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

A caller advised she found what appeared to be a small amount of meth in the 10200 block of SR-525 this morning. An officer booked it into evidence.

Collision – 84th St. S.W. & SR-525

An officer was dispatched to the above area for a two-car collision. There were no injuries.

Public Assist – 84th St. S.W. & SR-525

An elderly man ran out of gas and was given a courtesy transport home.

Follow-Up – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

A man brought a coat and I.D. to the police station for his son, who had been arrested yesterday. He was advised that his son was at the Snohomish County Jail.

Suspicious – 4800 blk 92nd St. S.W.

A passer-by reported hearing a woman yell “Let me go” in the park. Officers conducted an extensive area check of the park, including the trails and wooded areas, and did not locate anyone.

Public Assist – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

A subject from Connecticut who was only staying in Mukilteo for a few nights reported that his ex-girlfriend posted his personal/financial information online back home. He was referred to contact his home agency.

Assist to Aid – 13500 blk 42nd Ct.

Officers responded to a report of a non-responsive female cancer patient. She was transported by aid to a hospital.

Welfare Check – 5100 blk 81st Pl. S.W.

A woman in Marysville requested a welfare check on her friend. The caller’s friend was not at her last known residence in Mukilteo and was last seen with friends in Everett yesterday. It was determined that the friend wanted to stay out with her friends tonight.

Jan. 11

Civil Standby – 12400 blk Evergreen Dr.

A caller reported that there was to be a wedding at the location, and the parents of the groom, who were opposed to the wedding vowed that “This wedding will not happen.” He was concerned that they would show up and cause a problem. An officer stood by in the parking lot. There were no problems.

Traffic Hazard – 600 blk Front St.

A caller reported that the parking lot was flooding. The flooding was caused by heavy rains and high tide.

DUI – 8500 blk SR-525

Officers were dispatched to an area check for a possible DUI. The vehicle was stopped for various violations and the suspended driver was arrested for DUI. He refused the breathalyzer test.

Collision – 84th St. S.W. & SR-525

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a possible collision. Both vehicles were gone on arrival.

Party – 8600 blk 45th Pl. W.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a loud party. The subjects agreed to quiet down.

Suspicious – 8000 blk 40th Ave. W.

The business owner reported that a subject associated with a white truck was trying to use a gate code to enter the property. Although the subject had a storage unit and recently signed a contract the owner did want him at the location. The subject and vehicle were gone on arrival.

Theft – 9400 blk 48th Ave. W.

A caller advised that a credit card and cash was stolen from her room. She believes that her son is responsible. The case is under investigation.

Assist Law – 9800 blk Harbour Pl.

A caller reported that her business had just been “egged”. It was determined that the incident had actually occurred in Clinton and the call was referred to Island County.

Jan. 12

Civil – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to the location for a malicious mischief report. The officer found that the window of a vehicle had been broken by a golf ball from the golf course.

Fraud – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A victim reported finding unauthorized charges on his debit card.

Missing Child – 10600 blk 47th Pl. W.

Officers were dispatched to the location for a report of a missing 3 year old. The officers were cancelled prior to arrival, as the child had been found hiding in a locker.

Harassment – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to the location for a harassment report. The officer was still on scene at the time of this report.

Suspicious – 3600 blk South Rd.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for an older man associated with a blue truck that was possibly siphoning gas from vehicles. The subject was not located and there was no evidence of any crime.

Jan. 13

Attempt to Contact – 10200 blk 48th Ave. W.

The King County Medical Examiner’s Office requested officers contact the resident and notify her that her son was deceased. The medical examiner also requested that the resident call them. The information was relayed to the resident, and she had several family members at the residence with her when officers arrived.

Parking – 600 blk Front St.

Everett Transit requested an officer check on a delivery truck that was blocking access to Lighthouse Park. An officer contacted the delivery truck driver and he moved the vehicle. He was warned about blocking the entrance to the park.

Animal – 600 blk 3rd St.

A resident had questions about her neighbor feeding seagulls. An officer answered her questions.

Protection Order/Arrest – Cyrus Way & H.P. Blvd.

While on patrol, an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction and discovered the driver was the respondent in a domestic violence protection order out of King County. The protected person turned out to be the passenger in the vehicle. Two children were in the vehicle, and they were also listed as protected persons. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license and then booked into the Snohomish County Jail for violation of the order.

Unwanted Subjects – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd.

Employees at the location reported that they had two guests refusing to check out. Upon the officer’s arrival, the subjects were leaving and advised that the staff members had not given them enough time to pack their belongings. There were no problems and the subjects were cooperative.

Vehicle Prowl – 5400 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller advised that sometime during the night of Jan. 8, someone entered his unlocked vehicle and took a hunting knife and Leatherman’s tool. There are no suspects.

Welfare Check – 500 blk Clover Ln.

A caller advised that he had not heard from one of his employees in several weeks and was concerned about her. Officers made contact with the employee at her residence and determined she was fine. She advised the officers that she would call her employer.

Collision – 11000 blk SR-525

Vehicle 2 stopped for traffic at the location, Vehicle 1 was following Vehicle 2 and Vehicle 1 rear-ended Vehicle 2. There were no injuries.

Mental – 1000 blk Campbell Ave.

A resident originally called 911 and hung-up. He then called back and said, “You people are idiots,” and yelled that the Fire Department could not find his house a month ago and demanded to talk to the fire chief. He would not answer the door for officers.

DWLS – 11600 blk Harbour Reach Dr.

An officer cited a driver for driving with a suspended license and driving without liability insurance.

Theft – 10200 blk SR-525

A white man with black hair and a black jacket took a Blu-ray player from the location. He left on foot and was not located. The case is under investigation.

Warrant Service – 8300 blk SR-525

Officers contacted two suspicious people at the location. One of the subjects had three warrants totaling $18,000. He was booked into the Lynnwood Jail.

DWLS 3 – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525

An officer stopped a driver for a traffic violation and cited him for driving with a suspended license.

Suspicious – 11400 blk SR-525

Officers responded to two suspicious subjects at the location. The officers contacted the subjects and discovered that they were dumpster diving. The officers wrote them up and moved them on.

Found Property – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

While checking out her patrol car, an officer found a BIC lighter and a small amount of money in a plastic bag. They were booked as found property.

Vehicle Theft – 800 blk 4th St.

A caller reported that her black 2005 Ford Escape was stolen at about 3 a.m. She also reported that her other car was prowled and that her husband’s wallet was taken from that vehicle. An officer listed the Escape as stolen.

Jan. 14

Agency Assist – 121st St. S.W. & SR-525

Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance with containment for a burglary that just occurred on 121st Street S.W. Three male suspects were last seen running Westbound on 121st toward SR-525 after being confronted by the victim. They were described as white, wearing dark jackets and hoodies and two had long blonde hair. One of the men attempted to assault one of the victims with a metal pipe. A K9 unit responded, but they were not located.

Follow up/Vehicle Recovery – 1600 blk Debrelon Ln.

A passer-by reported an abandoned suspicious vehicle in the area that showed up overnight. The vehicle turned out to be the Ford Escape stolen earlier in the morning. The registered owner was contacted and retrieved the vehicle. The suspect or suspects removed the car stereo and speakers. There are no suspects. The vehicle was removed from stolen status.

Fight – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd .

Officers responded to a fight between two students at the location. One of the combatants admitted to the fight, the other said he fell down and sustained a knot and cut just above his eye and denied being in a fight. There were witnesses who confirmed the two were fighting. Aid responded and treated the injured student.

Collision – Harbour Heights Dr. & H.P. Blvd.

An unknown caller advised of one car in the median that had struck a sign. An officer and aid responded and were unable to locate a collision or any evidence that one occurred.

Unwanted Subject – 11100 blk SR-525

A supervisor at the location requested contact because an employee was refusing to leave when asked. While officers were en route, the incident started to become physical with pushing and shoving. Officers arrived and the parties were separated. The employee agreed to leave and call the company later to determine if he would still be employed. The employee left without incident. There was no crime.

Trespassing – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

The manager at the location requested officers remove several subjects in two different rooms at the hotel. The subjects were unregistered guests and the person who rented the rooms was not on scene. Officers contacted three subjects. They were trespassed from the property and advised if they returned they would be arrested for trespassing.

Trespassing – 11700 blk SR-525

Employees at the location requested that officers respond and remove two men from the store because they were being verbal with employees. Officers contacted the subjects and both were served with trespass paperwork and both left without incident.

Missing Person – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller advised that she was concerned for her husband. She said that he left last night in Lynnwood with a fever and has left like that in the past. It was determined that the caller’s husband was missing from unincorporated Snohomish County and the call was referred to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. The wife called later and advised that her husband returned home.

Suspicious – 1100 blk Campbell Ave.

A caller requested a phone call in regards to a man in a red or maroon Oldsmobile “acting weird.” The man stopped the vehicle and just sat in the middle of the road. An officer called the caller and then checked the area. The vehicle was not located and there was no crime.

Animal – 1200 blk Mukilteo Ln.

A caller requested contact at the dog park in regards to an aggressive dog that attacked her dog. An officer contacted the caller and also talked to the other dog owner. Both had conflicting stories and there were no visible injuries on the caller’s dog. There was only one person in the area and that person did not see the dog attack.

Suspicious – 8400 blk SR-525

An employee at the location advised that a tall white man with long hair attempted to take some brownies from the store. The employee got the brownies back from the man prior to him leaving. The employee wanted the man trespassed from the store if he was located. Officers checked the area for the subject, but he was not located.

Unwanted Subject – 10700 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to the location for a patient that had been discharged but was refusing to leave. A friend of the patient’s came to the facility and she left with the friend.

Residential Burglary – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that her condominium was burglarized during the day. The rear sliding glass door was forced open and some cosmetic jewelry was taken. According to neighbors, they believe the incident occurred at about 3:30 p.m. today. They heard a slamming noise, heard a dog bark and saw a suspicious man in the area at that time. The case is under investigation.

Traffic Complaint/Agency Assist – 200 blk SR-525

Washington State Patrol requested help in checking for a ferry commuter blocking a driveway in the area. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

DWLS – 200 blk SR-525

While checking for the above vehicle, an officer stopped a driver for a traffic infraction and cited her for driving with a suspended license and driving without liability insurance.

Paper Service – 5400 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers responded to the location and served a subject with an order out of Georgia prohibiting him from stalking the petitioner.

Vehicle Prowl – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A victim reported that his vehicle was prowled at night on Jan. 8. He reported that his vehicle registration, an insurance form, an old pay stub and a bank statement had been taken from his vehicle.

Noise – 8300 blk 46th Pl. W.

Officers responded to the above location for a loud music complaint. The officers spoke with the resident there; he apologized and turned the music down.

ID Theft/Follow-Up – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller had more information about this case. He suspects his ex-boyfriend of using an old ID card belonging to him. He said that his LifeLock Alert account shows that he received a ticket today and he did not received one. An officer included this information with the original report.

DWLS 3 – 10900 blk SR-525

An officer cited a driver for driving with a suspended license and no insurance.

DWLS 2 – 11700 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction and cited the driver for driving with a suspended license and the original infraction.

Suspicious – 2600 blk SR-525

An officer responded to a suspicious vehicle parked at the location. The driver had stopped to talk on the phone.

Suspicious – H.P. Blvd. S.W. & SR-525

Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot. The officers contacted the occupant; he owns the property next door and is getting ready to clear it.

Alarm – 6100 blk St. Andrews Dr.

Officers responded to a possible burglary in progress at the location. On arrival, the officers discovered that the homeowners had several birds that escaped their cage. The birds set off the alarm downstairs and made noise like a burglar. There was no evidence of an actual burglary.
