Sept. 27

Hazard – Mukilteo Speedway & Goat Trail Rd.

An officer was dispatched for a report of a vehicle that had become disabled and was blocking the ferry lane. The officer provided assistance to the driver.

Animal – 4400 blk 106th St. SW

A caller reported being bitten by a dog. The case is under investigation by Animal Control.

Animal – 6300 blk Clubhouse Ln.

A caller reported there was a deceased animal in the roadway. The animal was removed from the road.

Hazard – Chennault Beach Rd. & Mukilteo Speedway

An officer assisted in pushing a disabled vehicle out of the roadway.

Suspicious – 1100 blk 2nd St.

A caller reported receiving not one, but five IRS scam phone calls. She did not divulge any personal or financial information. She was referred to the IRS website to report the scam.

Suspicious – 84th St. SW & Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that a subject was on a bike in the middle of the roadway. He was gone on arrival.

Animal – 4700 blk Arbors Cir.

A caller was concerned about a cat that had been at the location for several hours. The caller was advised to contact PAWS.

Traffic – Mukilteo Speedway & Harbour Pointe Blvd. SW

An officer searched for a recklessly driven vehicle. It was gone on arrival.

Warrant – 1400 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd.

A caller reported that a subject who had a warrant for his arrest was at the residence. He left before officers arrived. He was not located.

Warrant – 12800 blk Beverly Park Rd.

While on patrol, an officer stopped to talk to two suspicious subjects. One of the subjects was found to have two warrants for her arrest. The warrants were confirmed and she was booked at the Lynnwood Jail.

Sept. 28

Property – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A subject found a cellphone and dropped it off at the police station. An officer was able to reach the owner, who told the officer he had lost it. He responded to the station and picked it up.

Assist Aid – 12500 blk Mukilteo Speedway

An officer was dispatched to assist the fire department with a man in a vehicle who appeared to need medical attention. While en route, the caller reported that the man drove away.

Drugs – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W

A caller reported that they found a possible controlled substance. The case is under investigation.

Collision – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. SW

An officer responded to a three-vehicle collision. There were no reported injuries.

Collision – 5000 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer investigated a two-vehicle collision. There were no reported injuries.

Violation – 600 blk Front St.

An officer was dispatched to Lighthouse Park for a report of a man who was loading sand into some buckets. No more information was available at press time.

Violation – 87th Pl. SW & 53rd Ave. W

A caller reported smelling marijuana in the neighborhood. An officer did not locate anyone smoking marijuana in public.

Disturbance – St. Andrews Dr. & 59th Ave. W

A caller reported a possible disturbance between a man and a woman. He saw the woman crying and a man nearby. Officers located both subjects. No more information was available at press time.

Sept. 29

Returned Runaway – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

The school resource officer found a girl who was a reported runaway out of Snohomish County. Her mother was contacted and the girl was removed from runaway status.

Theft – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller requested a phone call in regards to a vehicle prowl. The caller later responded to the police station to report the theft.

Nuisance – 700 blk 3rd St.

Officers responded to a report of a man asking for money. He was gone on arrival.

Sex Offense – Mukilteo Speedway & H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported a subject exposed himself while inside his vehicle. The case is under investigation.

Fraud – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W

Officer was dispatched for a fraud report. The victim told officers that an unknown person opened a credit card account in their name. There are no suspects.

Violation – 4800 blk 76th St. SW

A caller reported that a woman reached out to her in violation of a no-contact order. An officer issued a criminal citation for the violation.

Suspicious – 6500 blk St. Andrews Dr.

A caller reported that his daughter was at home alone and heard suspicious noises. Officers checked the house. They found it to be secure with no signs of forced entry or damage.

Suspicious – 8200 blk 53rd Ave. W

A caller reported he received a suspicious email from an opposing political party. An officer advised him to block the sender.

Threats –10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that he had been threatened by a subject. Officers attempted to contact the subject, but he was not located.

Suspicious – Goat Trail Rd. & 70th Pl. SW

A caller reported that a suspicious subject sitting in a vehicle. The driver told officers he was waiting for a friend. The driver decided to leave the neighborhood and return once his friend texted him to be picked up.

Party –11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller complained of a house party. The resident told officers he was not having a party. The officers didn’t hear any noise at the house or in the surrounding neighborhood.

Sept. 30

Animal – 1400 blk First St.

A caller reported there were two seals on Edgewater Beach. Marine Mammal Response was advised.

Assist Law – 121st St. SW & Mukilteo Speedway

Vehicle 1 struck the back of Vehicle 2 at a stop sign in the county. The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office responded to complete the collision report.

Traffic – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W

A caller reported a case of road rage on 47th Place West. No other information was available at press time.

Vehicle Prowl – 10800 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd.

A caller reported that a vehicle had been prowled. A black North Face backpack and a blue Under Armor backpack were stolen.

Vehicle Prowl – 9700 blk Harbour Pl.

A caller reported that a vehicle was prowled and miscellaneous tools were stolen.

Assault – 4900 blk 99th Pl. SW

A caller reported that a man in a vehicle may have hit a girl inside the vehicle. A man told officers he had been in an argument with his son. His son was gone on arrival. The case is under investigation.

Juvenile – 2600 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that 6-8 juveniles were loitering. After a talk with an officer, the group agreed to leave.

Follow-Up – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

The student resource officer and detectives investigated a report of threats made by a subject. The subject was contacted and subsequently arrested. He was booked into the Denney youth center on the harassment charges.

Property – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W

A caller turned in personal property that he no longer wanted. It was booked for destruction.

Collision – 2600 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A motorist struck a man on a bicycle. The bicyclist sustained minor injuries.

Burglary – 4500 blk 88th St. SW

A homeowner reported that they arrived home to find a known subject inside without permission. The subject left after the homeowner requested he return property that belonged to others at the residence. The items were returned and the subject left. The subject was not located.

Warrant – 900 blk 2nd St.

Officers checked the residence for a man wanted on a warrant. He was not located.

Animal – 18th St. & Lumley Ave.

An officer was dispatched for an unattended dog. The dog was not located.

Noise – 300 blk Lincoln Ave.

An officer was dispatched to Rosehilll Community Center for a report of loud music. The officer found no violations.

Noise – 600 blk Front St.

An officer was dispatched to Lighthouse Park for multiple subjects talking loudly and being noisy. They were not located.

Oct. 1

Suspicious – 1000 blk Loveland Ave.

A caller reported that the garage door was unsecured. An officer checked the door. Extra patrol was requested.

Welfare Check – 84th St. SW & Paine Field Blvd.

A caller requested a welfare check on a woman who had been standing along the side of the road for a while. She was waiting for a friend to pick her up.

Suspicious – 4800 blk Sterling Way

A caller reported receiving a call from someone claiming to be a deputy who advised her she had a warrant and needed to pay a fine. The caller did not provide any personal or financial information. An officer explained to her that the call was a scam.

Disturbance – 11800 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that a man was causing a disturbance. He was trespassed from the location.

Welfare Check – 700 blk Front St.

A caller requested a welfare check on a woman at the ferry terminal. She was trying to get to Whidbey Island. An officer assisted her with the purchase of a ticket.

Noise – 4900 blk 88th St. SW

A officer was dispatched for a subject who had been making loud noises. The officer did not hear any unreasonably loud noises.

Collision – 4th St. & Mukilteo Speedway

Vehicle 1 changed lanes to the ferry lane and collided with Vehicle 2. There were no reported injuries.

Noise – 9400 blk 48th Ave. W

A caller complained of a loud TV at a nearby residence. An officer checked for a loud TV but did not hear anything.

Suspicious – 600 blk Front St.

Officers were dispatched for a report of someone pointing a green laser at Lighthouse Park. The subject(s) were not located.

Burglary – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported a MacBook was stolen. There are no suspects.

Suspicious – 8000 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Officers were dispatched for a possibly impaired driver. The driver had stopped to check messages on their phone. There were no problems.

Malicious Mischief – 9300 blk 62nd Pl. W

An officer searched the neighborhood for subjects who egged a residence. There was no damage to the residence. The subjects were not located.

Oct. 2

Assault 4 – 8800 blk 52nd Pl. W

Officers responded to a hang-up call with the sounds of a disturbance. Two brothers had a physical altercation and it was determined that one brother assaulted the other. He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Missing/Found Juvenile – 5200 blk 104th St. SW

A caller reported that her juvenile son was missing. As officers were searching for him, the boy returned home a short time later.

Assist Law – Beverly Park Rd. & Mukilteo Speedway

An officer was dispatched to a report of a hit-and-run collision that occurred just south of the intersection. The call was referred to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. Mukilteo officers searched for the suspect vehicle, but it was not located.

Traffic – 600 blk Front St.

A caller reported that three vehicles were driving recklessly at Lighthouse Park. The vehicles were gone on arrival.

Suspicious – 6000 blk 96th St. SW

A caller reported drones in the neighborhood and a truck with headlights on. There were no vehicles and no drones.

Vehicle Recovery – 12600 blk 8th Ave. W

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office located a vehicle that had been stolen out of Mukilteo. The vehicle was impounded.

Oct. 3

Trespass – 5000 blk H.P. Blvd.

A subject was trespassed from the location.

Malicious Mischief – 600 blk 4th St.

A caller reported that over a month ago someone damaged his vehicle. The vehicle had been repaired and the caller did not want a report.

Property – 4800 blk 103rd Pl. SW

A subject left a found backpack at the police station. It was placed into found property.

Vehicle Prowl – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

An officer was dispatched for a vehicle prowl report. No more information was available at press time.

Juvenile – 8300 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported she was having difficulty with her daughter keeping her seatbelt on. After a talk with an officer, the daughter who agreed to wear her seatbelt.

Vehicle Prowl – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported his vehicle was prowled. No more information was available at press time.

Animal – 5000 blk 88th St. SW

A calleer complained about his neighbor’s dog barking at him. An officer was still on scene at press time.

Animal – 400 blk 4th St.

An officer was dispatched for a complaint of a barking dog. No more information was available at press time.

DUI – Beverly Park Rd. & Lincoln Way

A caller reported a possible DUI driver. The call was transferred to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

Disturbance – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. SW

A caller reported that he thought he heard sounds of domestic violence at a neighbor’s home. The residents were watching television.
