Oct. 4

Drugs – 5000 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd.

The student resource officer was dispatched to Harbour Pointe Boulevard for two students who were ill, possibly because of substance abuse. One student had already left, but the other told the officer that she was just sick. She was picked up from school.

Harassment –10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

The student resource officer investigated a harassment complaint at Kamiak High School.

Suspicious – 2600 blk Mukilteo Speedway

The student resource officer was dispatched to Olympic View Middle School for suspicious text messages to a student from an “Oswald the Clown.” The case is under investigation.

Fraud – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that someone opened a cellphone account in her name.

Collision – Beverly Park Rd. & Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported a collision with no injuries. Officers found the collision at another intersection in Snohomish County. The collision was turned over to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

Traffic – 107th St. SW & H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported a near collision. Extra patrols were requested.

Suspicious – 6100 blk 102nd St. SW

A caller reported that a man was at his door saying he is with Comcast. Officers located a Comcast representative in the neighborhood who was selling subscriptions. He agreed to stop.

Oct. 5

Suspicious – 80th St. SW & Mukilteo Speedway

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving a man and a woman in a vehicle. The officers found that their vehicle was having mechanical problems. The officers provided traffic control until they managed to start the vehicle again.

Traffic – Chennault Beach Rd. & Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that a truck was driving recklessly. The truck was gone on arrival.

Traffic – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported a recklessly driven vehicle. It was gone on arrival.

DWLS – 12000 blk Mukilteo Speedway

An officer stopped a vehicle and cited the driver for driving with a suspended license. The driver was released.

Fraud – 8300 blk 46th Pl. W

A caller reported that someone claiming to be affiliated with a sweepstakes organization called him and was asking for money. He did not provide any personal or financial information.

Assist Aid – 9900 blk Harbour Pl.

Officers were dispatched to a report of two subjects who possibly needed medical attention. After they were checked by medics, a family member was called to pick them up.

Theft – 13000 blk 47th Pl. W

A caller reported that her political affiliation sign was stolen from her yard again.

Disturbance – 5100 blk 81st Pl. SW

A caller reported there was a man on the property who was refusing to leave. He was there to pick up his wife. The wife left with her daughter, and the husband left soon after.

Noise – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported loud noises at the neighbor’s residence. An officer talked to a man next door. He warned about making too much noise.

Noise – 4500 blk 75th St. SW

A caller reported that a dog was barking. An officer spoke with the dog owner about the barking. The owner agreed to keep their dogs quiet.

Suspicious – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported hearing glass breaking. Officers found a subject who broke some glass but was in the process of cleaning it up.

Oct. 6

Property – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W

A subject turned in lost keys to the police station. They were booked into found property.

Animal – 5300 blk Eagle Bluff Ln.

A caller reported finding deceased birds. She was advised to dispose of them.

Welfare Check – 10200 blk 64th Pl. W

A caller requested a welfare check on a woman who looked like she needed help. An officer met with the woman, who was alert and did not want any assistance.

Collision – Goat Trail Rd. & Mukilteo Speedway

An officer responded to a two-vehicle collision. There were no injuries.

Burglary – 5900 blk 111th Pl. SW\

Officers responded to the residence for a burglary in progress. The officers found that the the caller’s relative was at the home.

Traffic – H.P. Blvd. SW & Blue Heron Blvd.

An officer searched for vehicles that were reported to be driving recklessly, but none of them were located.

Suspicious/Nuisance – 10900 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Officers were dispatched for a subject dressed as a clown in the roadway. The officers located a subject wearing a clown mask. They explained the concerns for public safety regarding his behavior. The subject was told to leave.

DUI – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

An officer was dispatched for a DUI vehicle. The vehicle was located parked and unoccupied.

Oct. 7

Hazard – St. Andrews Dr. & H.P. Blvd. SW

Officers were dispatched for a downed tree that was blocking all lanes on St. Andrews Drive. When officers arrived, someone had already moved the tree out of the roadway.

Burglary – 2600 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported a construction trailer had been burglarized. No more information was available at press time.

Animal – 400 blk 4th St.

A caller reported that a neighbor’s dog was barking. When an officer arrived, the dog was not barking.

Vehicle Prowl – 200 blk Lincoln Ave.

An officer was dispatched for a vehicle prowl that occurred. The victim and the victim's vehicle were not on scene. The caller was advised to tell the victim to file a report when they returned.

Traffic – Mukilteo Speedway & Evergreen Dr.

A caller reported a recklessly driven vehicle. No other information was available at press time.

Animal – 4500 blk 71st Pl. SW

A caller reported a loose dog in the neighborhood. An officer was unable to locate the dog.

Suspicious – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers responded for a report of a subject dressed as a clown. The subject was not located.

Welfare Check – 5000 blk 94th St. SW

A caller requested a welfare check on her husband. Officers found that her husband who was in good health. He told officers that he would call his wife.

Fire Assist – 13500 blk 42nd Ave. W

A caller reported that his brother was in need of medical attention. Medics evaluated the brother at the scene. The brother declined to be transported to a hospital.

Noise – 5300 blk H.P. Blvd

A caller complained that he could hear loud noise coming from his neighbor’s residence. Officers found that the residents were watching television. They agreed to turn the TV down.

Oct. 8

Malicious Mischief – 4700 blk Harbour Heights Dr.

A caller reported that his landscaping had been damaged. The case is under investigation.

Violation – 1500 blk Hill Ct.

Officers were dispatched for a vehicle that was driving in the gulch. It was determined the subjects had been authorized to do so.

Traffic – 600 blk Front St.

Officers assisted with traffic control while Washington State Ferries staff off loaded vehicles from the ferry. The ferry was deemed inoperable due to mechanical problems and was towed away. The Mukilteo-Clinton route was down to one ferry until further notice.

Traffic – 84th St. SW & 53rd Ave. W

A caller reported that a vehicle driving was recklessly. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

Welfare Check – Mukilteo Speedway & Island View Ln.

A caller reported an erratic driver on the Mukilteo Speedway. Officers stopped the vehicle and found that the driver was having difficulty driving. The driver’s daughter was notified. She responded to the scene and took the driver home.

Property – 000 Mukilteo Speedway

Washington State Patrol requested that an officer check the ferry holding lanes for lost property. The officer did not find the item.

Oct. 9

Animal – 3800 blk H.P. Blvd. SW

A caller reported seeing a doe and fawn near Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest.

Collision – 12600 blk Mukilteo Speedway

An officer investigated a two-vehicle collision with no reported injuries.

Traffic – Mukilteo Speedway & 81st Pl. SW

Officers responded a report of two vehicles driving recklessly. The officers located a group of subjects who denied driving recklessly. The case is under investigation.

Abuse – 700 blk Front St.

A caller reported an older man pulling on the jacket of a young child. It was determined that the man was the child’s grandfather. He had ahold of the child by the hood of his jacket to prevent him from running into traffic.

Animal – 9700 blk Marine View Dr.

A caller reported that a dog was barking in the neighborhood. An officer did not hear or locate the barking dog.

Collision – Mukilteo Speedway & 40th Ave. W.

A caller reported that a vehicle was in the ditch. Officers did not locate the vehicle.

Oct. 10

Animal – 800 blk 6th St.

A caller reported that her dog was missing. The dog returned home a short time later.

Noise – 5300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported children playing and causing a disturbance. The officer did not hear them or see a disturbance.

Theft – 84th St. SW & Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that candy was stolen from the store. The case is under investigation.

Property – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that they found a small container. It was retrieved and put into found property.

Warrant – 8300 blk Mukilteo Speedway

An officer stopped a vehicle and subsequently arrested the driver for several warrants. He was transported and booked into the Marysville Jail.

Disturbance – 2100 blk Clover Ct.

Officers responded to a report of a man and a woman causing a disturbance. It was determined that the woman inadvertently injured her dog. They transported the dog to a local veterinary clinic for treatment.

Suspicious – 5700 blk 94th Pl. SW

A caller requested a phone call regarding a suspicious subject in a vehicle. She requested extra patrol.

Suspicious – 11500 blk Cyrus Way

A caller was concerned about subjects working on vehicles. An officer located a subject who was an employee at an adjacent business.

Suspicious – 9700 blk Harbour Pl.

While on patrol, an officer located a subject who was found to be in possession of burglary tools. Officers checked the neighborhood, but found no evidence of a burglary. The subject was cited and released.
