A subject in a white vehicle reported his vehicle may have been struck by a red vehicle. There was no damage. The other vehicle was not located.

A caller reported that a 2-year-old child had fallen. The child was not injured.

CPS – Harbour Pointe Blvd. S.W.

Child Protective Services requested an officer accompany a case worker to check the welfare of a child reported to be injured. The case is under investigation.

Vehicle Prowl – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported the theft of a bicycle rack from a vehicle.

Suspicious – 1000 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd.

A caller reported receiving calls from someone claiming to be with the IRS. She did not divulge any personal or financial information.

Animal – 600 blk Front St.

A caller reported a seagull in distress. The seagull was gone on arrival.

Suspicious – 5000 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd.

A caller reported her daughter’s phone was stolen. It had been left on a bus and was returned to the daughter.

Barking Dog – 400 blk 4th St.

A caller reported a barking dog. The residence was quiet and it did not appear anyone was home.

Theft – 2600 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller requested a phone call regarding a theft. An officer was unable to reach the caller.

Property – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W

A subject turned in a found wallet. An officer spoke to the owner who advised that she would stop by to pick up the wallet.

DUI – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded to a report of a possible DUI. The vehicle was not located.

Disturbance – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Officers responded for a report of a man in a vehicle harassing subjects and driving recklessly. It was determined to be a dispute between suspects. The vehicle was not located.

Sept. 14

Warrant – 1200 blk Hill St.

A caller reported that a subject was looking at cars. Officers located a man who had a felony warrant out of Snohomish County. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Assist Fire – 5900 blk 112th Pl. SW

An officer responded to a report of a fire with firefighters because several rags were on fire behind the residence. The resident extinguished the fire prior to the firefighters’ arrival. It was unknown how the fire started.

Collision – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

The student resource officer investigated a collision that occurred at the high school.

Malicious Mischief – 9500 blk 53rd Ave. W

A caller requested a phone call because his windshield was broken. An officer tried calling the him several times but received no answer. A voicemail message was left by the officer instructing him to report the broken windshield.

Welfare Check – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. SW

A caller requested officers check on a subject who appeared to have black eye. Officers located her and determined the “black eye” was smeared makeup.

Suspicious – 12100 blk Village Center Pl.

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious subject on a skateboard. He was gone on arrival.

Juvenile – 2600 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that a juvenile student left the school. Officers found the juvenile and took him back to school.

Vehicle Recovery – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W

Seattle police recovered a vehicle stolen out of Mukilteo. Both plates were missing and re-entered as stolen.

Harassment – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded to a complaint of harassment. The case is under investigation.

An officer responded to a vehicle prowl report. No more information was available at press time.

A caller reported a disturbance at a nearby residence. The residents were playing soccer in the backyard with friends. There was no argument.

Collision – 5th St. & Lincoln Ave.

A caller reported a vehicle vs. pedestrian collision. A girl was taken to the hospital by her mother. The case is under investigation.

A caller reported that he found a wallet. An officer returned the wallet to the owner.

Suicide Attempt – Japanese Gulch

A caller reported that she tried to harm herself in the Japanese Gulch. Officers found the caller in the gulch. She was transported to a hospital.

Welfare Check – 7700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller requested a welfare check for an elderly man who was walking in the roadway. An officer gave him a courtesy ride to his residence.

Suspicious – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that a subject was setting off car alarms. He was not located. There were no signs of vehicle prowls or damage to property.

Burglary – 10200 blk Harbour Pl.

A caller reported that while she was at a meeting, someone stole personal items from her wallet. The case is under investigation.

Property – 13500 blk 47th Pl. W

A caller reported finding two bicycles and helmets. The officer was cancelled while en route, as the owners had returned for the items.

Juvenile – 2600 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that a juvenile left the school on foot. Officers located the juvenile and transported him back to school.

911 Hang-Up – 800 blk Mukilteo Ln.

Dispatch transferred a cellphone hang-up call with a man yelling. An officer located a subject sitting in his vehicle. He confirmed that he had called because another driver had followed him.

Violation – 4800 blk 76th St. SW

A caller reported she received a Facebook friend request from a subject in violation of a no-contact order. The case is under investigation.

DUI – Cyrus Way & H.P. Blvd. SW

A caller reported a possible DUI driver. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

A caller reported that a man was in need of medical attention. The subject was transported to a hospital.

A caller reported that a subject in an older white truck took lawn equipment and drove away.

A caller reported that he had trapped an animal under a bucket. He wanted to know how to dispose of it.

Extra Patrol – 4600 blk 79th Pl. SW

A caller was concerned about possible narcotic use at the residence. Extra patrol was requested.

Found Child – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A toddler was found wandering around. His mother was located and it was discovered that the child managed to open the door and walk away while the mother was in another room.

A semi-truck backed into a power pole, damaging the wires. PUD was advised to repair it.

A caller reported that she found partial remains of an animal in a tree. She wanted to know how to dispose of it.

S caller reported a barking dog. A warning notice was left at the residence.

An officer responded to a disturbance. A subject agreed to leave.

Suspicious/CPS – Japanese Gulch

A park ranger located a suspicious camp site with infant belongings. The circumstances are under investigation.

an officer was dispatched for a complaint that a woman keeps driving by the residence in violation of a protection order. She was not located. An officer will refer charges.

Malicious Mischief – 10900 blk Mukilteo Speedway

An officer responded to a disturbance report. A man was upset and knocked over several displays. There was minor damage to the displays. The man left prior to the officer’s arrival. The case is under investigation.

Burglary – 9400 blk 48th Pl. W

A caller reported that someone entered the residence. Nothing was damaged or taken.

Juvenile – 1400 blk Goat Trail Rd.

A caller reported two juveniles on motorcycles riding up and down the street. They were gone on arrival.

Traffic – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that a vehicle was swerving. The vehicle was not located.

Violation – 10200 blk 64th Pl. W

A caller reported that a woman was outside the residence in violation of a protection order. Upon arrival, she was at the location. She was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Suspicious – 3800 blk H.P. Blvd. SW

A caller reported the employees at a business were acting strange. An officer found three employees inside. There was a sign on the door stating the need to close for about 15 minutes during shift change. The employees told the officer that everything was OK.

Traffic – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Officers responded for a one-vehicle collision. There were no injuries.

Noise – 4800 blk 76th St. SW

An officer was dispatched for a report of a loud radio. The homeowner agreed to keep it down.

Agency Assist – 600 blk Front St.

Officers responded to a report that a vehicle had crashed through the gate on the ferry loading ramp. Washington State Patrol responded to investigate.

Sept. 17

Suspicious – 7200 blk 48th Ave. W

A caller reported that a window was found partially open. Extra patrol was requested.

Vehicle Prowl – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that her vehicle was prowled. Personal property was stolen.

Welfare Check – 84th St. SW & Paine Field Blvd.

A caller reported a suspicious driver in a parked vehicle. The driver was waiting for a tow.

Assault 4 – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. SW

Officers found that a woman assaulted a man during an argument. She was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Traffic – H.P. Blvd. SW & Mukilteo Speedway

An officer was dispatched for a report of a man talking on his cellphone while driving. He was not located.

DUI – 9600 blk Harbour Pl.

While on patrol, an officer was alerted to a possible DUI. The officer stopped the vehicle. The driver failed the sobriety tests and was arrested. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Sept. 18

Disturbance – 9600 blk 58th Pl. W

A caller reported a suspicious subject. He transported to another location to wait for a ride.

Vehicle Prowl – 9600 blk Harbour Pl.

A caller reported several vehicle prowls. Various items were stolen.

Suspicious – 4800 blk 92nd St. SW

A caller reported suspicious activity at 92nd Street Parl. Extra patrol was requested.

Violation – 4700 blk 116th St. SW

A caller reported that man was at the residence in violation of a court order. Officers located the man. He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail on the order violation.

Noise – 11600 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller complained about noise from the residence. An officer didn’t find the noise to be unreasonable.

Suspicious – 5th St. & Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that a large truck kept stopping. The truck was gone on arrival.

Disorderly – 10200 blk 64th Pl. W

A caller reported that an unknown subject threatened him. The man was intoxicated and was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for disorderly conduct.

Suspicious – 300 blk Lincoln Ave.

Officers responded to Rosehill Community Center for two subjects in a restroom after it had been closed. They told officers they were unaware that the community center had closed. They agreed to leave.

Vehicle Prowl – 5100 blk 70th Pl. SW

Officers responded for a vehicle prowl that just occurred. The suspect was not located.

Traffic – Beverly Park Rd. & Mukilteo Speedway

An officer was dispatched for a report of a speeding vehicle. It was not located.

Disturbance – 5000 blk 81st Pl. SW

A caller reported that a man was at the residence and would not leave. He was leaving as the officers arrived. The officers found that the caller and the man had been in a previous relationship. He was there because he wanted to talk to her.

Sept. 19

Malicious Mischief – 12700 blk 61st Ave. W

A caller reported his vehicle’s tires were damaged. The case is under investigation.

Welfare Check – 8600 blk 60th Ave. W

A tow company called and requested a welfare check on a subject. He had requested a tow, but the company could not respond. The subject had backed into a ditch while turning around. He was not injured and just needed pulled out of the ditch. Another tow was requested.

Collision – 12100 blk Harbour Reach Dr.

An officer responded to a two-vehicle collision with no reported injuries.

Malicious Mischief – 12500 blk Harbour Reach Dr.

An officer was dispatched for a report of a damaged vehicle. There are no suspects.

Traffic – 8200 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported a recklessly driven vehicle. An officer stopped the vehicle and educate the driver on safe driving.

Theft – 12700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Officers responded to a report of a theft. The suspect fled in a white car. No more information was available at press time.

A caller reported a recklessly driven vehicle. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

Malicious Mischief –11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported a dispute over a parking space. A man reportedly grabbed onto her door and slammed it into the vehicle parked next to her. There was no damage to anyone’s vehicles. All parties involved agreed the situation should not have escalated.
