Join the Mukilteo Library for a movie and popcorn on Tuesdays at 2 p.m.! On Aug. 14, the library will be showing “Phantom of the Opera” (PG-13) and on Aug. 21 we’ll show “Hugo” (PG). One lucky teen wins the DVD!
