The sixth grade boys Mukilteo Prestige basketball team recently won the WTA Christmas Break tournament in mid-December.

The Prestige is a new AAU basketball team in Mukilteo, and played in it’s first tournament put on by the Washington Tournament Association. Teams from around the area, ranging from Ferndale to Seattle took part. The Prestige outscored opponents 185-112 in four games.

The team includes: Zachary Valenzuela, Quincy Aho, Diego Septimo, Austin Langdon, Minsang Kim, Regan Mills, Tony MacArthur, Jaylen Searles, Ryan Weimer, Michael Thomas, Damian Farnsworth, and Michael Joplin Jr.

The team is coached by Paul Valenzuela, Larry Aho and Todd Peterson.
