April 14

 

Vehicle recovery

A female reported that her vehicle, which ad been stolen out of Shoreline, had been located in the 5200 block of 84th Street Southwest. She tool possession of the vehicle.

 

Lost and found

An officer retrieved property that had been lost at Harbour Pointe Boulevard and 52nd Place West and returned it to the owner.

 

Attempted robbery

A male subject reportedly attempted to rob a business in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway by producing a note demanding merchandise. The subject left before any merchandise was handed over, and police were unable to find him.

 

Light pole down

Officers responded to a report that a light pole had been struck in the 5400 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard to find the light pole lying on the shoulder of the roadway. A motorist at the location reported his vehicle was having mechanical problems. A PUD crew responded to fix the pole.

 

Missing person

A female in the 11100 block of Chennault Beach Road reported her juvenile male family member was missing. Officers found the boy and took him home.

 

Reckless driving

Officers contacted a female motorist who had reportedly been driving recklessly at Mukilteo Speedway and Harbour Pointe Boulevard. The officers advised her on safe driving responsibility.

 

Vehicle prowl

A female reported her vehicle had been prowled in the 800 block Goat Trail Loop Road.

 

Surrender

A male who had a warrant out for his arrest surrendered himself to police in the 4800 block of 76th Street Southwest. He was turned over to the sheriff’s office.

 

Request and run

A female who requested medical assistance ran away when police arrived in the 4800 block of Sterling Way. The officers detained her and transported her to the hospital.

 

April 15

 

Shoplifter

An officer responded to a business in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway where a shoplifter had been detained. She was cited and trespassed from the location.

 

Motorcycle vs. car

No one was injured in a collision between a motorcycle and car in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The drivers exchanged information.

 

Dead animal

An officer transported the remains of a deceased animal in the 4400 block of 76th Street Southwest to PAWS.

 

Malicious mischief

A male reported damage to his vehicle in the 9700 block of 50th Place West.

 

DUI arrest

After stopping a motorist for speeding in the 12800 block of Beverly Park Road, an officer determined the driver was DUI. The driver was arrested and his vehicle was impounded.

 

Suspicious sounds

Officers responded to a report of suspicious noises in the 4800 block of 76th Street Southwest to find a worker who was finishing up some work.

 

April 16

 

Easter egg toss

There was no permanent damage after someone reportedly through eggs in the 2100 block of Clover Lane.

 

Noise complaint

A male who reportedly refused to leave the 4900 block of 88th Street Southwest had bee complaining about noise coming from the location. An officer warned the male about trespassing.

 

Vehicle prowl

A female reported that someone damaged her vehicle, entered it and stole personal property in the 4800 block of Sterling Way.

 

Runaway puppy

A puppy was reportedly found at Pointes Drive and Harbour Reach Drive. Upon an officer’s arrival, the owner had also arrived to pick up the dog.

 

Ducks in danger

A concerned citizen reported that a family of ducks in the 10100 block of Mukilteo Speedway could be injured by passing vehicles. The family safely left the area and did not face any danger.

 

Involuntary committal

A female reportedly attempted to harm herself in the 6100 block of Canyon Drive. She was transported to the hospital by medical aid.

 

Noise complaint

An officer responded to a report of loud music in the 600 block of Front Street. The officer contacted multiple groups of people, all of whom agreed to keep the noise level down.

 

April 17

 

Vehicle collision

No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision at Mukilteo Speedway and Beverly Park Road.

 

Air brakes

An officer spotted two semi trucks that were reportedly using “air brakes” at Mukilteo Speedway and 5th Street. The officer forwarded the company’s contact information to the department’s Crime Prevention Officer.

 

Abandoned vehicle

An officer issued a warning notice and marked an illegally parked, abandoned vehicle for impound in the 8000 block of 48th Place West.

 

Fraud

A female in the 10600 block of 53rd Avenue West reported receiving a letter informing her that she had applied for a credit account that she had, in fact, not applied for.

 

Note on vehicle

A male reported that he found a note on his vehicle at Greenhaven Lane and Pointes Drive stating that he had been involved in a collision. The male said he had not struck any vehicle.

 

Vehicle collision

An officer investigated a two-vehicle collision at Paine Field Boulevard and 40th Avenue West.

 

Dog grooming

A male subject was reportedly grooming his dog in the 600 block of Front Street.

 

Aggressive dog

An officer responded to a female’s report that her neighbor’s dog was being aggressive in the 10900 block of 53rd Avenue West. Upon the officer’s arrival, the dog was contained in its own yard. The officer forwarded the information to the Animal Control Officer for follow up.

 

Suspicious male

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious male in a vehicle in the 12500 block of Mukilteo Speedway. After contacting the male, the officer verbally trespassed him from the location.

 

Follow up

A female in the 10900 block of 53rd Avenue West reported a neighbor’s aggressive dog was out after the neighbor was instructed to keep the dog inside. The information was documented for referral to animal control and the reporting officer.

 

Coming clean

A male reported assaulting a female during the course of an argument in the 9100 block of 49th Avenue West. The male was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail on suspicion of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

 

Warrant arrest

While investigating a domestic violence assault in the 9100 block of 49th Avenue West, officers determined that another male subject had a misdemeanor warrant out of Mill Creek. He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

Disturbance to go

Officers contacted a male subject who was reportedly causing a disturbance at a restaurant in the 11800 block of Mukilteo Speedway where he was attempting to pick up a food order. The male received his food order and left the location.

 

April 18

 

Kirkland runaway

The school resource officer contacted a male juvenile in the 10800 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard who had been reported as a runaway to Kirkland police. The boy was removed from runaway status.

 

Theft

An officer trespassed a female from a business in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway after she reportedly took merchandise from the business.

 

Mental issues

Officers responded 6700 block of Waterton Circle with the fire department for a male was reportedly in need of medical assistance for mental issues. The male was transported to the hospital by private ambulance.

 

Vehicle prowl

A female reported that her vehicle had been prowled in the 1600 block of Highland Terrace Court.

 

Scam attempt

A person in the 5900 block of 112th Place Southwest did not fall victim after reportedly receiving a scam message.

 

Assault arrest

A male reported that a family member had assaulted him in the 4700 block of Pointes Drive. The family member was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail on suspicion of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

 

Involuntary Committal

A female in the 9400 block of 48th Place West reported that she wanted to harm herself. She was transported by medical aid to the hospital.

 

Neighbor dispute

A female in the 5000 block of Graham Way reported a disturbance between her and a neighbor. They agreed to refrain from further contact with each other.

 

Billing dispute

Officers responded to a hang-up call from a business within the 10600 block of 60th Avenue West. They determined there had been a billing dispute. The bill was paid and the subject left.

 

April 19

 

Burglary

A burglary was reported in the 11100 block of Chennault Beach Road.

 

Signs and ads

A male called with questions about signs and ads posted in the 12100 block of Village Center Place. He was referred to the appropriate city department for code enforcement.

 

Cell phone theft

A report that a cell phone was stolen from the 2600 block of Mukilteo Speedway is under investigation.

 

Illegal dumping

A report of illegal dumping in the 9900 block of Harbour Place is under investigation.

 

Abandoned vehicle

An officer issued a warning notice and chalked the tires of an abandoned vehicle in the 11100 block of 55th Avenue West.

 

Suspicious vehicle

An officer contacted a male subject inside a reportedly suspicious occupied vehicle in the 3900 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest to find that he was working on his vehicle and there were no problems.

 

Runaway juvenile

A female in the 5000 block of 94th Street Southwest reported her juvenile son had run away. An officer entered the boy as a runaway.

 

Lost motorist

An officer contacted a reportedly lost motorist who needed assistance at Harbour Place and Harbour Pointe Boulevard. The motorist’s family responded to pick him up.

 

April 20

 

Runaway returns

A male in the 5000 block of 94th Street Southwest reported his runaway family member had returned. The boy was removed from runaway status.

 

Hit and run

A hit-and-run collision in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard caused minimal damage to the reporting party’s vehicle. The reporting party filed an online report with the Washington State Patrol.

 

Burglary

A burglary was reported in the 12500 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

CPR questions

A female in the 10500 block of 47th Place West had with questions about CPR classes. An officer referred her to the fire department.

 

Scam attempt

A male in the 10200 block of Harbour Place reported receiving a scam phone call from a female who stated that there was a “fraud petition” against him and he needed to call her back to avoid arrest. He did not fall for the scam.

 

Bicycle theft

A female reported that her family member’s bicycle was stolen from the 12200 block Greenhaven Lane.

 

Dead animal

Officers collected the remains of a deceased animal at 47th Place West and Harbour Pointe Boulevard and transported them to PAWS.

 

License plate stolen

A license plate was reportedly stolen from a vehicle in the 4600 block of 75th Street Southwest. An officer entered the plate as stolen.

 

April 21

 

Follow-up arrest

Officers responded to the 6100 block of Associated Boulevard in Everett to arrest a male subject on suspicion of extortion and cyberstalking related to a previously investigated case. The male was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

Fraud

A female in the 11900 block of Clubhouse Lane reported that someone had attempted to open several credit card accounts in her name.

 

Gas siphoned

A male reported that someone siphoned gas out of a vehicle in the 11700 block of Harbour Reach Drive. He requested extra patrols.

 

Abandoned vehicle

An officer issued a warning notice for an abandoned vehicle in the 5700 block of 112th Place Southwest.

 

Dog rescue

An officer responded to the 9700 block of 50th Place West for a stuck dog, but was unable to reach the dog. The fire department responded and was able to free the dog from the location.

 

Civil matter

A male in the 3600 block of South Road reported that a company he hired was not returning his calls. An officer advised him the matter was civil.

 

Skateboarding juveniles

Juveniles who were reportedly skateboarding in the 600 block of Front Street were gone upon an officer’s arrival.

 

Lost dog

A female in the 9900 block of 50th Avenue West reported that she had found a lost dog. An officer contacted PAWS in case the owner was looking for the dog.

 

Nuisance

An officer contacted a male in the 5000 block of 84th Street Southwest who was working on his vehicle and playing music loudly. The male agreed to turn the music down.

 

Found dog

An officer retrieved a lost dog in the 900 block of Goat Trail Loop Road and returned it to its owner.

 

Public Assist

A North Carolina female reported receiving packages from an unknown sender in the 10500 block of 47th Place West in Mukilteo. An officer contacted the sender of the packages. It did not appear the sender was involved in any crime.

 

911 hang up

Officers responded to the 4400 block of Chennault Beach Road after receiving a hang-up call in which someone was yelling. The officers determined that a male and a female had been arguing, and there had been no assault.

 

Being followed

A male in the 10800 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard reported that he was being followed. Officers gave the male a ride to his residence.

 

Suspicious knocking

A male reported that someone had been knocking on his door in the 6500 block of St. Andrews Drive. No suspicious subjects were located.
