April 22

 

Death

Officers responded to an unattended death in the 9600 block of Harbour Place and found nothing suspicious. The medical examiner responded and the body was released to a funeral home.

 

Theft

A male reported that his bicycle was stolen from the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Illegal parking

An officer issued a citation for an illegally parked vehicle in the 4500 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Fire pit

A caller reported sparks from a fire pit blowing into the parking lot at Lighthouse Park. An officer checked the park and found no problems.

 

Vehicle theft

A caller reported his vehicle had been stolen from within the 800 block of 2nd Street.

 

April 23

 

Noise

Officers responded to a noise complaint in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. The offending residents agreed to quiet down.

 

Illegal parking

An officer responded to a report of multiple illegally parked cars in the 12400 block of 52nd Place West. The officer observed one parking violation and issued that vehicle a citation.

 

Collision

No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision at Mukilteo Speedway and 6th Street. The drivers exchanged information.

 

Protected area

An officer contacted a male who had reportedly been cutting bushes in a protected area in the 4900 block of Brighton Pl ace in order to plant a garden. The officer advised him the location was protected and he could not plant a garden there.

 

Pedestrian arrested

An officer on patrol observed a male commit a pedestrian crosswalk violation in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The male refused to cooperate with the officer. He was arrested on suspicion of obstructing a public servant and booked in the Snohomish County Jail.

 

Being followed

An officer responded to a report that another vehicle had been following a motorist in the area of 84th Street and Mukilteo Speedway. The suspicious vehicle was gone upon the officer’s arrival.

 

Suspicious male

An officer responded to a reportedly suspicious male parked in a vehicle in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The officer spoke with the male who said he had stopped to talk in his phone.

 

Theft

A person reportedly left a business in the 3800 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest without paying for merchandise. A friend of that person returned and paid for the items.

 

April 24

 

Fire assist

Officers responded with the fire department for a report of a female unable to drive in the 11000 block of 47th Ave West. The officers found that the female was not operating the vehicle. The vehicle was legally parked and the female agreed to leave the vehicle and catch the bus, instead.

 

Open door

An officer responded to a report of an open garage door in the 5000 block of Holyoke Street. The officer found that the resident was home and there were no problems.

 

Suspicious

A female in the 3900 block of Pacific Place reported receiving suspicious text messages from an online business advertiser. The phone number will be blocked. The officer’s attempts to call the number received no response.

 

Loose dog

A loose dog in the area of Chennault Beach Road and Harbour Pointe Boulevard was gone upon an officer’s arrival.

 

Theft

Personal items were reported missing from the 7700 block of Island View Court. The case is under investigation.

 

Trespass

Officers responded to a report of two males trespassing in the 8200 block of 53rd Ave. West. The officers advised the two males on trespassing laws.

 

Involuntary commitment

Officers responded to the 5500 block of 104th Place Southwest for a female who was in need of medical attention. The female was transported to the hospital by aid.

 

April 25

 

Traffic collision

No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision at Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest and Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Out of gas

On officer on patrol contacted a male in a vehicle in the 8300 block of 44th Avenue West. The male said that he ran out of gas and was waiting for family members to arrive with some gasoline.

 

Animal complaint

An officer and a Public Works employee assisted a duck and ducklings cross the street to a safe location in the area of Harbour Pointe Boulevard and Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Vehicle prowl

A male reported that his vehicle had been prowled in the 12000 block of Greenhaven Lane.

 

Dead cat

An officer picked up a deceased cat in the 5100 block of 87th Place Southwest. The cat had a microchip, so the officer attempted to determine the owner.

 

Vehicle theft

A vehicle was reportedly stolen in the 10600 block of 47 Place West. The case is under investigation.

 

April 26

 

Suspicious package

A suspicious package was reportedly found at 92nd St. SW and 44th Ave. W. An officer located the package and responded to the address on the package, but no one was home. The officer left his business card at the residence.

 

Stolen backpack

A male reported his backpack had been stolen from the 10600 block of 47th Place West.

 

Duffle bag found

An officer responded to the 700 block of Front Street to pick up a duffle bag found there. The bag and its contents were placed into found property.

 

Hit and run

A hit-and-run collision reportedly occurred in the 4400 block of 106th Street Southwest.

 

Fraud

A male in the 2100 block of Clover Court reported that an unknown male called and requested money. He did not fall for the scam.

 

Female in boat

A caller reported seeing a female in a small boat in the 1100 block of 2nd Street. An officer responded and notified the Coast Guard.

 

Suspicious emails

A caller in the 10500 block of 47th Place West reported receiving emails from someone falsely claiming to be from an organization and requesting money. The caller did not send or transfer any funds and the officer discussed with the caller options to prevent future email scams.

 

Theft

A caller in the 8000 block of Mukilteo Speedway reported that her stolen property was recovered in Snohomish. The case is under investigation.

 

Warrant arrest

Officers contacted a person in the 13000 block of 47th Place West who had warrants out for their arrest. That person was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

April 27

 

Vehicle collision

No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision at Mukilteo Speedway and Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest.

 

Accidental email

A female in the 5900 block of Central Drive reported receiving an email by accident. There was no crime.

 

Vehicle recovery

An officer responded to the area of 6th St. and Cornelia Ave. for an abandoned vehicle. The officer determined the vehicle was stolen out of Mukilteo. The vehicle was removed from stolen status and the officer notified the registered owner.

 

Vehicle recovery

Sheriff’s deputies recovered a vehicle stolen out of Mukilteo from the 10500 block of 47th Place West. The deputies removed the vehicle from stolen status and released the vehicle to the registered owner.

 

Theft

A male in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway reported that someone entered his vehicle and stole personal property.

 

Theft

A theft was reported in the 5000 block of 81st Place Southwest.

 

Mechanical trouble

Officers responded to a reportedly suspicious occupied vehicle in the 11800 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. Officers contacted the driver who advised he had mechanical trouble with his vehicle and was waiting for assistance from a friend.

 

Found property

A caller reported finding personal property that had been left at Lighthouse Park. An officer located the items and returned them to the owner.
