April 7

 

Civil dispute

A male reported a financial transaction dispute in the 12300 block of Cyrus Way. An officer explained the process for disputing the incident.

 

Harassment

A person in the 5000 block of 84th Street Southwest reported receiving harassing messages from a known subject. The case is under investigation.

 

Collision

No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision at Mukilteo Speedway and Goat Trail Road.

 

Fraud

A person in the 10500 block of 47th Place West reported a check fraud incident that occurred in Everett. They were referred to Everett police.

 

Eviction questions

A female who had been allowing an employee to stay at her residence in the 10500 block of 47th Place West had questions about eviction. An officer answered her questions and stood by while the employee returned some belongings.

 

Disturbance

Officers responded to a reported disturbance at Freeport Lane and Mukilteo Speedway involving the occupants of a black BMW and a white Acura. The vehicles were gone upon the officers’ arrival.

 

Credit cards found

An employee of a business in the 12500 block of Mukilteo Speedway reported that a customer turned in some identification and credit cards. They were booked as found property.

 

Hit and run

A Jeep that did a U-turn in the 3900 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest was struck by another vehicle from behind after swerving into another lane. The Jeep then left the area. The case is under investigation.

 

Suspicious students

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in front of her residence in the 1800 block of 19th Drive. An officer determined the subjects in the vehicle were high school students.

 

Mailbox noises

A subject reported hearing sounds near the community mailboxes in the 4800 block of Sterling Way. Officers did not locate any problems.

 

April 8

 

Traffic control

Officers provided traffic control for Fire District 1 as fire crews extinguished a vehicle fire at Beverly Park Road and Lincoln Way.

 

Suspicious visitors

An officer contacted three reportedly suspicious males in the 1000 block of 8th Street. They were visiting a friend. No problems were observed.

 

Missing female

A female was reported missing in the 6800 block of St. Andrews Drive. She was entered into the system as a missing person.

 

Female returns

A female who had been reported missing returned to the 6800 block of St. Andrews Drive.

 

Misplaced iPhone

A female called to report misplacing her iPhone in the 10200 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The business was closed, so she agreed to check back in the morning.

 

Agency assist

Everett police reported that a subject threatened another subject and was southbound on Mukilteo Boulevard. Officers checked the area, but could not locate the subject.

 

April 9

 

Rental dispute

A person in the 3900 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest reported a landlord-tenant dispute. An officer determined that the reporting party was not entitled to an eviction process and was instructed to leave the location.

 

Dead animal

The Animal Control Officer was notified of a deceased sea animal in the 600 block of Front Street.

 

Welfare check

A male in the 10700 block of Mukilteo Speedway who needed medical attention was transported by aid crews to the hospital.

 

Loud music

Loud music was reported in the 3900 block of Harbour Place Boulevard Southwest. An officer contacted subjects at the location who agreed to turn down the stereo.

 

DUI

An officer responded to a report of a DUI at Beverly Park Road and Mukilteo Speedway. An officer stopped the vehicle and subsequently arrested the driver on suspicion of DUI.

 

April 10

 

Vehicle prowl

A male reported that his vehicle was prowled in the 11500 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Domestic assault

Officers are investigating a report that two family members were involved in a physical domestic violence in the 700 block 16th Place.

 

Vehicle prowl

A male reported that his vehicle was prowled in the 4400 block of Russell Road.

 

Court order violation

Officers are investigating a report that a female was contacted by a person in violation of a court order in the 4800 block of 76th Street Southwest.

 

Suspicious male

An officer contacted a reportedly suspicious male in the 12700 block of 52nd Place West and found nothing suspicious.

 

Vehicle recovered

Everett police advised that they recovered a stolen vehicle out of Mukilteo in the 10500 block of 47th Place West.

 

Pothole

Public Works was notified of a pothole reported in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Disabled vehicle

An officer directed traffic around a disabled commercial vehicle that was blocking traffic at Mukilteo Speedway and Beverly Park Road until a tow truck arrived.

 

ID theft

A person reported unauthorized financial activity in the 8100 block of 46th Avenue West.

 

Follow-up arrest

An officer contacted a male in the 10500 block of 47th Place West and arrested him for a previous incident and booked him into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

Runaway

A person reported that a male family member left a location in the 7000 block of 49th Avenue West. He was entered into the system as a runaway.

 

Disabled vehicle

An officer helped push a disabled vehicle that was blocking traffic out of the roadway in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Missing person

A female in the 10500 block of 47th Place West had questions about a missing family member. An officer referred her to the King County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Runaway return

A female in the 7000 block of 49th Avenue West reported that her family member had returned. He was removed from runaway status.

 

Threats

A person in the 10700 block of 64th Place West reported receiving a threatening email from a known subject.

 

Suspicious vehicle

A person in the 10900 block of Mukilteo Speedway reported three subjects inside a vehicle acting suspicious. The vehicle was gone upon an officer’s arrival.

 

Disturbance

A person reported three subjects causing a disturbance in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The subjects had left prior to an officer’s arrival.

 

Vehicle prowl

A male reported that his vehicle had been prowled in the 3900 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Stolen vehicle

An officer contacted the driver of a reportedly recklessly driven vehicle at Mukilteo Speedway and Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest and discovered that the vehicle had been stolen out of Kirkland. Sheriff’s deputies responded and assisted in the arrest of the driver.

 

Runaway

A male in the 800 block of 15th Court reported his family member was not at the location. The family member was entered into the system as a runaway.

 

April 11

 

Runaway returns

A male in the 800 block of 15th Court reported that his family member had returned. He was removed from runaway status.

 

Malicious mischief

Property damage was reported in the 900 block of 4th Street.

 

Vehicle recovery

An officer determined that a vehicle that was illegally parked in the 5700 block of 93rd Place Southwest had been stolen out of Bothell. The registered owner was contacted and they responded to take possession of the vehicle.

 

Window screens stolen

A male reported that he found the window screens removed from his residence’s windows in the 600 block of 5th Street. He requested extra patrols.

 

Suspicious male

A reportedly suspicious male in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway was gone upon an officer’s arrival. The reporting party requested that the subject be trespassed if he returns.

 

April 12

 

Robbery

Employees of an AM/PM convenience store in the 3800 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest held down a male customer who reportedly tried to rob the store with a gun. When officers arrived, two employees were holding the subject down in the parking lot. The subject was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail on two counts of first-degree robbery. The store clerk suffered minor injuries.

 

Suspicious noise

Officers responded to the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard on a report of suspicious noises. Nothing suspicious was observed or heard.

 

Vehicle fire

Officers assisted with traffic control at Mukilteo Speedway and Beverly Park Road while the fire department extinguished a vehicle fire.

 

Theft

A male reported his BMX bicycle was stolen from the 5000 block of Graham Way.

 

Out of gas

A motorist ran out of gas at Mukilteo Speedway and Russell Road and his vehicle blocked traffic. He was able to obtain more gas for the vehicle and moved the vehicle.

 

Unattended child

An officer responded to the 1800 block of Goat Trail Road on a report of an unattended child. The officer contacted the mother who was looking for the child. They were reunited.

 

IRS scam

A person in the 4500 block of 76th Street Southwest reported receiving an automated phone call from someone claiming to be the IRS demanding payment. The reporting party did not fall for the scam.

 

Suspicious package

A male in the 8200 block of Mukilteo Speedway reported receiving a package that he did not purchase. An officer advised that he return the package to the sender.

 

Illegal parking

An officer contacted the registered owner of an illegally parked vehicle in the 4600 block of 79th Place Southwest who moved the vehicle.

 

Assault

A person reported being assaulted by a male subject during a verbal dispute in the 4700 block of 78th Place Southwest. The male subject was contacted and cited for assault.

 

Suspicious juveniles

An officer contacted two juveniles who had reportedly been acting suspiciously in the 10300 block of 50th Place West. There were no problems and the juveniles left the location.

 

Vehicle prowl

A female reported her vehicle had been prowled in the 2300 block of Washington Avenue.

 

Welfare check

A female in the 12700 block of Mukilteo Speedway called asking for assistance. She was given a courtesy ride to a separate location.

 

April 13

 

Fallen tree

An officer notified Public Works of a tree that had reportedly fallen and blocked the roadway in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Collision

Officers responded to a three-vehicle collision in the 12300 block of Cyrus Way.

 

Disable vehicle

An officer responded to the 12700 block of Mukilteo Speedway for a disabled vehicle blocking the roadway. The vehicle was gone upon the officer’s arrival.

 

Loud music

A group of subjects who had reportedly been playing loud music at Lighthouse Park agreed to turn the music down.

 

Locked in

A vehicle owner reported his vehicle was locked inside a gated area in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. An officer located a key-holder, who unlocked the gate.
