April 3

Runaway X2 – 5600 blk N. Grove Dr.

An officer was dispatched to the above address for a runaway report. The resident’s two foster children had run away sometime after 2 a.m. today. Both were entered into the system as runaways. The two are most likely in the Everett area.

Noise Complaint – 4800 blk Sterling Way

An officer responded the above address for a noise complaint. A loud stereo was playing next door at the construction site. A worker agreed to turn the music down.

DUI – 8000 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to a possible DUI described as a dirty white Buick in the above area. The vehicle was not found.

Suspicious –12100 blk SR-525

An anonymous caller reported that an employee at the location has warrants and a suspended license and was going to be leaving work shortly. Dispatch confirmed she had a non-extraditable misdemeanor warrant out of Seattle. An officer checked the area but the subject was not located.

Juvenile Problem – 300 blk Lincoln Ave

Officers responded to the above address for a 6-year-old boy in a therapist’s office who was out of control. Officers responded and assisted in calming the child down. The boy was left in the custody of his mother. No further police assistance was needed.

Vehicle Recovery – 16000 blk 24th St. S.E., Snohomish

An officer was advised that the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office recovered a Mukilteo stolen vehicle on April 3. The vehicle was drivable, both license plates were on the vehicle, no arrests were made, the registered owner was notified, and the vehicle was impounded to Rescue Towing.

Theft – 5300 blk Eagle Bluff Ln.

A resident found an extension cord plugged into her home and leading to her neighbor’s house. The caller unplugged it and just wanted the incident documented, as she had problems with neighbors before, and did not want to escalate the situation. Her neighbors were not home at the time.

Harassment – 1100 blk 4th St.

A resident reported being repeatedly harassed by a neighbor. The neighbor was contacted and agreed to stop bothering the caller.

Traffic Complaint – 92nd St. & SR-525

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a recklessly driven vehicle. It was gone on arrival.

Disturbance – 5700 blk 86th Pl. S.W.

An officer was dispatched to a report of some juveniles on skateboards that were being pulled behind a truck. A neighbor confronted the juveniles, and they began yelling obscenities at the neighbor. The subjects were not located.

Noise Complaint – 1100 blk 19th St.

A neighbor reported a loud group of juveniles listening to a car stereo at the end of the street. The juveniles were gone on arrival.

Suspicious – 10600 blk Marine View Dr.

A neighbor reported that an unoccupied Subaru showed up on the street in front of his house 10 minutes earlier and that the doors were all open on it. The owner of the vehicle was not located and there was no valid contact information. The vehicle was secured and left at the location for now.

April 4

Civil – 1500 blk Mukilteo Blvd.

A caller requested a phone call regarding a burglary that occurred at the above location yesterday. An officer returned phone call and determined that it was not a burglary. The caller advised her son recently broke up with his live-in girlfriend and, when she moved out, she had a friend help her. The move took place when no one was home and a Kindle went missing. The officer determined that the friend did not like the way the breakup took place and hid the Kindle under the son’s mattress. The Kindle was recovered and the ex-girlfriend agreed to re-key the residence for the owner.

Suspicious – 4800 blk Caymus Ln.

An officer responded to an attempted break in at the above location. The officer determined that there were pry marks on the door. Entry was not made.

Fraud – 3900 blk Pacific Pl.

A caller ordered a TV from www.buytvtoday.com at the above address from her home in Orlando, Fla. Her money was transferred and she never received the TV. The case is under investigation.

Theft – 600 blk Front St.

An officer responded to the 5200 block of 87th Place S.W. and was contacted by a woman regarding her daughter’s iPhone that had been taken the previous night. The Find My iPhone app showed the phone was at a house in un-incorporated Snohomish County. The officer took a report and entered the phone into the system as stolen. The woman was going to contact the Snohomish County Sheriffs Office and see if they would respond to the house and attempt to recover the phone.

Suspicious – 13000 blk 47th Pl. W.

An officer responded to a report of two juveniles in a white vehicle parked in the neighbor’s driveway an hour ago. The vehicle was gone on arrival. The caller requests extra patrol, as they are going to be out of town for a week.

Juvenile Problem – 8400 blk SR-525

An officer responded to a report of juveniles loitering at the above location. The juveniles were gone on arrival.

Warrant Arrest – 84th St. SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle and subsequently arrested the driver on a misdemeanor warrant for theft out of Monroe. She was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Traffic Hazard – Beverly Park Rd. & Harbour Heights Pkwy.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a report of some dogs in the roadway. They were gone on arrival.

Suspicious – 3800 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported seeing an open gate that led into the woods and was concerned someone might be trespassing or off-roading. Officers did not locate anyone and closed the gate.

April 5

Animal Complaint – 2600 blk SR-525

A passerby reported a black lab running along SR-525 near the school. The dog was gone on arrival.

Collision – Horizon Dr. & SR-525

Officers were dispatched to the location for a blocking collision. There were no injuries and one of the vehicles was towed.

Hit and Run – 4800 blk Bridgeport Pl.

A victim reported that 10 minutes prior a white Ford Explorer crashed into her fence and then fled the scene. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious – 12500 blk 63rd Pl. W.

A resident reported two male subjects at the neighborhood park smoking from a bong. The subjects were gone on arrival.

Collision – 5th St. & SR-525

Officers were dispatched to the location for a blocking collision. There were no injuries and none of the vehicles needed to be towed.

Lost Child – 9500 blk 49th Ave. W.

A citizen reported finding an 18-month-old girl in the complex. Shortly after calling, the girl’s mother was reunited with her child. There were no problems.

Suspicious – 13100 blk 47th Pl. W.

A caller reported that a male standing on the front porch of the listed residence ducked down as she drove by. The subject was gone on arrival and the residence was secure.

Assault 4 DV – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.

A neighbor reported hearing a disturbance in the above unit. Contact was made a man and woman who had been arguing about relationship issues. The woman involved had struck the man involved several times. During the course of the investigation, the woman also attempted to hit and kick the investigating officers. She was arrested and transported to Providence Hospital for an evaluation and then booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

April 6

Welfare Check – 5000 blk Graham Way

An anonymous caller reported that a child, who lived at the above location, was in the middle of the road last night at about 1:30 a.m. Officers met with the juvenile and his parents and confirmed that the child was OK.

Traffic Hazard – 300 blk Washington Ave.

Officers responded to the location for a sofa in the road. The officers moved the sofa out of the road and notified Public Works.

Welfare Check – 5200 blk 84th St. S.W.

A caller requested that officers check on a friend at the above location. The caller’s friend was supposed to come visit her earlier, but did not show up and was not answering the phone. Her friend arrived house prior to the officers' arrival.

Suspicious – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers were dispatched to a report of two suspicious males “lingering and watching” outside the building. The subjects weren’t known to the caller. One subject was described as a mixed race male in his 40s on an upstairs stairwell. The other subject was described as a white male in his 20s wearing a white sweater and white shorts with white shoe socks. The subjects were gone on arrival.

Signal Malfunction – 92nd St. S.W. & SR-525

An officer was dispatched to a report from a passerby that the lights at the intersection were flashing all red in all directions. The officer arrived at the location and found that the lights had returned to cycling normally.

Suspicious – 5900 blk 103rd Pl. S.W.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious male seen looking in the back window of the above residence. Officers arrived and found no lights on inside the residence. The garage door was open and one vehicle bay was empty. There was no answer at the front door when the officers rang the doorbell. The officers found the rear kitchen door unlocked and made announcements inside the home. Receiving no response, officers searched the home and discovered two residents upstairs. One was asleep while the other, a juvenile matching the suspicious subject’s description, acknowledged having been out back earlier.

DUI – 92nd St. S.W. & SR-525

Dispatch advised of a possible DUI. A caller reported a black Chevy Blazer traveling at slow speeds and with lane travel, and that the vehicle last seen headed westbound on Harbour Pointe Boulevard. The call was cleared as patrol information, as officers were on other calls.

Fight/Juvenile Problem – 700 blk Front St.

Officers were dispatched to a fight involving 10-12 people. Upon arrival, officers contacted a group of about eight juveniles. Another group of four had left. An uninvolved witness described one of the eight juveniles as the instigator of the fight. No victims were located.

Noise Complaint – 7600 blk 44th Ave. W.

An officer was dispatched to a complaint of loud music at the location. The officer contacted the resident who agreed to turn down the music.

Located Runaway – Clallam County Youth Center

Port Angeles police reportedly recovered a listed Mukilteo juvenile runaway. The juvenile was booked into the Clallam County Youth Center.

Welfare Check – Chennault Beach Rd. & SR-525

An officer was dispatched to a report of a possibly intoxicated teenaged male on Chennault Beach Road across from the Shell station. The subject was described as being about 6 feet tall, white, wearing a dark blue long sleeve T-shirt and shorts. The subject was also described as being barefoot and appearing like he was going to jump into traffic. Officers checked the area but did not locate the subject.

April 7

Suspicious – 4800 blk Caymus Ln.

A resident reported seeing a non-descript suspicious vehicle near her house. The vehicle was gone on arrival. The resident requested an extra watch in the area.

Hit and Run Follow-Up – 1300 blk 126th St. S.W., Everett

The officers contacted the suspect in a hit-and-run collision at the above location. The suspect admitted to driving the vehicle at the time of the accident, but denied being involved in the collision. The officers cited and released her.

Theft – 10400 blk 59th Ave. W.

A caller reported that he purchased a foreclosed house about two months ago, was in the process of fixing it up, had let the previous owner retrieve items from the house. The caller said he suspected that the previous owner stole some of his tools and a pressure washer while retrieving his own stuff. The previous owner denied stealing the items. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious – 4900 blk 88th St. S.W.

A caller reported that someone pushed over two mailboxes in the area. There was no damage. He requested an extra watch in the area.

Suspicious – 8400 blk SR-525

A caller reported that there was a suspicious white male pacing back and forth at the location. He was gone on arrival.

April 8

Follow-up – 9000 blk Surrey Ln.

An officer responded to the above address for a follow-up. The officer released a dog from rabies quarantine. The dog was asymptomatic for rabies.

Theft – 9600 blk Harbour Pl.

An officer responded to the location for a theft complaint. The caller advised that he had left his children’s bicycles unlocked in the parking garage leaning up against the wall, and someone took them between 6 p.m. yesterday and 7:30 a.m. today.

Traffic Complaint – 600 blk Possession View Ln.

While on patrol, an officer was flagged down and advised that a car was seen speeding and tailgating in a school zone. The officer contacted and warned the driver.

Criminal Traffic – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525

An officer stopped a driver for third-degree DWLS (Driving With License Suspended). He was cited and released.

Criminal Traffic – 12600 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a driver for third-degree DWLS. He was cited and released.

Hit and Run – 9200 blk 50th Pl. W.

Officers responded to a hit-and-run collision at the above location. The driver of Vehicle 2 stated that a gray/silver Nissan 300 Z struck the driver’s side of his vehicle and fled. The suspect vehicle would have damage on the passenger side. The suspect vehicle was not found and the driver of Vehicle 2 did not get a license plate number for the suspect vehicle.

Hazard – 5400 blk 84 St. S.W.

A caller reported a tree over the railroad tracks in the above area. An officer forwarded the information to BNSF.

Threats Report – 200 blk Leslie Ln.

An officer was dispatched to the above address for a threats complaint. Upon arrival, it was determined that the resident was receiving irritating text messages from her father. The caller has not spoken to her father in 13 years. The officer provided the resident with information on restraining orders.

Suspicious Circumstances – 5000 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to location for a report of an at-risk youth with a warrant. The caller advised her daughter has a bench warrant and requested she be picked up and booked into the Denny Youth Center. The officer determined that there was no warrant in the system and requested a faxed copy. The officer will attempt to make an arrest tomorrow once he receives a copy of the warrant.

Suspicious Vehicle – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a suspicious Gray SUV. The officer determined that the caller thought it was suspicious because a male was parked sitting in the car and then left southbound from the area. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

Criminal Traffic – 3800 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

An officer stopped a driver for third-degree DWLS. He was cited and released.

Suspicious Vehicle – 5700 blk 104th Pl. S.W.

A caller advised of a white van parked in the area that seemed suspicious. The vehicle was not located.

Disturbance –11700 blk SR-525

Officers responded to a road rage incident at the above location. Upon arrival, one driver had already left and the other driver stated no assault had occurred.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for what was described as a white male who was missing some teeth that was panhandling in the parking lot. The officer contacted a male and female and they agreed to leave.

April 9

Warrant Service – 5000 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers responded to the location and took the juvenile into custody on an at-risk youth warrant. The juvenile was transported and booked into the Denny Youth Center.

Welfare Check – 4800 blk Hartford Way

Officers responded to the above address for a welfare check. A caller advised the resident of the above house was supposed to come over to her house an hour ago and has not showed. Officers checked the above residence and found the front door ajar and no one was answering from inside. Upon searching the residence, the homeowner was found upstairs sleeping. The caller was notified of the results.

Collision –12100 blk Cyrus Way

Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision at the above location. Upon arrival, it was determined that Vehicle 1 pulled out in front of Vehicle 2 who had the right of way, causing Vehicle 2 to strike Vehicle 1 broadside.

Animal Complaint – 5500 blk 104th Pl. S.W.

An officer responded to a report of a barking dog in the above area. The officer made phone contact with the complainant and advised her that she would be contacting the dog owner.

Forgery –11800 blk SR-525

Officers responded to the location for a fraud in progress. Officers caught a subject as she was trying to cash a forged check. She was arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail on an outstanding warrant out of Auburn.

Juvenile Problem – 5000 blk 81st Pl. S.W.

An officer responded to the above address for a juvenile complaint. The caller stated that the kids who live across the street are always playing in her parking lot and swearing at her. When she and her husband confronted the kids’ mother she told them to leave. The juveniles were gone on arrival. The caller was advised to call if they return and cause further problems.

Shoplift – 10200 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to a shoplifting that had just occurred at the location. The officer was still en-route at press time.

Suspicious – 11900 blk 59th Ave. W.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a suspicious occupied vehicle parked in the neighborhood for several minutes. The vehicle was not located.

Theft – 10600 blk 47th Pl. W.

A caller reported the theft of his bicycle. An acquaintance later returned it and the caller did not want to press charges.

Possible DUI – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a possible DUI in a red hatchback. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

Criminal Traffic – H.P. Blvd. S.W. & SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle and cited the driver for third-degree DWLS and other violations.
