Animal Complaint – 10100 blk 50th Pl. W.

An officer responded to the location for two whippets running loose. The officer got the dogs contained and gave the owner a verbal warning.

Warrant Service – 5000 blk 84th St. S.W.

While on patrol, officers observed a subject sleeping in his car. A check on him revealed a $5,000 assault warrant out of Seattle. The officers booked the subject into the county jail.

Traffic Complaint – Goat Trail Rd. & SR-525

An officer responded to the location for a vehicle that drove around a construction flagger at the location. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

Found Property – 300 blk Lincoln Ave.

An officer responded to the location for a gray metal watch and a camera left at the location. The officer booked the items as found property.

Suspicious Person – 600 blk Front St.

Officers responded to the location for a white 20-year-old woman asking people for rides. She was not located.

Suspicious – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers responded to the location for several subjects transferring items from one truck to another. The subjects were moving out of an apartment and needed more space to adjust their stuff.

Fire Assist – 10200 blk Harbour Pl.

Officers responded to the location and assisted the Fire Department with a fire drill.

Theft – 11300 blk SR-525

A caller reported that $180 was taken from the till on June 23. The case is under investigation.

Collision – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

Vehicle 1 was traveling southbound and the driver fell asleep and hit a fire hydrant on the side of the road. He was not injured and his vehicle was impounded by Sparky’s Towing.

Noise Complaint –10000 blk 50th Pl. W.

Officers responded to the above area for a possible disturbance with the sound of a female screaming. Upon arrival, the officers found children playing. There was no disturbance.

Suspicious – 600 blk Front St.

Officers responded to the above area for a report of a male walking around wearing a hospital gown and robe. The officers found a subject had just been released from the hospital and his mother was taking home.

Suspicious –12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that he found a male on the back porch of his apartment. When the resident confronted the male, he took off running. He was not located.

Suspicious – 4700 blk Charter Ln.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of a vehicle with all the doors and windows open. The officer found that the doors and windows were open, but the vehicle did not appear to have been prowled.

Aug. 1

Runaway – 5300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A resident awakened to finding her 14-year-old daughter missing from her bedroom. Officers checked several locations and did not locate her. She arrived back home about an hour later and said she had just gone for a walk with friends.

Animal Complaint – 7800 blk 44th Ave. W.

An officer responded for a complaint about an aggressive English bulldog. The officer met with the dog’s owner and determined that this was likely an ongoing neighbor dispute and not an aggressive dog complaint.

Trespass – 12700 blk SR-525

A property manager reported that there is a transient camping out behind the location at nighttime. She requested officers attempt to locate him and have him removed from the premises.

Abandoned Vehicle – 900 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd.

A caller reported a black truck parked in front of his residence for the past 24 hours. The vehicle is registered out of Everett and the owner is deceased. An officer tagged the vehicle for removal.

Residential Burglary – 12400 blk 61st Ave. W.

A caller went to the above house today and noticed it had been burglarized. It appeared that jewelry and some electronics were stolen. The homeowner’s vehicle was also stolen from inside the garage.

Collision – 8400 blk SR-525

Vehicle 1 failed to yield while making a left turn out of Taco Bell onto SR-525 and struck Vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 was towed by Meridian. There were no injuries.

Suspicious – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

Officers were dispatched for a report of several suspicious juveniles walking through the complex, possibly selling drugs. They were gone on arrival.

Robbery – 4600 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that he was robbed at knifepoint 10 minutes earlier on the trail behind the library. He said he was robbed of his cellphone by three other juveniles. The suspects were not immediately identified. The case is under investigation.

Civil – 8900 blk 49th Ave. W.

A caller reported that his neighbors were putting signs on their common fence saying “Your Dog is Barking” and other ongoing neighborly issues. The officer provided the resident with information on anti-harassment orders.

Traffic Complaint – 8200 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to the above area for a report of a motorcycle driving recklessly up and down the street. It was not located.

Suspicious – 5000 blk 88th St. S.W.

A caller reported that he saw a suspicious vehicle in his neighborhood and he thought it might be related to an issue that he had at his former employer. He was advised to call when he see the vehicle again.

Traffic Complaint – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525

An officer was dispatched to the above area for a report of a black Yukon “all over the road.” It was not located.

Agency Assist – 8900 blk 44th Ave. W.

Everett police requested an officer contact a subject regarding his social security card and debit card being found in the possession of a suspected burglar. The subject told the officer that he had been robbed in Everett about a week ago but he did not report it because he had a warrant. He was put in contact with an Everett officer.

Warrant Service – 8900 blk 44th Ave. W.

An officer transported a subject to the Snohomish County Jail to serve a fourth-degree assault warrant out of Mukilteo.

Suspicious – 6000 blk St. Andrews Dr.

An officer was dispatched to the report of a suspicious gray/silver sedan in the area. The caller was concerned about recent burglaries in the neighborhood. The officer checked the vehicle and observed nothing out of the norm.

Suspicious Person – 11700 blk SR-525

An officer checked the area for a heavy set male on a bicycle who was putting posters on stop signs. There were “stickers” on the stop signs in the QFC parking lot. The officer notified the property manager.

Aug.

Welfare Check –11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A concerned daughter requested a check on her father at the above location, as he was not answering his phone. She was concerned because a woman who had assaulted him a month ago had just been released from jail. An officer contacted the father and confirmed he was fine. He advised he would call his daughter.

Suspicious Circumstances – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a UPS truck and a black BMW with blacked out license plates parked in the back parking lot of the Extended Stay. The caller thought this was a drug deal. Upon arrival, it was determined to be the UPS driver having lunch with his wife.

Suspicious – 5400 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller advised that someone was beating on her door and she was afraid to see who it was. She advised she was not expecting anyone and is in a wheelchair. Upon arrival, no one was found.

Suspicious – 8400 blk SR-525

Officers were dispatched to the location for a teenager in front of the store asking people to buy a lighter for him. Officers contacted two teens and determined that they had been refused service due to the fact they were under age to buy a lighter. They agreed to leave.

Located Runaway – 8400 blk 54th Ave. W.

An officer located a juvenile who had been reported as a runaway. He was released to a family member and cleared from the system.

Vehicle Theft – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported the theft of his black Honda Civic from the parking lot this afternoon. There was no suspect information.

Vehicle Recovery – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

While on patrol, an officer located an unoccupied Honda Accord reported stolen out of Everett. The owner retrieved the vehicle.

Follow-Up/Arrest – 4700 blk Sound Ave.

Officers located a suspect of a recent robbery. He was arrested and booked into the Denney Youth Center.

Traffic Hazard – Goat Trail Rd. & SR-525

An officer was dispatched to an area check for 3-4 subjects in dark clothing walking in the roadway. They were gone on arrival.

Aug. 3

Collision – 9900 blk SR-525

Officers were dispatched to the above location for a head-on collision involving a wrong-way driver. It was determined that the wrong-way driver had made an illegal left turn from 99th Place S.W. in to the southbound lanes of SR-525 causing a collision. No one was injured. The wrong-way driver was cited for second-degree negligent driving.

Traffic Complaint – Front St. & SR-525

A caller advised of lots of pedestrian traffic due to the art festival at Lighthouse Park.

Property Complaint – 9100 blk 44th Ave. W.

Officer responded to the above location for a found syringe on the walkway. The officer disposed of the syringe in a sharps container.

Animal Problem – 600 blk Front St.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a dog locked in a vehicle without any fresh air or water. The owner was located and he let the dog out.

Assist Fire – 10200 blk 50th Pl. W.

An officer was dispatched to a possible residential fire. Some papers had been ignited in the living room of an abandoned, previously damaged residence. The fire was quickly extinguished with very minimal damage. Three juveniles were contacted in the area. They denied any involvement.

Suspicious – 12800 blk 50th Pl. W.

A caller reported that someone had been knocking things over and moving other belongings around in her backyard over the past few weeks. She requests extra patrol.

Assist Law – H.P. Blvd. S.W. & SR-525

Washington State Patrol transferred a report of a car vs. deer collision with the deer still in the roadway. The collision was not found.

Neighbor Problem – 5000 blk 88th St. S.W.

A resident reported that his neighbor had been intentionally shining a bright light into his home. The neighbor denied doing so. Both were looking into obtaining anti-harassment orders.

Hit and Run – Lighthouse Park

A subject in a red Toyota struck a boat trailer and then left. A witness provided the license plate number and other information. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious – 10100 blk 63rd Pl. W.

A homeowner reported that a subject on a motorcycle rode up his driveway, waited for a few minutes and then left. The motorcycle was not located.

Unwanted Subject – 4300 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported there was an unruly customer they wanted trespassed form the location. The subject left prior to officer arrival.

DUI – Ferry Terminal

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a possible DUI in a white Lexus disembarking from the ferry. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

Suspicious – 13400 blk Pacific Point Ln.

A homeowner reported that a female wearing a striped sweater tried opening the front door and then walked away. It was determined that a female who lost her dog in the area had been knocking on the door.

Traffic Hazard – 84th & 54th Sts.

An officer discovered that a stop sign and pole were missing from the location. Public Works was notified.

Suspicious – 10600 blk Marine View Dr.

A caller reported hearing fireworks/gunshots in the area. An officer did not locate any problems.

Suspicious – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported hearing fireworks/gunshots in the area. An officer did not locate any problems.

Suspicious – Beverly Park Rd. & Harbour Heights Dr.

A subject delivering newspapers reported she was being followed by a dark colored SUV without any lights on. The vehicle was not located.

Aug. 4

Suspicious – 4900 blk 102nd Pl. S.W.

A caller advised that the vacant house on 50th Street to the west of her location has graffiti inside.

Animal Complaint – 6400 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

An officer responded to an ongoing barking dog complaint at the above address. Upon arrival, the officer heard the dog barking in the fenced backyard. The officer was not able to see the dog. The officer left a warning notice on the residence door requesting contact from the dog owner.

Suspicious – 8400 blk Naketa Ln.

A resident called to advise that her husband came to the house and took checks from the mail box that belonged to her and also about some harassing text messages. An officer spoke with her about obtaining a protection order and told her to call 911 if the husband returns.

Found Property – 10400 blk 47th Pl. W.

An officer was contacted at the location by a passerby who had found a wallet. The officer took custody of the wallet and booked it into evidence as found property.

Civil – 8900 blk 49th Ave. W.

A resident called to report his neighbor had sprayed a hose into his house through an open window. It was determined that the caller was watering landscaping and sprayed the neighbor by accident so the neighbor (from the earlier civil complaint) took a hose and sprayed water through the caller’s open window. An officer re-contacted the neighbor and advised him that his actions were inappropriate and both parties were provided with resources for resolving their disputes.

Property Complaint – 9500 blk 49th Ave. W.

An officer responded to the above location for what appeared to be the contents of someone’s purse that a passerby found.

Vehicle Prowl – 9400 blk 48th Pl. W.

An officer responded to a vehicle prowl report at the above location. It was determined that nothing had been taken.

Found Property –11700 blk SR-525

An officer responded to the location for a found purse containing medications and knives. The purse was booked as found property.

Malicious Mischief – 5500 blk 92nd St. S.W.

An officer was dispatched to the above location for a vehicle prowl report. Upon arrival, it was determined that it had not been a prowl, but someone had broken one of the vehicle windows and kicked dents in the side of the victim’s vehicle.

Animal Problem – Bridgeport Pl. & Hartford Way

A caller was concerned about a deceased crow in the roadway. The bird was moved out of the road.

Collision – Lighthouse Park

Vehicle 1 struck Vehicle 2 in the parking lot. There were no injuries and just minor damage.

Assist Law – Ferry Terminal

Ferry terminal employees requested assistance escorting an unruly female off of the ferry. When officers arrived, the ferry had already left. Island County was advised.

Burglary – 4200 blk 78th St. S.W.

A construction trailer and building was entered. A laptop and miscellaneous items were stolen. The case is under investigation.

Disturbance – Lighthouse Park

Two subjects were arguing over a parking space at the park. One subject was advised he was not allowed to stand in the space and save it for someone else.

DWLS 3 – Harbour Pl. & SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle and cited the driver for driving with a suspended license and no insurance.

Follow-Up – 11700 blk SR-525

A caller reported that he left his bag at the location earlier and that it had been retrieved by the police. He now wanted it back. It was determined the bag, which contained a wallet, knife, etc. had been booked for safekeeping this afternoon. An officer explained he would be unable to return it to him tonight.

Verbal DV/Warrant Arrest – 4900 blk 101st Pl. S.W.

Officers responded to a disturbance between a husband and wife. The officers determined there had been no assault. The husband was arrested on a warrant out of State Patrol for reckless driving and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Warrant Arrest/VUCSA – 92nd St. & SR-525

While on patrol, an officer contacted a woman with a misdemeanor warrant out of Seattle for a domestic violence order violation. She was also in possession of a small amount of suspected meth. She was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Theft – 11700 blk SR-525

A caller reported that six juveniles took several baked goods from the store and ran away. Officers located the juveniles and they were identified. The items were recovered and the case referred to the juvenile prosecutor.

Suspicious – 4300 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for 2-3 subjects throwing traffic cones around in the parking lot. The subjects were gone one arrival and there was no apparent damage.

Unwanted Subject/Located Runaway – 9600 blk Harbour Pl.

A caller reported an ongoing problem with juveniles loitering in the hotel lobby and taking food. Officers located a runaway a few blocks away. He had a recently cleared felony warrant but was still listed as a runaway. He was released to his mother.

Aug. 5

Attempted Theft – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

A resident reported that he received a call from an individual claiming that he was from the IRS and that he owed money. The resident said that he did not give out any personal information and did not fall for the scam.

Animal Complaint – 5500 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded to the location for a duck that was hit by a vehicle. It was gone on arrival.

Animal Complaint – 4800 blk 81st Pl. S.W.

Officers responded to the location for a small brown dog running loose. It was gone on arrival.

Theft – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported that he had a black K-2 mountain bicycle taken overnight. There are no suspects.

DWLS 3 – 12800 blk Beverly Park Rd.

An officer stopped a driver for driving with a suspended license.

Missing Children – 1200 blk Mukilteo Ln.

A caller reported that her three children (10, 11 and 12) were playing in the woods near the dog park and she cannot locate them. The officers found them on Goat Trail Loop Road and children and parents were reunited.

Juvenile Problem – 9200 blk SR-525

Officers responded to the location for juveniles pulling up election signs. Two juveniles were contacted and they placed the signs back in the original locations.

Public Assist – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller requested an officer check his apartment because his car had been stolen in Everett and his keys, GPS and mail bearing his home address were inside the car. The officer found nothing suspicious.

Welfare Check – Harbour Reach & Possession Way

Officers responded to the above area to check on a male with dirty blond hair, wearing a dirty white shirt and jeans, sitting on the curb. The officers contacted a subject who appeared to be homeless but said that he was staying with his mother nearby.

Attempt to Locate – 10700 blk SR-525

A caller reported that one of their patients had kicked out a skylight and left the premises. He was eventually located nearby and transported back.

Follow Up –12400 blk 61st Ave. W.

A caller reported that she had a list of property that was stolen and some photos of missing jewelry. She also found some keys that were not hers.

Suspicious – 600 blk Front St.

A caller reported there were people in the park lighting balloons and putting them in the air. She said that she was concerned that they were a hazard to airplanes. They were gone on arrival.

Noise Complaint –11900 blk 59th Ave. W.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of kids singing in the tunnel. The officer found four choir students singing in the tunnel. They agreed to stop.

Suspicious – 5100 blk 81st Pl. S.W.

A caller reported hearing a loud bang then seeing 4-5 juveniles running away. They were gone on arrival.

Unwanted Subject – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers responded to the location for a dispute between a customer and staff. There were complications over reservations and the customer was very upset. She agreed to leave.

Suspicious – 5500 blk 88th St. S.W.

A complainant called to report that someone rang her bell then ran off. She was concerned because she thought that someone might be testing to see if anyone was home. No one was found.

Noise Complaint – 600 blk Front St.

A caller reported loud music in the park.

Aug. 6

Animal Complaint – 8200 blk SR-525

A caller reported that there were three chickens in the parking lot. The officer told her that if the owner calls looking for them, she would send him that way.

Malicious Mischief – 4600 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that some large metal grates had been removed from the bridge behind the library. The information passed on to Public Works.

Lost Property/Agency Assist – 8400 blk Paine Field Blvd.

A caller advised an officer that he lost his passport at the Future of Flight Museum. The officer referred him to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

Suspicious – 600 blk Front St.

Officers responded to the Lighthouse Park for an intoxicated male. He was looking for the ferry and the officers directed him there.

Animal Complaint – 10300 blk 66th Pl. W.

A caller caught a golden retriever running around the neighborhood and the officer transported it to PAWS.

Theft –12000 blk Concord Way

A caller reported that sometime between noon and 12:46 p.m. several packages were taken from her porch.

Found Property –10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

A caller turned in a found wallet. An officer was unable to contact the owner and the wallet was booked into evidence.

Collision – 600 blk Front St.

An officer responded to Lighthouse Park for a two-vehicle collision in the parking lot. There were no injuries.

Suspicious – 44th Ave. W. & 78th St. S.W.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of people in the woods near the church under construction. Because of some recently vandalism some church members were taking turns watching the site. No one was located.

Suspicious – 12700 blk 52nd Pl. W.

A caller reported a silver four-door vehicle had been parked in front of the above residence for the past 15 to 20 minutes. The officer found the vehicle was unoccupied and nothing appeared to be suspicious.

Follow Up –11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported finding some packages in their assigned parking space. An officer determined that the packages were from the above theft.

Malicious Mischief – 10700 blk Marine View Dr.

A caller reported that someone called her house from the call box at the gate to her driveway and said that he had been punched. The officer located a subject further up the road. He was acting unusual and appeared to be high on some unknown drug. It was determined he had damaged some property and was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for malicious mischief.

Juvenile Problem – H.P. Blvd. S.W. & SR-525

A caller reported that her car was egged when she drove through the above area. No one was located.

Malicious Mischief – 6400 blk Chennault Beach Dr.

A caller reported his mailbox had been blown up. He reported hearing an explosion followed by the sound of the suspect(s) running. No one was located.
