Suspicious – 5600 blk N. Grove Dr.
A resident reported receiving spam email that she thought was suspicious. She said she did not open the email and wanted to know what to do with it. She was told to delete it and that she could contact www.ic3.gov for further assistance.
Vehicle Prowl – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.
A caller reported her vehicle was prowled sometime overnight. A bag of makeup and her vehicle registration was stolen. A cellphone was also left behind in her vehicle by the suspect(s). The case is under investigation.
Suspicious – 8000 blk SR-525
A caller reported that a man in his 60s was in line next to her at the post office yesterday and was asking her “strange” questions. The questions were not criminal in nature, but she wanted the police to be aware.
Suspicious Vehicle – 10200 blk 50th Pl. W.
A caller reported an occupied suspicious vehicle sitting in front of a vacant house at the location. An officer contacted the subject and confirmed that he was at the house to winterize the property for the bank, as the house was in foreclosure.
Welfare Check – 7000 blk 49th Ave. W.
A caller reported that her neighbors had left their two children outside on the back porch and she was concerned due to the weather. The officer determined that the parents likely set the children out there momentarily in their car seats while loading their vehicle. The children and parents were not there when the officer arrived.
Collision – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525
An officer was dispatched to the location for a three vehicle, non-blocking collision. There were no injuries and none of the vehicles needed to be towed.
Lost Property – 10500 blk 47th Ave. W.
A resident reported losing a necklace in August while she was in Leavenworth, Wash.
Vehicle Theft – 4400 blk Russell Rd.
A caller reported the theft of one of their utility trailers from their business sometime over the past few days. The trailer was described as a 1986 Wilson flatbed trailer used to haul cars.
Suspicious – 3900 blk Pacific Pl.
A resident requested a phone call from an officer about some footprints he found in the snow near his house. He said that no one should have been walking around his house today. There were no signs of an attempted burglary. He requested extra patrols.
Traffic Hazard – 1000 blk SR-525
A small landslide blocked part of the ferry lane. Crews from the state Department of Transportation responded to cone off the area and evaluate the hillside. WSDOT advised they would wait to clear the lane tomorrow unless it spread out onto the roadway more tonight. Officers assisted with traffic control.
Assist Fire – 800 blk SR-525
Officers responded to a report of landslide the struck a vehicle and garage. There were no injuries and the incident occurred on private property. The fire department responded to assist the homeowner.
Traffic Hazard – 1200 blk SR-525
About 30 minutes after WSDOT crews finished clearing the mudslide at the location, another one came sliding down. WSDOT returned and cleaned up the second one, too.
Collision – Harbour Pointe Blvd. S.W.
An officer was dispatched to the location for a non-injury collision. The officer determined that it was non-reportable and occurred in the county as well. The officer stood by while the parties exchanged information.
Traffic Complaint – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525
An officer was dispatched to the location for a report of a semi-truck being driven by someone who “does not know how to drive it.” The vehicle was not located.
Suspicious – 12300 blk SR-525
A caller reported hearing possible rifle shots last night. He said that he hears the noises about 3-4 times per month. He was advised to call when they are occurring.
Collision – 8400 blk SR-525
Vehicle 1 struck the back of Vehicle 2. There were no injuries and it was non-reportable.
Traffic Hazard – 9000 blk 61st Pl. W.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a landslide that was covering both lanes of 61st Pl. W. Public Works was contacted and department crews barricaded the road for the night.
Patrol Information – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.
Water on the roadways froze overnight. Public Works was notified at about 2:45 a.m. and advised of the road conditions. Crews deployed a sanding truck to target the problem areas.
Suspicious – 12100 blk Cyrus Way
An employee reported seeing two subjects loading metal scraps into a truck as he was leaving the business for the night. Contact was made with two subjects. They showed officers a Craigslist ad claiming the business was giving the metal away for free. The ad appeared to be bogus and had no valid contact information. The subjects agreed to put all the scrap metal back until it could be verified they had permission to be there.
Suspicious – 8200 blk 44th Ave. W.
An officer was dispatched to an area check for a blue passenger car going driveway to driveway in the area. The resident stated it had been verified they were not delivering newspapers. The officer contacted the subject and determined he was delivering newspapers.
Animal Complaint– 700 blk Front St.
An employee of the Silver Cloud Inn reported a dog locked in a vehicle in the parking lot. An officer contacted the dog owner who wanted to leave the dog in the vehicle overnight. Arrangements were made for the dog to get picked up.
Noise Complaint– 4800 blk Pointes Dr.
Officers responded to the above location for a barking dog complaint. The caller stated it was an ongoing issue. While on scene, an officer observed a dog barking excessively from the above residence. No one was home. The case is under investigation.
Collision– 3900 blk H.P. Blvd.
A caller reported being involved in a collision with a semi-truck in front of the Chase Bank. It was determined that the semi-truck backed into caller’s vehicle in the parking lot. There were no injuries and none of the involved vehicles needed to be towed.
DUI – 92nd St. & SR-525
Officers checked the area for a possible DUI in a blue Toyota Camry. Officers located the vehicle and observed lane violations. Officers stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver. The driver did not appear intoxicated and refused standard field sobriety tests. She was cited for the lane violations and released.
LEA – Beverly Park Rd. & Lincoln Way
Officers responded to the above location where a Snohomish County deputy was already on scene for a hit-and-run collision. The deputy was dispatched to the area for a silver Honda Accord that had crashing into a fence in Mukilteo on Beverly Park Road. The driver of the vehicle had fled the scene on foot. As Mukilteo officers arrived, the deputy had already investigated the collision and was finishing a report. Officers offered to assist and take the collision, but the deputy said he did not need any officer assistance.
1 Car Rollover Crash/DUI Arrest – 13500 blk Beverly Park Rd.
Vehicle 1 was traveling northbound on Lincoln Way and failed to stop or negotiate the left turn onto Beverly Park Road. Vehicle 1 struck the concrete block wall in one yard, flipped onto its top, and struck the wooden fence in the next yard, and then came to rest against a large Evergreen tree. The driver was arrested for DUI and provided breath samples of .095 and .096. His Subaru Forester was impounded to Hansen Towing.
Civil Problem – 7600 blk 44th Ave. W.
A resident called regarding a neighbor cutting down trees in his property. An officer talked with the neighbor, who said the trees were on his own property. He said he was going to check with the city to see if there were permits he needed before he continues.
Suspicious Person– 11000 blk 55th Ave. W.
A caller reported seeing a black male “wandering” in the neighborhood who seemed out of place and was possibly casing the neighborhood. He saw the male 15 minutes prior to calling. Officers checked the area and did not locate the male.
Assault 4 DV – 5700 blk 95th Pl. S.W.
Officers responded to the above location for a report of verbal domestic violence. A man called to report an argument with his wife. During the argument he had put both his hands around her neck and applied pressure to her throat. He was arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail for fourth-degree assault domestic violence.
Traffic Complaint– SR-525 & 84th St. S.W.
Officers checked the area for a report of an erratically driven vehicle. The caller last saw the vehicle in the ferry holding lanes. The vehicle had already boarded the ferry when the officers arrived.
LEA – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525
Everett police requested officers check the area for a silver Acura Integra. The Acura was a reported DUI that was involved in two hit-and-run collisions along Evergreen Way. It was last seen on Beverly Park Road. Officers checked the area but did not locate the vehicle.
DUI Collision – 6200 blk Harbour Heights Pkwy.
A caller reported a vehicle crashed into some bushes and the driver staggered out of the car. Officers located the driver at her residence. She appeared extremely intoxicated and was unable to perform standard field sobriety tests. She was arrested for DUI and her vehicle was impounded by Sky Valley Towing. She refused the breathalyzer and was cited and released. During the DUI processing she mentioned being assaulted by her ex-husband around Dec. 20. She was too intoxicated to describe the assault or recall the event. She was advised to report the incident in the morning.
DUI – 7900 blk SR-525
A caller reported she dropping off a subject at his residence near the Saratoga neighborhood. She said she was the designated driver and he was intoxicated. She said when she dropped him off, he ran down the street stating he was going back to the Mukilteo Lodge to get his vehicle. Officers located the subject in the neighborhood. He ignored the officers and left the area in a different vehicle.
Vehicle Theft – 9400 blk Hidden Forest Dr.
A caller reported her blue 2011 Jeep Wrangler was stolen from the complex within the past four hours.
Follow-Up – 9400 blk Hidden Forest Dr.
An officer was dispatched to a follow-up at the above location regarding a stolen vehicle. The caller advised that her vehicle had not been taken and that her boyfriend parked it in a different spot because her usual parking spot was taken.
Suspicious Vehicle –11th Ave. & Goat Trail Rd.
An officer responded to the above area regarding a dark Mazda Protégé that was driving through the area with its lights off and looking at mailboxes. The vehicle was not found.
Vehicle Prowl – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.
A caller reported sometime between Dec. 15 and Dec. 19 someone pried open the back door of his van and took about $3,000 worth of tools. The case is under investigation.
Death Investigation – 10500 blk 64th Pl. W.
A woman reported being woken by the sound of her husband falling in the bathroom. When she found him he was unresponsive. When officers arrived, firefighters were already on scene doing CPR. He was pronounced deceased about 40 minutes later. A medical examiner responded and took the body for further medical investigations.
Public Assist – 8400 blk SR-525
A caller reported a vehicle was following her as she was walking on the sidewalk. It was determined to be a mail delivery vehicle and the caller was transported to a friend’s house.
Traffic Hazard – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.
An officer was dispatched to check the area for a loose sewer cover. The officer was not able to locate it.
Fire Assist – 12500 blk Evergreen Dr.
A caller reported that her mother had overdosed on sleeping medication. Officers determined that the overdose did not appear to be intentional. The subject was transported by aid to Providence hospital.
Collision – 11700 blk SR-525
An officer responded to the location for a two-vehicle collision. There were no injuries and neither vehicle needed to be towed.
Fire Assist – 4400 blk 106th St. S.W.
A resident called 911 stating that she felt strange after smoking marihuana. She requested she be transported to the hospital by aid. No police assistance was needed.
Civil – 4700 blk Caymus Ln.
A caller reported that his wife apparently went into a drunken rage while he was gone yesterday evening and he returned to find several of their household items damaged. The subject was currently in the hospital for other medical concerns and was not at the location anymore.
Disturbance – 11700 blk SR-525
A caller reported almost being struck by a vehicle while walking in the parking lot at the location. He said that the female driver got out of her vehicle and started yelling at him. The female left prior to the officers’ arrival. There were no threats or assaults.
Vehicle Prowl – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd .
A caller reported that his vehicle had been prowled sometime overnight. There were no signs of forced entry and the only thing stolen was the title to the vehicle.
Vehicle Prowl – 9600 blk Habour Pl.
An officer was dispatched to a vehicle prowl that reportedly occurred sometime during the previous night. Illegal entry to the vehicle, a blue 1998 Volkswagen Jetta, was apparently made via an unlocked door. The victim reported his “Stussy” winter coat, the vehicle’s title, and a case containing about 50 CDs as stolen.
Harassment – 7900 blk SR-525
An officer was dispatched to a phone harassment complaint by a known suspect. The management reports receiving harassing phone calls from a phone number identified as belonging to the suspect. At the owners’ request, an officer has previously warned the suspect to not be on the premises and to not make phone calls to the location. The case is under investigation.
Animal Complaint – 10300 blk Marine View Dr.
A woman called 911 to advise that her two dogs had gone missing. The dogs reportedly ran out of the home with no collars/tags and had red cloth around their necks. The dogs had been missing for at least an hour. She gave permission to release her contact information to the public if someone finds either of the dogs.
Animal Complaint – 92nd St. S.W. & SR-525
An officer was dispatched to the area for a report of an older golden retriever with Mukilteo tags that was found running loose. The officer took custody of the dog and eventually released the dog back to his owner.
Animal/Noise Complaint – 5800 blk 112th Pl. S.W.
An officer was dispatched to a complaint of a dog barking at the location for the last three hours. Upon arrival, the officer heard the dog barking repeatedly. The officer left a warning notice on the home’s front door.
Hit & Run/DUI Arrest – SR-525 & H.P. Blvd.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a white SUV that had just struck a sign post and left the location. An officer located the suspect vehicle and stopped it. Following an investigation, the vehicle’s driver was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run property damage. He provided breathalyzer samples of .193 and .193 and was released to family members.
Missing Person – 1400 blk Mukilteo Lane 1O1 MK12665
R/P was concerned that his 23 year-old son did not show up to the house this morning. R/P said that he last spoke with his son about 8 hours prior. However R/P said that his son was a college student and was out with friends last night. R/P said he would call back if he still had not heard from his son later in the day.
Theft – 300 blk Lincoln Ave.
A caller reported that a case of wine and some money was missing on Dec. 22 after she held a wedding at the location. She was calling from south Seattle and said she may come to the police station later to file a report, but was not certain that she wanted to.
Possible DUI – 92nd St. & SR-525
An officer was dispatched to an area check for a possible DUI in a green Range Rover. The vehicle was stopped following a traffic infraction. The driver was not intoxicated. She was warned for the traffic violation.
Welfare Check – Chennault Beach Rd. & H.P. Blvd.
An officer was dispatched to a report of a possible hitchhiker in the area. He was gone on arrival.
Suspicious – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.
An employee at the location reported finding what appeared to be recent pry marks on one of the exterior doors of the business. Extra patrol is requested.
Traffic Hazard – 3800 blk South Rd.
An officer moved a tree that had fallen across the roadway.
