Feb. 6
Vehicle Theft – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.
An officer responded to a vehicle theft at the above location. A black Honda Accord had been taken some time overnight. A short while later, the officer located the vehicle parked several buildings away. The glove box had been rummaged through. The vehicle was processed for evidence.
Juvenile Problem – 2600 blk SR-525
An officer responded for a behavioral student that ran away from campus. Prior to arrival, officers were cancelled as the student had returned. Police assistance was no longer needed.
Warrant Arrest – Lincoln Way & SR-525
Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office requested a warrant meet at the above location as they had a subject in custody for a Mukilteo third-degree DWLS (Driving With License Suspended) and hit-and-run warrant. An officer responded, took custody of the subject, and transported and booked her into Snohomish County Jail for the above warrant.
Physical Domestic –13500 blk SR-525
An officer was dispatched to the above address for a physical domestic incident that had occurred earlier. The parties were separated and the victim called from the Edmonds area. The officer determined that the address was in unincorporated Snohomish County and the victim was referred to the Sheriff’s Office.
Civil – 4200 bk Russell Rd.
Officers responded to the above address for a civil standby. Upon arrival, it was determined that the problem employee who was going to be fired had already left for the day. The caller will call back tomorrow if the employee returns.
DV Order Violation – 800 blk 7th St.
A victim reported that a subject came to her residence earlier and tried talking to her about their relationship in violation of a Domestic Violence No Contact Order. Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office located the subject at his residence in Snohomish. He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
Residential Burglary – 8900 blk 49th Ave. W.
A resident returned home from work tonight and found his home burglarized. The case is under investigation.
Residential Burglary – 5800 blk St. Andrews Dr.
A resident returned home from work this evening and found his home had been burglarized. The case is under investigation.
Traffic Complaint – 40th St. & SR 526
An officer was dispatched to an area check for a recklessly driven light blue Ford Taurus. The vehicle was not located.
Feb. 7
Theft – 8200 blk SR-525
A complainant called to report an industrial car vacuum had been taken from the above address. The coin machine had also been pried. The caller did not want a formal case report, as his deductible was more than the machine was worth, and he is in the process of attempting to sell the car wash. He requests extra patrols.
Traffic Complaint – Harbour Reach Dr. & Possession Way
An officer was dispatched to a report of a female in a gray Dodge Van tailgating and putting on makeup. The vehicle was not located.
Fraud – 1800 blk 19th Dr.
An officer was dispatched to the above address for a fraud complaint. The caller was receiving calls from a law office advising that he is in default on his loan from Cashnet. The caller has never had a loan from Cashnet. The law office is located in New York and the phone number comes back to Bainbridge Island. There was no financial loss.
Shoplift –10200 blk SR-525
An officer responded to a shoplifting complaint. A child had stolen a pen light and was detained by the manager. The manager did not want to press charges but did want the parent called to pick up the child. The officer stood by until the parent arrived and the child was released.
Found Property – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.
A caller contacted an officer at the police station and turned in a driver’s license that he found in Forest Park.
Theft –11800 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd.
Officers responded to a theft of a golf cart. Several juveniles took a golf cart joyriding. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the cart or the juveniles. When management was contacted, they advised the report was third party and were unsure if a golf cart was missing. Staff will call back after inventory tonight if a cart is missing.
Residential Burglary – 4800 blk 131st St. S.W.
A resident came home tonight and found one of his sliding living room windows open and dirt tracked throughout his home. Jewelry, silverware and several other miscellaneous items were missing. The incident occurred between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. today. (Note: A white/silver older model Ford Taurus type vehicle with dents might be associated with recent burglaries in the area.)

An officer stopped a vehicle and cited the driver for driving with a suspended license.
DUI – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525
An officer stopped a vehicle and subsequently arrested the driver for DUI. He refused the breathalyzer test. He was cited for driving under the influence and second-degree DWLS.
Feb. 8
Animal Complaint – 1000 blk 5th Pl.
A caller reported three dogs barking in the area. An officer heard no barking.
Vehicle Prowl – 5000 blk 84th St.
A caller reported that she left her vehicle unlocked overnight in the Courtyard Apartments parking lot and an unknown person took an iPod, clothing and sunglasses from her vehicle.
SMART Callout – Evergreen Hospital
An officer responded to Evergreen Hospital for a SMART callout.
Suspicious – 7900 blk 46th Ave. W.
A caller reported a suspicious van parked near a vacant house with its windows down. Officers found the unoccupied van at the location. The house was secure.
Verbal Domestic – 1000 blk 17th Ct.
A caller reported that she got into a verbal argument with her son, who left on foot prior to officers’ arrival and was not located. There was no evidence of an assault. The son has an outstanding felony warrant for forgery.
Suspicious – 10500 blk H.P. Blvd.
While on patrol, an employee reported a suspicious male lurking around the school carrying a sleeping bag. Officers identified him as a local resident. He said that his parents kicked him out of the house. An officer gave him a courtesy ride to 148th Street and Highway 99.
Vehicle Prowl – 900 blk 2nd St.
A caller had two car rotors taken overnight from an unlocked van and requested an extra patrol in the area.
Warrant Arrest – 700 blk Front St.
A caller reported that her son who officers had been looking for earlier had returned. An officer located the suspect on the ferry. He was transported to the Snohomish County Jail and booked on warrants for forgery and possession of a controlled substance.
Verbal Domestic – 4800 blk 70th St. S.W.
Officers responded to the above residence for a disturbance between husband and wife. She reported that the argument was verbal and there was no assault. He left prior to the officers’ arrival. He has two active warrants for driving with a suspended license and reckless driving. She said that she would call when he returns.
Extra Patrol – 4500 blk 75th St. S.W.
A caller reported that his son just got out of rehab and owes money to some people. He said that although his son no longer lives with him, he is concerned that someone might come looking for him. He said that he has seen suspicious vehicles in the area and requested extra patrol. The son has an active felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Suspicious – 4800 blk 76th St. S.W.
A caller reported a white Kia was driving slowly through the complex with its lights off. Officers located the vehicle unoccupied near “E” building. There was no one around and nothing suspicious was located.
Suspicious – 5200 blk103rd St. S.W.
A caller reported a group of juveniles who were running around and jumping in and out of a car. Officers located the vehicle and contacted the juveniles. The driver had stopped to let an unlicensed juvenile try driving. Two of the occupants appeared to have been drinking. The parents of all involved were called to come pick up their children.
Suspicious – 4000 blk 78th St. S.W.
While on patrol, an officer located a vehicle that appeared to have been in a collision. There was no one nearby and a case of beer was on the backseat. The officer was having another officer check the registered owner’s address to see if they knew who had been driving. The officer was still on scene at the time of this report.
Feb. 9
Suspicious – 2600 blk SR-525
A caller reported hearing one gunshot in the area of Olympic View Middle School. Officers found nothing suspicious.
Lost Property – Ferry Terminal & SR-525
A caller said that he thought he lost his wallet either on the ferry or somewhere in Mukilteo. If it is found, he would like a call.
Animal Complaint – 4900 blk 92nd St. S.W.
A caller reported two dogs off leash at the 92nd Street Park. The dogs were gone on arrival.
Collision/Criminal Traffic – 12800 blk Beverly Park Rd.
Vehicle 1, driven by a female suspect, made a U-turn and rear-ended Vehicle 2 stopped for traffic at the light in the turn lane. Vehicle 1 then backed up and hit Vehicle 3, that had stopped behind her. She appeared to be either intoxicated or very tired, but had no alcohol in her system. She denied taking any drugs and there were no drug experts available to come evaluate her. She complained of chest pain, and so the Fire Department responded, checked and treated her at the scene. Officers cited her for third-degree DWLS and no insurance. She had a friend come and pick her and her vehicle up.
Theft – 5700 blk 95th Pl. S.W.
A caller reported that an unknown person stole a decoration from his front door. He did not want a report, but requested extra patrols in the area.
Welfare Check – Chennault Beach Rd. & H.P. Blvd.
Officers responded to the above location to check on an older male that appeared wet and muddy. He was not found.
Traffic Complaint – Chennault Beach Rd. & H.P. Blvd.
An officer responded to the report of a white Buick Century that crossed over into the oncoming lane. The vehicle was not located.
Suspicious – 8000 blk 40th Ave. W.
A caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked at the location. Officers spoke with the occupant, who said that he was taking a nap. He left the area.
Collision – 1900 blk SR-525
Vehicle 2 slowed for traffic northbound at the location and Vehicle 1 rear-ended Vehicle 2. The driver of Vehicle 1 complained of chest pains and was treated at the scene by the Fire Department.
Follow Up – 5200 blk 87th Pl. S.W.
A resident reported that she had information about a recent burglary to her home. An officer contacted several subjects. One of them knew the location of one of her laptop computers. He said that he would attempt to have it returned the following day. The officer also developed several suspects and included them in a follow-up report.
Burglary – 5600 blk 105th Pl. S.W.
A caller reported that he was in the process of beginning to move into the above residence. He said he moved a duffle bag of personal belongings and a camera into the house a few days ago and, when he returned today, they were gone. The cylinder of the lock on the rear door had been damaged.
Suspicious – 12500 blk 54th Ave. W.
A caller reported a white Acura Integra playing loud music had been driving up and down his street several times. It was not located.
Traffic Complaint – H.P. Blvd. & SR-525
An officer responded to the above area for a report of a van emitting heavy smoke. The caller was unsure if it was a mechanical problem or if the van was on fire. It was not located.
Traffic Complaint – 3800 blk H.P. Blvd.
A caller reported the driver of a dark red SUV was possibly intoxicated. She said that the vehicle almost went into oncoming traffic and there was severe lane travel. The officer contacted the driver, who was not intoxicated. He said that he had been off-roading and may have damaged the vehicle’s front end.
Open Window –11500 blk Cyrus Way
While on patrol, an officer located an open window. Nothing appeared to be suspicious. An officer closed the window but was unable to secure it. The officer provided extra patrol throughout the night.
Feb. 10
Animal Complaint – 13200 blk 44th Ave. W.
An officer responded to the report of a stray golden retriever in the area. It was not found.
Suspicious – 600 blk Front St.
Officers responded to Lighthouse Park for a suspicious male throwing a “blade” into a stump. He was not located.
Burglary/Follow-Up – 4900 blk 101st Pl. S.W.
A caller found a bottle of prescription medication that belonged to the victim in her brother’s room. The brother moved to Texas, but there are two other suspects. The case is under investigation.
Traffic Complaint – 500 blk SR-525
An officer responded to the location for an erratic driver in the area. The vehicle was gone on arrival.
Suspicious – 1900 blk SR-525
Officers responded to a suspicious red Isuzu Trooper parked on the side of the road. It was gone on arrival.
Fire Assist – 92300 blk 49th Ave. W.
Officers conducted traffic control while the Fire Department extinguished a vehicle fire at the location.
Alarm – 1000 blk Park Ave.
An officer responded to the above residence for an alarm. The screen door on the rear slider was damaged but there was no entry to the house. It was unknown if the door had been previously damaged. Neighbors reported seeing nothing suspicious.
Suspicious – 81st Pl. S.W. & SR-525
Officers responded to the above area for a report of a male walking slowly and looking lost. The officers contacted a man who said that he was concerned for his friends. He said that one has a history of violence. The officers spoke to all three and determined that there had been no crime. A woman involved said that she was not afraid and agreed to take him back to her house. The caller decided not to return with them and called his mother for a ride home.
Traffic – SR-525 & H.P. Blvd.
An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and found the driver was driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released.
Traffic Collision – St. Andrews & 116th St.
Officers responded to the above area for several reports of the sounds of a collision. The officers located the vehicle in the ditch in the 6600 block of 116th Street S.W. None of the occupants was injured. The crash occurred in unincorporated Snohomish County, and the investigation was turned over to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
Feb. 11
Assist Fire – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.
Officers were dispatched to the above address for an assist to the Fire Department with a 37-year-old woman requesting aid for alcohol withdrawal. Officers stood by while aid transported the woman to the hospital for treatment.
Counterfeit Complaint –10500 blk 47th Pl. W.
A passerby contacted an officer at the front counter with a counterfeit $5 bill that he had been given. The case is under investigation.
Assist Law – 12800 blk Beverly Park Rd.
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle/pole collision with an unconscious driver in the parking lot. The driver was involved in a low-speed collision and appeared to be driving under the influence. The driver was not injured. Snohomish County deputies were also on scene and continued with the investigation.
Feb. 12
Nuisance Complaint – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525
An officer was dispatched to a report of panhandlers in the above area. It was determined the two panhandlers were in unincorporated Snohomish County. The call was referred to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
Civil – 4900 blk 81st Pl. S.W.
Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at the above location. Two neighbors were arguing over a parking space. The officers assisted in resolving their dispute.
Welfare Check – 4200 blk 130th Pl. S.W.
Officers responded to the above address to check on the caller’s wife. He advised his wife had called him from the above address saying the door was found unlocked. His wife then started swearing and hung up. He was unable to re-contact her. It was determined that the resident had come home and found the toilet flooding the house. She did not need assistance.
Suspicious Person – 5400 blk H.P. Blvd.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious person in the area looking over fences. The subject was described as a man in his 30s with a beard and long black hair. Officers checked the area but the subject was not located.
Suspicious Persons – 12900 blk 50th Pl. W.
An officer was dispatched to a report of a yellow vehicle parked in front of the green belt at the above location. Two males got out of the vehicle and walked west on 50th Place W. The officer did not locate the vehicle.
Fraud –1500 blk Goat Trail Rd.
An officer was dispatched to the above address for a fraud complaint. The caller’s ex-husband’s wife was using the ex-husband’s social security number to take out loans and make purchases. The caller’s ex-husband is deceased. This has happened before in the past with the same person and the same circumstances.
Abandoned Vehicle – 4500 blk 78th Pl. S.W.
An officer responded to the above location for a report of a Ford GT parked at the above location for the past three weeks. A warning was left on the vehicle.
Animal Complaint – 400 blk 4th St.
A resident called to report the neighbor’s dog left out in the yard all day and barking. The asked that the officer call the dog owner and advised them of complaints in the neighborhood about the dog. The officer called the owner and passed the message on.
Death Investigation – 6200 blk 102nd St. S.W.
Officers responded to the above address for an unattended death. Nothing appeared suspicious and the death was most likely due to her multiple health issues.
Suspicious Person – 600 blk Front St.
An officer was dispatched to a report of a suspicious male taking items and putting them in his bag near the business. The subject was not located. The owner of the business was contacted and advised no one has permission to remove items from the scrap bin.
Extra Patrol – 8400 blk SR-525
A caller requests extra patrol at the business. He was concerned that a suspicious male that was in the business earlier this afternoon might return.
Extra Patrol – 112th Pl. S.W. & 55th Ave. W.
A resident requests extra patrol in the neighborhood after seeing various vehicles parked in the area over the past few days that were unfamiliar to her.
Theft – 11700 blk SR-525
A caller reported the theft of a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 cellphone earlier today.
Suspicious – 11100 blk SR-525
A caller reported that his vehicle may have been prowled while being stored a couple of weeks ago at a local business. The caller had limited information and was already in contact with the business to work out restitution.
Assault 4 DV – 4800 blk 76th St. S.W.
A neighbor reported a loud disturbance next door. Contact was made with a victim and her girlfriend. The girlfriend has assaulted the victim and was arrested for fourth-degree domestic violence assault, interfering with reporting and also for a misdemeanor warrant out of Kennewick for DUI. She was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
Residential Burglary – 11900 blk 59th Ave. W.
A caller reported his residence was burglarized some time this afternoon or evening. The case is under investigation.
