Dec. 26

Verbal DV – 5400 blk 84th St. S.W.

Officers responded to the above address regarding a report that a subject was out of control. The subject was upset because he didn’t get what he wanted for Christmas, and was running through the house, banging on the windows. Officers talked with the subject and his grandmother. Both said that the subject lived there, that there had been no assault or damage, and that the subject had not threatened any harm.

Animal Problem – 5300 blk 101st St. S.W.

An officer responded to the above address regarding a loose dog in the yard. The officer transported the black Lab/American Terrier mix to its home and returned it to its owners.

Suspicious Incident – 600 blk Front St.

A caller saw a man in a yellow Lincoln Town Car pick up a woman on Front Street and drop her off at 84th Street S.W. and SR-525. The caller thought it might have been a drug deal. The parties involved were not located.

Collision – 11700 blk SR-525

Vehicle 1 made a left turn onto SR-525 from the QFC lot and hit a pedestrian in the crosswalk. The victim had some minor bruising. The pedestrian was checked by aid and released at the scene. An officer cited the driver for the improper turn.

Traffic Hazard – Evergreen Dr. & South Rd.

A caller reported that there was an open gate blocking the roadway at the location. An officer cleared the roadway, but found the gate to be broken. The officer left a message for the property owner to have the gate fixed.

Suspicious – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd .

A caller reported that they got a report that four or five juveniles were walking around the complex, looking into cars. The juveniles were gone on arrival. Officers located nothing suspicious in the area.

Possible Narcotics – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported that there were juveniles on the nature trail behind the location possibly using narcotics. They were gone on arrival.

Disturbance – 600 blk Front St.

Officers responded to the location for several subjects yelling outside. The caller reported that she could not tell if they were fighting or having a good time. The subjects were not found. Employees said that the subjects were not fighting, just being loud.

Disturbance – 300 blk SR-525

Officers responded to a disturbance involving numerous juveniles at the location. Eight juveniles did not appear to be fighting. They said that they were just messing around.

Dec. 27

Property – Rosehill Community Center

An officer picked up an Amazon Kindle that had been found in the fitness room at Rosehill on Nov 30. The owner had not contacted the center to report it missing. It was placed in the police station’s property room for safekeeping.

Extra Patrol – 5400 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller requested officers check on the business at the above address periodically overnight. He is the new custodian and did not know how to activate the alarm when he left. The caller said that the building was locked up tight and would appreciate extra patrols until he can get info on setting the alarm.

Possible DUI –10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer checked the area for a white passenger car driven erratically. The officer did not find the car.

Dec. 28

Verbal DV – 10000 blk 48th Ave. W.

A caller reported that his estranged wife was at the location causing a disturbance. Officers contacted the couple and determined that his wife came to the house to take her Christmas decorations and an argument ensued. No assaults had occurred and she agreed to leave.

Agency Assist – SR-526

Everett police advised of a Volvo last seen headed toward Mukilteo that was possibly associated with a hit and run. The vehicle was not located.

Assist Fire – 11700 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to a report of CPR in progress with a non-responsive woman found in a parked car. The woman was transported by aid to Providence Hospital where she pronounced deceased. An officer contacted her daughter in Florida, who advised she had a history of medical issues. The registered owner of the vehicle was notified of the location and he agreed to retrieve it.

Non-Injury Collision – 11700 blk SR-525

Vehicle 1 struck the back of Vehicle 2. There were no injuries.

Hit and Run – 11700 blk SR-525

A caller reported that a witness saw a subject in a large truck with Texas plates strike his parked car and then leave. The incident is under investigation.

Party Complaint – 8400 blk 44th Ave. W.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a loud party with possible narcotics activity. However, the residence was quiet and nothing suspicious was found.

Suspicious – 12300 blk Cyrus Way

A caller reported hearing the sounds of a gunshot somewhere behind the location in the Evergreen Ave./South Road area. She advised it had been occurring for the past couple of months. An officer was in the area at the time and did not see or hear anything. There was construction work at a nearby church, and the workers advised that some of the lumber hitting the ground may have sounded like a gunshot.

Public Assist – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported receiving several unwanted phone calls from his estranged wife. The officer provided information regarding court orders.

Dec. 29

Solicitor – 11300 blk 58th Ave. W.

A caller reported a solicitor in the neighborhood. An officer contacted a solicitor who claimed to have a permit but could not produce it. He was told to stop soliciting until he could show proper licensing.

Alarm – 10800 blk 53rd Ave. W.

An officer was dispatched to the residence for an audible alarm. The officer discovered that the resident accidentally locked herself out of the house along with her infant and was trying to regain entry. The officer assisted the homeowner in getting back into the house.

Animal Complaint – 600 blk Front St.

A citizen reported two dogs running loose at Lighthouse Park. An officer located the dogs and identified their owner. She responded and retrieved her dogs.

Suspicious – 13100 blk 45th Ave. W.

A caller reported receiving a strange phone call from an unknown subject with a blocked number. No threats were made, but she was concerned due to the call coming from an unknown number.

Involuntary Committal – 10400 blk 47th Pl. W.

Officers responded to the fire department for a 13-year-old girl who had overdosed. She was transported to Colby by the medics.

Agency Assist – 22400 blk 39th Ave. W., Mountlake Terrace

An officer assisted with containment on a suspicious call involving a possible arsonist.

Traffic Hazard – 10200 blk SR-525

An officer responded to the above area for a report of a bumper in the roadway. There was no license plate attached to the bumper and no evidence of any damage in the area. The officer moved the bumper off the roadway.

DUI – 10700 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle for speeding and found that the driver was driving under the influence. His blood alcohol results were .224 and .225. His vehicle was impounded to Shannon Towing. He was cited and released to a friend.

Dec. 30

Assault 4 DV – 8300 blk SR-525

Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the parking lot between a man and woman. Officers contacted the victim and her boyfriend. Officers determined that the boyfriend assaulted her. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Civil – 10700 blk 64th Pl. W.

A caller reported that a contractor he had hired was standing in front of his residence holding a sign. An officer contacted the contractor who said he was upset because the resident owed him money. The contractor was not on the resident’s property and was not breaking any laws. A neighbor also called to report the contractor.

Civil – Cyrus Way & H.P. Blvd. S.W.

A caller reported that he tripped over a man’s dog a month ago and broke his arm. He said that the dog owner refused to provide his name and now he saw the man walking down the street. The dog owner was gone on the officer’s arrival.

Assault 4 DV/Warrant – 11100 blk 55th Ave. W.

A caller reported that her boyfriend had assaulted her and was now threatening suicide with a knife. Officers found him walking down the street with a self-inflicted knife wound to the leg. He was arrested for assault and treated at Providence Hospital for his wounds prior to booking at the Snohomish County Jail. The boyfriend had an active At-Risk Youth warrant and was booked at Denny Youth Center on the warrant.

Traffic Collision SR-525 & 6th St.

Officers responded to the above area for a two-vehicle collision. Vehicle 1 struck Vehicle 2. There were no injuries.

Possible DUI – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525

A caller reported a possible DUI in the above area. It was not located.

Dec. 31

Possible DUI – SR-525 & Beverly Park Rd.

An officer checked for a dark Ford Ranger driven erratically. The truck was not located.

Disturbance – 6500 blk Grove Dr.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance outside in the area at the above address. They contacted a father and daughter. The daughter was having a “meltdown” because her vehicle had been stolen earlier in Everett. There was no domestic violence and no argument. The daughter was simply “blowing off steam.”

Residential Burglary – 9400 blk 63rd Pl. W.

A victim’s unlocked garage was entered yesterday evening and power tools were taken. Christmas decorations were also stolen from the front yard. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious Incident –10200 blk SR-525

A caller reported that his girlfriend was followed home to Everett from Walgreen’s last night. He was also concerned that his car may have been tampered with at that residence in Everett. He was advised to contact Everett police regarding his car.

Animal Problem – 12100 blk SR-525

A passerby reported a deer in traffic in the above location. It then disappeared into the woods on the west side of SR-525.

Parking Complaint – 9300 blk 49th Ave. W.

An officer was dispatched to a report of an abandoned flatbed truck. The owner advised it was going to be picked up there by a charitable group on Jan. 3. The vehicle will be towed if not retrieved by then.

Fireworks Complaint – 500 blk 6th St.

An officer was dispatched to a report of fireworks in the area. They were gone on arrival.

An officer was dispatched to a report of fireworks in the area. They were gone on arrival.

Theft – 11700 blk SR-525

A caller reported that a subject associated with a dark colored Impala took about $500 worth of alcohol from the store. The incident is under investigation.

Suspicious – 7700 blk 45th Pl. W.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a subject in dark clothing walking up and down the street. The subject was gone on arrival.

Party Complaint – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to a loud party complaint. The tenant agreed to keep the noise down.

Fireworks Complaint – 9500 blk 49th Ave. W.

An officer was dispatched to a report of fireworks in the area. They were gone on arrival.

An officer was dispatched to a report of fireworks in the area. They were gone on arrival.

Traffic Hazard – H.P. Blvd. S.W. & SR-525

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a large deer running in the street. It was not found.

Jan. 1

Property Damage – 6800 blk St. Andrews Dr.

An officer responded to the above address regarding tire marks through the lawn and a brick light fixture destroyed by a crash. The suspect vehicle was unknown. The crash occurred in the late evening of New Year’s Eve. The case is under investigation.

Malicious Mischief 3 – 5600 blk 104th Pl. S.W.

Overnight a landscaping flood light was broken. There were no suspects.

Animal Problem – 4800 blk Bridgeport Pl.

An officer responded to the above area regarding several complaints of two large German Sheppard type dogs running loose. The officer located the dogs and took custody of them. They were both “chipped” and the owner who had moved into the area over the weekend was located. The dogs, Kahn and Bella, were returned to their owner.

Welfare Check – 600 blk Front St.

An officer responded to the northwest corner of Lighthouse Park regarding an infant left alone in a locked car for the past 30 minutes. The officer contacted a man as he approached the car. He was the owner and the one who left the infant alone in the car while he took his older son to the restroom in the park.

Illegal Dumping – 5000 blk 84th St. S.W.

An officer responded to the above location regarding a report of an on going illegal dumping. The caller said the same man repeatedly comes to the complex and dumps large amounts of bulky garbage in the complex’s dumpsters. The man told the caller that he lives in the complex but the caller does not recognize him as a resident. The vehicle associated is a large white diesel pick up. The truck is registered to a man in Renton. The caller was advised to call 911 when the truck is at the property.

Welfare Check – 11700 blk SR-525

Officers checked on a male that was wandering around in the parking lot. Contact was made with a subject who was developmentally disabled and had been refusing to get back into his mother’s car. He agreed to allow her to take him back home.

Follow-Up – 11700 blk SR-525

An officer retrieved video surveillance regarding a theft that occurred last night.

Unwanted Subject/Warrant Arrest – 11700 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to a report of a panhandler in front of the location. Contact was made with the subject. A records check revealed he had a warrant out of Marysville for theft. He was transported to the Snohomish County Jail and turned over to Marysville police there.

Verbal DV – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a disturbance in the parking lot. Two subjects were arguing about how they were going to pay for a room. There was no assault. Management requested that the subjects leave the business.

Welfare Check – 8400 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to check on a possible unconscious female in a vehicle. The subject was using a smartphone and there were no problems to report.

Criminal Traffic – Harbour Reach Dr. & Possession Rd.

An officer stopped a vehicle and cited the driver for failure to transfer title.
