July 3

Warrant/Order Service – 5400 blk 84th St. S.W.

A caller advised that her daughter was at her house causing a disturbance. There was also a protection order that had not been served against her and she had a $7,500 warrant out of Mukilteo for fourth-degree assault. The daughter fled prior to the officers’ arrival, but they located her a short distance away. The officers arrested her on the warrant and she was served with the order at Snohomish County Jail prior to booking.

DWLS 3 – 12800 blk Beverly Park Rd.

An officer cited a driver for driving with a suspended license.

Collision – South Rd. & SR-525

Vehicle 2 stopped for traffic southbound at the location and was rear-ended by Vehicle 1.

Theft – 3900 blk Pacific Pl.

A caller from Florida wanted to make a complaint against a resident for theft. The case is under investigation.

Traffic Complaints – SR-525

Officers received several traffic complaints about the ferry traffic that was backed up to Paine Field Boulevard. An officer referred these calls to Washington State Patrol.

Suspicious – 10200 blk 50th Pl. W.

A caller advised that he received a call from a person that offered to help him with his computer problems. He said that he was not having computer problems and did not give the caller any personal information.

Collision – 12300 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd.

Vehicle 1 was backing out of a parking space and hit Vehicle 2 driving through the lot.

Fireworks – 5000 blk 81st Pl. S.W.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of juveniles setting off fireworks. The officer located the group and issued a warning.

Fireworks – 5000 blk 95th St. S.W.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of someone shooting fireworks in the gulch. They were not located.

Disturbance – 9500 blk 49th Pl. W.

Officers responded to the above apartment for a disturbance between two brothers. One brother had kicked out the other from his home. An officer found that the Snohomish County Triage Center was willing to take the brother in and help him with referral services to try to get him back home. The officer transported the subject and his belongings to the Triage Center.

Fireworks – 49th Ave. W. & 92nd St. S.W.

While on patrol, an officer contacted a small group lighting fireworks and let them know that fireworks were illegal in Mukilteo. They agreed to stop.

Ordinance Violation – 600 blk Front St.

A caller reported that a church group brought their own “fire pit” to the park and were making a fire in it. She said that she wanted all of them cited. An officer found that the group had a portable fire pit. The officer explained the park rules to the group leader, who agreed to extinguish the fire.

Harassment – 8600 blk 53rd Ave. W.

A caller reported that his brother was receiving harassing phone calls. He said that his brother did not know that he was calling and did not want to file a report. An officer told him his brother would need to report it, since he is the victim.

Noise Complaint – 4900 blk 81st Pl. S.W.

A caller reported that the dogs in an upstairs unit were running around and making noise. An officer contacted the resident, who agreed to keep the noise level down.

July 4

Noise Complaint – 600 blk Front St.

A caller reported that a parks worker was using a leaf blower at 7:15 a.m. An officer spoke with the worker, who said that he did not realize that it was a holiday and would wait until after 9 a.m.

Suspicious – 10100 blk SR-525

A caller reported that a white vehicle with several people in it threw some trash out the window in the Starbucks parking lot. The vehicle was not located.

Disturbance – 600 blk Front St.

Officers responded to two people arguing over a parking spot. The issue was resolved prior to the officers’ arrival.

Found Property – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller found a lost wallet. The officer was unable to contact the owner and booked his wallet as found property.

Found Property – 4700 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that there was a black Mongoose mountain bike near the location. The bike has not been reported stolen. The officer left it propped up at the location.

Fireworks – 8100 blk Naketa Beach

A caller reported that the neighbor at the above location was setting up for a large fireworks display. The officers warned his neighbor against having a fireworks display in the city.

Suspicious – 4900 blk 90th St. S.W.

A caller reported hearing a male yelling at the location. On arrival, the officers found that a male was barbequing ribs, burnt them, got upset and was yelling. There were no other problems.

Criminal Traffic – 12800 blk Beverly Park Rd.

An officer issued a driver a citation for failing to register his vehicle within 45 days.

Extra Patrol – Lighthouse Park

Officers conducted extra patrols at Lighthouse Park as time allowed. They also convinced about 150 people who were in the park at 10 p.m. that there was no planned fireworks display, that the park was closed and that, yes, they really had to leave.

An officer was dispatched to the above area for a report of fireworks. They were not located.

Fireworks – 5000 blk Graham Way

An officer responded to the above area for a report of fireworks. The officer contacted several adults and explained that fireworks are illegal in Mukilteo.

Agency Assist – 2nd St. & Park Ave.

While on patrol, an officer located a fire hydrant that had been knocked over. The officer contacted the Mukilteo Water & Wastewater District, which sent someone out to collect the hydrant. The Fire Department was also notified.

Fireworks –1600 blk Lumley Ave.

An officer was dispatched to the above area for a report of fireworks. The officer contacted the homeowner and explained the MMC on fireworks.

Traffic Complaint – 8800 blk 48th Pl. W.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of juveniles riding dirt bikes in the roadway. They were not located.

Fireworks – 5300 blk 85th Pl. S.W.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of fireworks. The officer spoke to several subjects in the area lighting fireworks and they agreed to stop.

Fireworks – 81st Pl. S.W. & SR-525

An officer responded to the above area for a report of fireworks. The officer contacted a subject and issued a warning.

Fireworks – 9000 blk 46th Pl. W.

An officer was dispatched to the above area for a report of fireworks. The officer was unable to locate the exact location of where the fireworks were coming from.

While on patrol, an officer located two subjects shooting fireworks and issued a warning.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of fireworks. They were not located.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of fireworks. They were not located.

Juvenile Problem –1600 blk Debrelon Ln.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of juveniles drinking and throwing up in the bushes. They were not located.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of fireworks and issued a warning.

While on patrol, an officer located a group shooting fireworks in the parking lot. They agreed to stop.

An officer responded to the parking lot for a report of fireworks. Nothing was located.

Fireworks – 400 blk Lamar Dr.

A caller reported about 12 juveniles walking down the street lighting off fireworks. They were not located.

Disturbance – 8100 blk 45th Ave. W.

A caller reported one of her neighbors was yelling for someone to call 911. Upon arrival, officers found an intoxicated woman sitting in front of the above residence crying. She had fallen down trying to walk back to her house. She also insisted that she be transported to the hospital for the scrape on her arm. She was transported to Providence Hospital by private ambulance.

Noise Complaint –11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

Officers responded to the location for a report of a group swimming in the pool. One of the group members was a resident who claimed that he did not know the pool was closed.

July 5

Found Property – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was advised by a passerby that there was a child’s bicycle in the grass.

Suspicious Circumstances – 5400 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded to the above location for a report of someone taking a screen off of one of the windows. Upon arrival, it was determined that the homeowner was attempting to fix the screen.

Threats – 6700 blk Waterton Cir.

An officer was dispatched to a threats report at the above location. A resident had done an Internet search on her husband’s name and found pictures of her family on a racist website. There were statements on the website that she thought were threatening.

Collision – 3rd St. & SR-525

An officer responded to a two-vehicle - collision at the above location. Vehicle 1 attempted to illegally pass Vehicle 2 on the left in the intersection, causing the collision. The driver of Vehicle 1 was cited. No one was injured.

Found Property – Chennault Beach Rd. & H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to a found bike report at the above location. The officer found the serial number unreadable and that the bike appeared to be of little value. The bike was left at the scene.

Assist Law – 8000 blk SR-525

Lynnwood police requested that officers locate and arrest a man. He reportedly took his grandmother’s car without permission yesterday and was involved in a hit-and-run today. He was located, arrested and custody was transferred to a Lynnwood officer.

Suspicious – Lighthouse Park

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a male hanging around the women’s restroom. The subject was not located.

Fireworks – 5000 blk 81st Pl. W.

An officer was dispatched to a report of two juveniles setting off fireworks and swearing at the complainant when she asked them to stop. The officer contacted the juveniles and spoke with them and their mother about the complaint.

Suspicious – 5500 blk 107th St. S.W.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a suspicious male walking through the neighborhood 20 minutes earlier. The subject was not located.

Animal Problem – Double Eagle Dr. & H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for an injured duck. It was not located.

Noise Complaint – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to a report of loud music. The subjects agreed to turn it down.

Suspicious – 4700 blk 88th St. S.W.

A resident heard someone possibly knocking on her door. An officer did not locate anyone.

July 6

Animal Complaint – 8100 blk 46th Pl. W.

An officer responded to a report of two dogs in the backyard barking for the past 15 minutes. Upon arrival, the officer did not hear the dogs barking. No one appeared to be home, so the officer left a warning notice on the residence door.

Suspicious – 5500 blk Harbour Heights Pkwy.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a male using a flame thrower to burn brush on the sidewalk. Upon arrival, it was determined that a landscaper was using a weed burner and had a fire extinguisher available. The officer checked with the Fire Department and determined that there were no violations.

Missing Person –10100 blk 53rd Ave. W.

Officers were dispatched to the above location for a report of a juvenile pulling the lights out of the neighbor’s yard. Upon arrival, it was determined that the juvenile was a special needs juvenile that ran away from home. His brother retrieved him and returned him home.

Death Investigation –1400 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd.

A caller advised finding her brother deceased in the home. The Medical Examiner arrived and stated that it appeared the subject died from a medical condition. The ME stated that nothing appeared suspicious and took custody of the body.

Inc. Welfare Check – Lighthouse Park

An officer was dispatched to check the welfare of a woman and child in a vehicle at the park for the past four hours. The subjects were gone on arrival.

DUI – 12100 blk Greenhaven

Officers were dispatched to a report of a collision. A subject in a black Saab struck a parked car and other property. The driver was arrested for DUI. He provided a breathalyzer sample of .235 and refused the blood test.

Suspicious – 84th & 44th Sts.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a male loitering near the business park. The subject was attending a barbecue at a neighboring apartment complex. There were no problems to report.

Trespass – 8400 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to an area check for juveniles walking around the abandoned house. The juveniles were warned for trespassing and left.

Welfare Check – Lighthouse Park

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a young child left unattended in a swing at the park. The officer determined that the mother was there, monitoring the child.

Assist Law/Welfare Check – Ferry

Dispatch requested that an officer check the inbound ferry for a young juvenile that had been struck in the head with a shovel while in Clinton. The officer determined that an 8 year old had been accidentally hit in the head by another young juvenile while at the beach. The parents were transporting the child to Providence Hospital to evaluate what appeared to be a minor injury.

Noise Complaint – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

An officer was dispatched to a report of several loud subjects in the pool after hours. They were not located.

Disturbance/Warrant Arrest – 11900 blk Cyrus Way

Officers were dispatched to a report of a male and female heard yelling in the woods. Contact was made with two homeless subjects living under a tarp. One subject was arrested and booked into the Lynnwood Jail on a warrant for malicious mischief. The other subject packed up the camp and was transported to a motel.

July 7

Patrol Information – SR-525 & Mile Post 2

Officers were advised by dispatch that Washington State Patrol had been pursuing a motorcycle at the above location at speeds over 100 mph. WSP terminated the pursuit and the motorcycle was last seen westbound on Lake Road outside the city limits.

Neighbor Dispute – 7000 blk 44th Pl. W.

A resident called to report that last night her neighbors were disrespectful and warned her to not get too close to their fence. There have been ongoing problem between neighbors. No crime was committed.

Collision – 108th Pl. S.W. & H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded to the above location for a vehicle versus bicycle collision. The driver of the vehicle struck a 16-year-old boy on a bicycle in the crosswalk. The bicyclist received minor injuries and declined aid. The teen was picked up by his adult sister and transported home. The collision is under investigation.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for fireworks. They were not located.

Assist Law – Ferry Terminal

A passerby reported there was a large log floating toward the ferry dock. Ferry employees were advised.

Disturbance – 10700 blk SR-525

Staff reported that a patient was threatening to fight with them. The patient was escorted into an isolation room for the night.

DWLS 2 – 12100 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle and cited the driver for driving with a suspended license.

Animal Complaint – 11100 blk 56th Pl. W.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a barking dog and heard one barking loudly in the backyard. The resident was not home and the officer left a warning on the door.

Suspicious – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

Officers were dispatched to a report of two subjects heard arguing and crying somewhere in the area. The subjects were gone on arrival.

Suspicious/Civil Problem – 7000 blk 44th Pl. W.

A caller reported that juveniles were possibly prowling a car in front of a neighbor’s house. The neighbor and a friend were changing a tire on his car.

Suspicious – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported that her daughter has recently been harassed on Facebook and someone threw a firework onto her balcony tonight. There was no damage, but she requests extra patrol.

Arson – 4800 blk 81st Pl. S.W.

An officer was dispatched to a fireworks complaint and found a garbage can in front of the listed residence that had been burned/destroyed. A message was left for the property owner.

Fireworks – 10800 blk 56th Pl. W.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for fireworks. Used fireworks were found on the ground. The subjects who lit them were not located.

Suspicious – 10900 blk 59th Ave. W.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a juvenile riding on the roof a vehicle. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

Malicious Mischief – Lighthouse Park

Graffiti was found on a bathroom wall in the men’s restroom yesterday.

Suspicious – 5600 blk 112th Pl. S.W.

Someone house sitting in the neighborhood reported hearing fireworks or two gunshots followed by someone possibly saying something like “are you hit?” Another neighbor reported it was mortar-style fireworks further down the hill. Officers checked the area by vehicle and on foot and did not see or hear anything, or locate any problems.

July 8

Suspicious – 5600 blk 104th Pl. S.W.

A caller reported a male sleeping in a vehicle at the location. He was waiting for his boss and then they were going to a job site nearby.

Follow-Up – 4800 blk 81st Pl. S.W.

An officer responded to the business and took a statement about their trash bins being set on fire.

Malicious Mischief – 11600 blk Grove Dr.

A caller reported that her car was egged last night. She requested extra patrols.

Malicious Mischief – 9700 blk Harbour Pl.

An officer responded to the location and spoke with an employee. She reported that a company vehicle was parked outside and it had both outside mirrors damaged over the weekend. The case is under investigation.

Attempt to Contact – 7600 blk 49th Ave. W.

Lynnwood police requested that an officer respond to the location in an attempt to contact the registered owner of a vehicle and ask him if he knows where his car is. He no longer lives at the location.

Vehicle Prowl/Theft – 4700 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported that during the last month an unknown person took the rims, tires, battery and other items from his car.

Found Property – 11700 blk Harbour Reach Dr.

A caller reported that he found drugs wrapped in a freezer bag in the street in front of the location. An officer booked them for destruction.

Assault 4 – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported that her husband threatened her on July 5 just prior to moving to Las Vegas. An officer gave her information about protection orders and sent the case to the prosecutor for review.

Animal Complaint – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller found a stray cat and agreed to take it to PAWS.

Agency Assist – 10600 blk 47th Pl. W.

A caller reported that a blue truck hit another vehicle on SR-526 at Airport Road and kept going. He further reported that he thought the driver of the truck was intoxicated. Officers located the truck at the above location and contacted the driver. He was not intoxicated and Everett police reported that they found no evidence of a collision. The officers released the subject.

Arson – 4600 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers responded to the library for a mailbox that was blown up by a firework. No suspects.

Animal Complaint – 8100 blk 46th Pl. W.

An officer responded to the location for a barking dog complaint. The officer did not hear the dogs barking, but spoke with the homeowner and advised him of the complaint.

Assault 4 – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers responded to the above apartment for a report of a possible physical domestic. Upon arrival, officers contacted the victim and her ex-boyfriend. The officers found that her ex had assaulted her. He was booked for fourth-degree assault.

Traffic Complaint – 8800 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to the above area for a possible DUI. The complainant reported the driver and passengers were smoking marijuana. The officer located the vehicle in the ferry lane and contacted the driver. There was no sign of impairment or drug use. The subjects were smoking a cigarette.

DWLS – 12700 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle for a violation and found the driver was driving with a suspended license.

Harassment – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported that she was being harassed over Facebook. The officer spoke with the juveniles (and their parents) responsible for the Facebook harassment and they agreed that the harassment will stop.

Suspicious – 8800 blk 45th Pl. W.

A caller reported that a subject comes to her residence daily asking for the $20 that he is owed. She said that she does not want him at the property. She was advised to apply for an order.

Noise Complaint – 10000 blk 50th Pl. W.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of voices and loud music. The officer contacted the occupants of a nearby residence who were just wrapping up their family gathering.

July 9

Animal Complaint – 7300 blk 48th Ave. W.

A caller reported that she was having an ongoing problem with the dogs at the above location barking excessively. Her yard borders their yard and when she throws a ball for her dog, the neighbor’s dogs bark. The officer did not observe any excessive barking.

Found Property – 5000 blk 84th St. S.W.

An officer responded for a girl’s pink and white bicycle left at the location. The bike was not reported stolen and the officer did not take it.

Juvenile Problem – 11700 blk SR-525

Officers responded to the location for two juvenile females yelling obscenities at passing vehicles. They were warned.

Theft – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that his cellphone had been stolen while he was swimming. He gave the officer a possible suspect and the officer retrieved the phone. The caller said that he did not want to pursue charges.

Traffic Complaint – Chennault Beach Dr. & H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of a vehicle speeding. It was not located.

Warrant Service – 8800 blk 53rd Ave. W.

While on patrol, an officer spotted a subject who he knew to have a warrant. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail on Mukilteo warrants for third-degree theft and for furnishing alcohol to a minor.

911 Hang Up – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

An officer responded to the police station for a 911 hang-up from the ring-down phone. The officer spoke the mother of the above warrant arrest who was looking for her son. She was directed to the jail.

Suspicious – 5700 blk 104th Pl. S.W.

A caller reported that an unknown female was at her front door claiming that her vehicle broke down. The officers found that her vehicle was disabled and assisted her in getting it started.

Suspicious – 4800 blk 76th St. S.W.

A caller reported that when he drove into the complex he saw a green car in the driveway. When the driver saw him, he drove away. The vehicle was not located.

Narcotics/Warrant Arrest – 8300 blk SR-525

While on patrol, an officer saw a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. In speaking with the occupants, the officer could smell the odor of marijuana. One occupant admitted to being in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He also an active misdemeanor warrant for a minor in possession. He was transported to the Denny Youth Center for the warrant and the drug charges will be referred to the prosecutor. A juvenile female was in the vehicle and given a courtesy ride home at the request of her mother.

Fireworks – Harbour Heights Dr. & H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to the above area for a report of fireworks. Nothing was located.

Trespassing – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

Officers responded to the location for a report of people in the hot tub after hours. The officers found a resident and his friends on the hot tub. They were given a warning, and security said that management would likely take away his pool key.

Alarm – 11000 blk 47th Ave. W.

Officers responded to the location for an alarm near their gas pumps. Upon arrival, two or three people were seen running from the area. The subjects were not located. A subscriber responded and could not find anything missing or suspicious.

Assist Fire – 900 blk 4th St.

A caller reported that someone brought her son home and he was running around naked. She said that he had possibly taken LSD. The officers located him in the intersection of 4th Street and Loveland Avenue where he was subdued and taken into custody. He was making nonsensical statements as well as stating that he took LSD. He was transported to the hospital by aid.
