Commercial Burglary – 4600 blk Chennault Beach Rd.
An officer responded to the above location for a burglary report. The case is under investigation.
Suspicious – 5400 blk 104th Pl. S.W.
A caller requested an officer to call him regarding Crystal Bright Cleaning Services. He reported that the company had placed an advertisement in a bag with a rock and had thrown them on various neighbor’s lawns. The caller felt this was dangerous.
Malicious Mischief 2 – 900 blk 1st St. S.W.
A woman requested a call from an officer regarding her vehicle window being smashed at the train station on July 9 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
2 Vehicle Collision – 8000 blk 40th Ave. W.
Officers responded to acollision at the above location. There were no injuries. Both vehicles were blocking westbound SR-526 and were removed by tow trucks.
Civil –1000 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd.
An officer responded to a male and female who were walking around the above property. The caller stated that the above property was bank owned and that he had seen two subjects walking around the house. The subjects were gone on arrival.
Vehicle Recovery – 13000 blk Beverly Park Rd.
A caller reported his vehicle stolen to Lynnwood police last week and has since recovered it on his own.
Fireworks – 4400 blk 80th St. S.W.
A caller reported six kids set off fireworks on her vehicle and then ran away. They were not located and there was no damage.
Unwanted Subject – 9600 blk Harbour Pl.
An employee reported that a teen, who was not a guest, had been drinking coffee in the lobby supplied for guests and using the restroom. The subject was gone on arrival.
Welfare Check – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.
Officers were dispatched to a third-hand report of an elderly man walking a dog that may have fallen over the guardrail along the 400 block of SR-525. Another passerby reported the subject had since walked away. Officers made an extensive area check, but did not locate the subject.
Welfare Check – Lighthouse Park
A woman called from inside the park restrooms to report that she had been inadvertently locked inside by a parks employee. An officer unlocked the door and let the woman out.
Juvenile Problem – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.
Officers were dispatched to a report of people in the pool/hot tub after hours. Four juveniles were contacted, and they agreed to leave.
Suspicious – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.
A woman requested a phone call from an officer regarding her vehicle title being stolen. She was worried about the title being transferred to a different name. She did not want to file a police report for the theft. A computer system check showed that she has an active warrant for driving with a suspended license out of Shoreline.
Follow-Up – 20300 blk 52nd Ave. W.
Detectives responded to the above location and arrested a subject for burglary. He was transported to Snohomish County Jail.
Injury Collision –11700 blk SR-525
Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision at the above location. One vehicle rear-ended the other vehicle and injured a driver. Aid responded and transported the driver to a hospital for a neck injury.
Traffic Problem – South Rd. & SR-525
An officer responded to the above location regard a truck that lost part of its load and was now blocking the roadway. When the officer arrived, nothing was found in the roadway.
911 Hang-Up – 4100 blk 78th St. S.W.
An officer responded to a 911 call at the location and contacted the homeowner. It was determined she had called 911 to report someone throwing rocks near the Boeing Freeway. The officer checked the area and did not find anyone.
Animal Complaint – 700 blk 2nd St.
An officer responded to the business and assisted employees with removing a bird from the stairwell.
Civil – 4900 blk Brighton Pl.
An officer contacted a subject regarding an employee and theft complaints. The thefts had all occurred in other jurisdictions, and the subject was seeking advice on how to handle the situation. He also wanted officers to know he would assist with any investigation as needed.
Theft – 4400 blk 75th St. S.W.
A caller reported that the license plate tabs to one of his work trucks had been stolen sometime within the past few days.
Noise Complaint – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.
There was a complaint of subjects in the pool after hours. The complainant was contacted by phone and advised there was not an officer immediately available to respond. She was referred to the apartment complex Private Security Co.
Fireworks – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.
An officer checked the area after a report of a loud explosion and found nothing that appeared to be damaged.
Juvenile Problem – 4700 blk Arbors Cir.
An officer responded to a report of juveniles trespassing at the neighborhood park. The subjects had driven off prior to the officer arrival. The complainant was extremely agitated that juveniles were again at the park after hours. He said they had been disrespectful when they left, even threatening to damage his property. The juveniles were contacted via telephone and it was determined that they had been waiting for a friend who lived in The Arbors development.
Traffic Complaint – 4700 blk Arbors Cir.
A caller was upset about a vehicle speeding through the neighborhood. He reported it was an ongoing problem and that the driver would not listen to him. He requested extra patrol.
Vehicle Prowl – 8400 blk Smugglers Cove Ln.
Officers responded to the area to check for a subject reportedly seen prowling an Escalade. The subject, who left his shoes behind, was not located. The owner of the Escalade verified nothing was missing or damaged. He did not want to file a report.
Vehicle Prowl – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd .
A caller reported that two buses were prowled overnight and fire extinguishers were taken from them. There are no suspects.
Animal Complaint – H.P. Blvd. & SR-525
An officer found an injured crow at the location and took it to PAWS for treatment.
Liquor Violation – H.P. Blvd. & SR-525
Officers contacted a man drinking a beer at the location. The officers warned him about drinking in public.
Agency Assist – 12200 blk Double Eagle Dr.
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office had a hit-and-run collision occur in their jurisdiction and the suspect vehicle came back registered to the above address. No one was home. The investigating deputy advised that he just wanted to get her insurance information.
Animal Complaint – 10500 blk 59th Ave. W.
A caller reported that there was a loose dog in his yard. The officer returned the dog to its owner.
Attempted Theft – 13400 blk 42nd Ave. W.
A caller reported that he received an email from someone claiming to be his grandson and asking for money. He did not fall for the scam.
Collision – 1900 blk SR-525
Vehicle 1 rear-ended Vehicle 2 at the location. There were no injuries. The driver of Vehicle 1 called for his own tow.
Assault 4/Malicious Mischief – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.
A caller agreed to meet with a subject to exchange some items. During the exchange, the subject scratched the caller’s hand and the subject’s daughter threw a bottle at the caller’s car. The subject and his daughter fled the scene in a white rented Dodge Charger. Everett police checked his house and the vehicle was there, but there was no answer at the door. The case was sent to the prosecutor.
Juvenile Problem – 4900 blk 90th Pl. S.W.
A caller reported that a juvenile ran out of her backyard. Nothing appeared to be missing or disturbed there, and the juvenile appeared to be playing chase with several other juveniles. The juveniles were not located.

A caller reported that a gold four-door car followed her yesterday.
Juvenile Problem –11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.
A caller requested a phone call because she was concerned that one of her sons was bullying the other one. The officer gave her some options, including seeking family counseling.
Suspicious – 11100 blk 58th Ave. W.
A resident called from out of state because she heard that her son may have entered her house without permission. He was not at the house and nothing appeared to be suspicious.
Welfare Check – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.
Officers responded to the above area for a report of a male lying on the sidewalk by the parking lot. He was not located.
MIP –10100 blk 48th Ave. W.
Officers responded to the above area for a report of three subjects walking and stumbling in the roadway. Upon arrival, an officer found that all three had been drinking and one subject was vomiting and barely conscious. Aid responded to treat the subject. A second subject said that she had been staying with another of the subjects but had no ID, claimed she was from Phoenix, did not know her home address and said that her parents had no phone. She was booked into the Denny Youth Center for minor in possession. The first subject was transported to Colby by the medics and the third subject was released to her mother. Charges of minor in possession will be referred to the prosecutor for two subjects.
Noise Complaint – 600 blk Front St.
An officer was dispatched to the location for a report of someone playing a drum set on the beach. They were not located.
Fireworks –12300 blk H.P. Blvd.
An officer responded to the above area for a report of juveniles shooting off fireworks. Nothing was located.
Suspicious – 1100 blk 3rd St.
A caller reported someone was down in Japanese Gulch and was concerned that they might be doing drugs. Nothing was located.
Suspicious – 100 blk Park Ave.
A caller reported receiving a text message that appeared to be a scam. He did not fall for it and did not send money.
Suspicious – 8600 blk 45th Pl. W.
A resident said she heard footsteps downstairs and thought that someone was burglarizing her house. The officers checked her house and found some old damage to an upstairs window, but the house was secure. The officers walked through her house with her and there was no evidence of a burglary.
Traffic Hazard – 11200 blk 47th Ave. W.
A caller reported that there was a 4 by 4 foot section of blacktop in the parking lot that was sinking. The officer checked the parking lot and the sinking area was on private property next to the water meter. The officer gave the caller a phone number to the water district.
Agency Assist/Burglary – 1000 blk 5th Ave. S., Edmonds
An officer assisted Edmonds police with an in-progress burglary at the location. The officers caught one suspect, but there were still two suspects outstanding when the officer cleared.
Trespass/Criminal Traffic – 4000 blk 78th St. S.W.
Officers responded to the location for a suspicious truck driving behind an abandoned house at the location. On arrival, the officers observed a subject drive behind the house and start to take some scrap metal from outside of the location. There were no trespassing signs posted on the house. The subject had a suspended driver’s license and officers cited him for driving with a suspended license and warned him for trespassing. His girlfriend had a valid license and drove the truck away.
Public Assist – 600 blk Front St.
A caller wanted information on what time “the beach” closes. An officer called her and answered her questions.
Welfare Check – 4800 blk 99th Pl. S.W.
A caller reported that he has not had contact with his children for more than two months and requested an officer check and see if they are OK. He said that he recently came out of a coma and has not heard from his children. The officer checked the residence but there was no one home. The officer advised him that he might need to contact an attorney to enforce his visitation rights.
Assist Fire –10500 blk H.P. Blvd.
While on patrol, an officer was flagged down for a report of a tree on fire between Harbour Pointe Middle School and Kamiak High School. The officer located the tree, which was still smoldering. Firefighters responded and sprayed it with water and foam.
Suspicious – 5th St. & Cornelia Ave.
Officers responded to the above area for a report of a male and female walking in the roadway yelling at passing cars. They were not located.
Fireworks – 13300 blk 47th Pl. W.
An officer responded to the above area for a report of someone shooting off fireworks. Nothing was located.
Trespass – 11100 blk 58th Ave. W.
A caller reported that his ex-wife was out of town and he suspected that his son was inside her residence without permission. Officers checked the residence at his request and contacted three subjects inside. They were escorted from the residence.
Suspicious – 10200 blk 53rd Ave. W.
A caller reported that someone was out on the street taking pictures of her residence last night. She requests extra patrol.
Suspicious – 8400 blk Naketa Ln.
A caller reported that a neighbor saw someone walking around his boat last night while the boat was parked in the driveway.
Suspicious – 700 blk Front St.
A caller reported the theft of a license plate from the back of his vehicle while parked at the location today. He then reported the entire vehicle may have been stolen. The officer eventually located the caller on foot in the area. He was intoxicated and had just misplaced the vehicle earlier. Arrangements were made for him to get a ride home with a friend.
Solicitor – 11700 blk SR-525
A caller reported that a subject collecting signatures was refusing to leave. The subject agreed to move out of the way of the entrance to allow easier access to customers/shopping carts. The caller was also advised that the subject was allowed to collect signatures in the area.
Juvenile Problem – 2600 blk SR-525
Officers were dispatched to the location for a report of four juveniles on the roof of the school. They were gone on arrival.
DUI – 8400 blk SR-525
A caller reported a possible DUI had been in the parking lot and was headed southbound on SR-525. An officer located the vehicle and observed the vehicle swerving and almost strike the median. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver. He was extremely intoxicated and was brought to the police station for processing. He refused the breathalyzer and was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
Juvenile Problem – 5000 blk 84th St. S.W.
A caller reported that a group of juveniles who don’t live in the complex were swimming in the pool. Officers found five neighborhood kids in the pool. They were given a warning.
Patrol Information – 5600 blk 110th Pl. S.W.
A caller reported that juveniles hang out in the nearby parks and drink alcohol. She requested extra patrols.
Noise Complaint –12300 blk H.P. Blvd.
A caller reported that five or six people were having a very loud conversation nearby. Upon arrival, an officer did not hear anything.
Hit and Run – 12400 blk 52nd Pl. W.
An officer was dispatched to the above location for a hit-and-run collision. Upon arrival, it was determined that there was minor damage to the victim’s vehicle. It is unknown when the collision occurred.
Property Report –10500 blk 47th Pl. W.
A man advised that he lost his medication in the Puget Sound between Mukilteo and Whidbey Island and was advised by his doctor to report it to the police.
Theft – 4700 blk Chennault Beach Rd.
An officer responded to the business for a theft report. Upon arrival it was determined that sometime over the weekend a license plate and several parts were taken from an equipment trailer. The plate was listed in the computer system as stolen.
Civil – 4300 blk 130th Pl. S.W.
An officer responded to the above residence to assist PUD with a shut off for non-payment. A resident called and stated PUD would not leave. The PUD worker called and stated that resident threatened her. Upon arrival, the resident allowed the PUD worker to disconnect the power. There were no further problems.
Suspicious – 4600 blk 88th St. S.W.
A caller reported that she thought someone was messing with her trailer. Upon arrival, it was determined that her camper fell of a hitch stand due to melting asphalt.
Theft – 5400 blk H.P. Blvd.
A construction crew at the above location reported that they had left some equipment on the ground at the cell tower site and it was stolen.
Lost Property – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.
A caller reported that she accidentally threw her green card in the garbage a week ago and wanted to have it documented.
Vehicle Theft – 4600 blk Chennault Beach Rd.
An officer responded to the business for a report of a stolen utility trailer. The trailer was entered into the computer system as stolen.
Suspicious Circumstances – 7000 blk 47th Ave. W.
An officer was dispatched to the above area for a report of sounds of gunfire. The officer checked the area and did not hear anything. The caller was sure it was gunfire and not fireworks. There was no evidence of any gunfire in the area.
Collision – 8300 blk SR-526
An officer was dispatched to a collision at the above location. Upon arrival, it was determined that Vehicle 1 merged into Vehicle 2. The driver of Vehicle 1 was cited.
Narcotics – 600 blk Front St.
An officer was dispatched to Lighthouse Park for a report of juveniles smoking marijuana from a large contraption. Upon arrival, it was determined that it was adults smoking tobacco from a hookah.
Vehicle Prowl – 800 blk 18th St.
An officer was dispatched to a vehicle prowl at the above location. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim’s vehicle had been entered overnight and nothing was taken.
Traffic Complaint – 5000 blk Freeport Ln.
An officer was dispatched to an area check for a subject riding a motorcycle without a helmet. The subject was not located.
Assist Law – Lighthouse Park
BNSF Railways requested that an officer check the tracks for a group of juveniles that broke a window on a passing Sounder commuter train. The subjects were not located.
Found Property – 8300 blk 53rd Ave. W.
A caller turned in a black laptop bag she found along the side of the roadway.
Trespass/VUCSA – 11100 blk 58th Ave. W.
R/P reported seeing computer activity online that led him to believe that his son was in his ex-wife’s residence without permission while she was in Indiana on vacation. Officers checked the residence and found three subjects inside. The son was then located hiding in an attic crawlspace. The first three subjects were cited for trespassing and the son was booked into jail on a warrant and possession of a controlled substance (meth).
Extra Patrol – 11100 blk 58th Ave. W.
A resident was concerned about possible narcotics activity in the neighborhood. He requests extra patrol.
Party Complaint – Mukilteo Blvd & Scurlock Ln.
An officer was dispatched to a report of a loud pool party in the area. The officer did not locate any parties.
Suspicious – 8400 blk SR-525
An intoxicated sounding male called to report there was a female at the 7-Eleven who appeared “out of it.” An officer checked the area and did not locate anyone. The clerk advised that there had been an intoxicated male in the store about an hour earlier.
Traffic Hazard – 11700 blk SR-525
An officer was dispatched to a report of a dead deer in the roadway at the above location in the northbound lanes. The caller wanted to know if he could take the deer home since it was road kill. Officer advised the caller that he could not have the road kill and assisted Public Works in removing the deer from the roadway.
Theft – 4500 blk 75th St. S.W.
An officer was dispatched to the police station for a theft complaint. Upon arrival, it was determined that the complainant believed his step-son was stealing from him. The officer took a report and attempted contact with step-son, but he was not located.
Collision – 8200 blk 44th Ave. W.
While on patrol, an officer located a vehicle in the ditch at the above location. It was determined that the father was giving his son a driving lesson and his son ran the car in the ditch. There was no vehicle or property damage and arrangements were made for a private tow to respond.
Civil – 3800 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.
An officer was dispatched to the location for a report of a subject who drove off with the gas pump hose still in their vehicle. Upon arrival, it was determined that the subject drove away from the pump with the pump still attached to his car. He stopped and provided his information to the clerk. The clerk was provided with an incident number.
Open Door – 11100 blk 58th Ave. W.
Officers responded to the residence for an open sliding glass door. Upon arrival, the Officers searched the residence and no one was found inside. Officers secured the residence and spoke with the homeowner’s daughter, who advised that she would be having the locks changed tomorrow.
Juvenile Problem – 9600 blk Harbour Pl.
An officer responded to the location for a report of juveniles loitering in the parking lot. The juveniles were not located.
Vehicle Prowl – 100 blk Park Ave.
A caller reported that someone attempted to enter his vehicle last week and damaged the door.
Suspicious – 4800 blk 76th St. S.W.
An officer was dispatched to a report of subjects trespassing in the pool. It was determined to be a resident and his guests.
Juvenile Problem – 4600 blk Arbors Cir.
An officer was dispatched to a report of juveniles playing on the playground equipment after hours. They were gone on arrival.
Suspicious – 13400 blk 47th Pl. W.
An officer was dispatched to an area check for a boy walking through the neighborhood. The subject was gone on arrival.
Theft – 11700 blk SR-525
A caller reported that a woman placed a bottle of whiskey in her purse and left in a dark colored sedan. The subject was gone on arrival.
Suspicious – 11700 blk Cyrus Way
An officer was dispatched to a report of two subjects heard arguing in the woods. Contact was made with two subjects. They were talking loudly at a homeless camp they had set up in the woods. They agreed to take down their tent and leave.
