April 25

Warrant Service – 5700 blk Central Dr.

An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver had a warrant for DUI out of College Place. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Suspicious – 700 blk 2nd St.

A caller reported a possible drug deal involving small silver SUV, occupied by two white males and a while female, in the alley. An officer checked the area for the vehicle but it was not located.

Suspicious – 6400 blk Central Dr.

A caller reported that on April 21 at about 10:30 p.m. he saw two males and a female, in their early 20’s, in the ditch, flagging down cars. He suspected drug activity.

Follow-Up – Snohomish

A Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office deputy reported that he located a Mukilteo stolen vehicle near the above location. The vehicle had been taken in a recent burglary. The vehicle was occupied by a subject, who was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for possession of stolen property. The vehicle was impounded to the Mukilteo Police Department pending a possible warrant.

Animal Complaint – 2600 blk SR-525

A caller reported a large black dog running in traffic. It was gone on arrival. The dog, described as a black Lab, later ran in to an apartment complex. A citizen picked up the dog and took it to his vet to scan for a microchip.

Suspicious – 10000 blk 63rd Pl. W.

A resident reported she had recently filed a burglary report and came home today to find a back gate open.

Verbal DV – 10600 blk 47th Pl. W.

Officers were dispatched to a report of an intoxicated female causing a disturbance at the location. Officers determined the female had been arguing with her husband, and employees then prevented her from driving away. Officers determined there had been no assault and the female was transported home.

Traffic Hazard – 5800 blk Central Dr.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a low hanging tree that was about to fall onto the roadway. The fire department was already on scene and they moved the tree out of the way.

Hit and Run-Unattended – 7800 blk SR-525

A driver struck a parked car at the location and then drove away. The incident is under investigation.

Noise Complaint – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to a report of loud subjects inside the condo. They agreed to quiet down.

Suspicious – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers were dispatched to an area check for a male unknown to the caller who had been pounding on her door and calling himself the “Sandman.” Contact was made with the male, who was intoxicated, slightly disoriented, and had been looking for his apartment. His wife was contacted, and she brought him back home.

April 26

Robbery – 116th St. & Harbour Reach Dr.

A caller reported that her son had been walking along the sidewalk when two teenagers or young adults punched him in the stomach/chest, pushed him to the ground and took his wallet and phone. He described one of the subjects as a mixed-race male, unknown clothing description, and the second suspect as a white male wearing a green jacket. The suspects reportedly ran off and then possibly left in vehicle that had been staging in the Walters and Wolf business parking lot. Officers made an extensive area check that included contacting a few potential suspects with negative results. The case is under investigation.

Noise Complaint – 12300 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to a report of loud music. The tenant agreed to turn it down.

Two-Vehicle Collision – 84th St. & Paine Field Blvd.

Vehicle 1 failed to stop for a red light and struck the side of Vehicle 2. The driver of Vehicle 1 was treated at the scene by aid and declined transport to the hospital.

Traffic Collision – H.P. Blvd. S.W. & SR-525

Officers responded to the above intersection for a two-vehicle collision. There were no injuries.

Traffic Collision – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers responded to the above area for a vehicle vs. bicycle collision. The bicyclist had been riding on the sidewalk and was struck by a vehicle leaving the school driveway. He suffered minor injuries and was treated and released at the scene.

Vehicle Prowl – 4600 blk 88th St. S.W.

A caller reported that sometime during the previous night someone broke a window out of his truck. A bag containing fishing equipment was missing.

Vehicle Prowl – 8800 blk 47th Pl. W.

A caller reported that sometime during the previous night someone broke a window out of his vehicle. A briefcase was missing.

Vehicle Prowl – 8700 blk 46th Pl. W.

While on the above vehicle prowl, an officer found the rear driver’s side window had been broken out of a vehicle. The stereo appeared to have been taken. There was no one home at the location. The officer left a business card requesting contact.

Animal Complaint – 5000 blk 84th St. S.W.

A caller reported that a male at the location was beating his dog. The officers contacted the male. He said that he had hit “Max” with an empty cracker box to try to stop him from digging in the dirt.

Agency Assist – 600 blk Front St.

Everett police requested the officers check the area for a subject. They had probable cause for his arrest for fourth-degree domestic violence assault. He was located, arrested and transferred to an Everett officer for booking.

Traffic Collision – 6500 blk Harbour Heights Pkwy.

An officer responded to the above location for a fourth-party report of a hit-and-run. The license plate of the fleeing vehicle was no good. The owner of the victim vehicle did not want to file a report.

Traffic Collision – SR 525 & 2nd St.

An officer responded to the above intersection for a two-vehicle collision. There were no injuries.

Theft – 4200 blk 78th St. S.W.

A resident reported that he lost his debit card about a week ago and had since been used about 15 times. He has cancelled the card and there are no suspects at this time.

Juvenile Problem – 4700 blk 78th Pl. S.W.

A caller reported that her son was intoxicated and had punched her vehicle. Officers were still on scene at the time of this report.

Suspicious Activity – 1000 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd.

An officer responded to the above location regarding a complaint that there were two people sitting in a car, smoking marijuana. The caller advised two minutes later that the vehicle was leaving. Officers did not locate the vehicle.

Juvenile Problem – 7700 blk 53rd Ave. W.

Officers responded to the above area regarding a report of a large group of juveniles headed toward an abandoned house. Officers found broken windows on the house and an unsecured door. The residence is falling down, and it was not possible to determine when the damage had occurred. No one was found in the residence.

Suspicious Incident – 9700 blk 50th Pl. W.

A resident reported a car racing up and down the street. He thinks the occupant of the car was casing the neighborhood. Extra patrol was requested.

Malicious Mischief –5000 blk Graham Way

An officer responded to the above address regarding a report of someone writing on a complainant’s car with permanent marker. No further information was available at the time of this report.

Warrant Arrest – 112th Park & Ride

Lake Forest Park police arrested a female subject on a $500 Mukilteo warrant for driving with a suspended license in the third degree. A Mukilteo officer met Lake Forest Park officers at the above location, took custody of the subject and booked her into the county jail on the warrant.

Juvenile Problem – 10500 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded to location because there was a group of teenagers riding around the lot on a small quad bike. The officer spoke with the teenagers, who were buying the quad from another group and were test riding it. They left at the officer’s request.

April 28

Property – 3rd St. & Lincoln Ave.

A caller contacted the officer at the above location. He had just found a handgun lying on the side of the roadway a short distance away. The gun was not listed as stolen and was not registered. It was placed in the property locker as found property.

Traffic Hazard – 4800 blk 99th St. S.W.

An officer checked the area regarding a report of a broken manhole cover. The officer located the broken cover and advised the Water District.

Suspicious Incident – 12300 blk 55th Pl. W.

A resident’s car was taken by another person for a test drive and they had not returned. Officer attempted to call the person and did not get an answer. The person returned the car about 20 minutes later.

Public Assist –12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers responded to the above apartment regarding a woman locked out her residence. Her 10-month-old child was inside. A maintenance worker broke a lock at the resident’s request and entry was gained. The child was fine.

Suspicious Incident – 12100 blk Championship Cr.

A resident at the above location received a handwritten postcard with no return address. The card had religious quotes on it and he thought it was suspicious.

Public Assist – 12500 blk Eagles Nest Dr.

An officer responded to the above location regarding five males on longboards on the property. They complied when asked to move on.

Criminal Traffic – 7600 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle and the driver was driving with a suspended license in the third degree. She was cited and released.

Assist Fire – 600 blk Front St.

Mukilteo Fire requested police assistance with an uncooperative male who may have just had a heart attack and was refusing treatment. Officers contacted the subject, and he agreed to go with aid to the hospital.

Trespass – 10500 blk H.P. Blvd.

While on patrol, an officer observed three juveniles on a roof at the location. The juveniles fled on foot, but were located hiding in the woods to the north of the school. Charges of criminal trespass will be forwarded to the prosecutor.

Malicious Mischief – 10500 blk 53rd Ave. W.

Officers responded to the area for a report of subjects throwing eggs at vehicles. The caller did not want contact and no one was located.

Suspicious– 4600 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

An alarm company reported suspicious audio from behind the business. Officers conducted an extensive area check on foot and did not locate anyone. There was broken glass and fresh footprints around the area to the southeast of the warehouse. Nothing else suspicious was discovered.

April 29

Civil Problem – 800 blk 3rd St.

A complainant’s neighbor hired two men to cut trees on his property and a limb from one of those trees fell on the complainant’s vehicle, causing damage. The neighbor told the complainant to let him know the cost of repairs and he would pay it.

Suspicious Persons – Brighton Pl. & Wilmington Wy.

An officer checked the area for a man and woman walking in the neighborhood. A caller didn’t recognize them and was suspicious because of a mugging she said happened in the area in the past few days. The walkers were not located.

Motor Vehicle Theft – 11900 blk Preswick Ln.

Officer responded to the above address regarding a report of a motor scooter overnight. The officer was in transit at the time of this report. No further information was available.

Criminal Traffic – 99th Pl. & SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle and the driver was driving with a suspended license in the third degree. He was cited and released.

Disorderly Conduct – Church Ave. & SR-525

Officers responded to the area for multiple reports of a male walking in the roadway and stopping traffic. The male reportedly stood in front of vehicles, forcing them to stop. The officers contacted the subject. According to witnesses, the subject the officers contacted was with another male who was the one that was blocking traffic. The other subject was not located. The subject the officers contacted was transported to Highway 99 and 148th Street in Lynnwood at his request.

Narcotics – 4800 blk Harbour Heights Dr.

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the area that she suspected was dealing drugs. No vehicle description was given and nothing suspicious was located in the area.

Criminal Traffic – 9200 blk SR-525

An officer stopped and cited a driver for a traffic violation and driving with a suspended license in the third degree.

Vehicle Prowl – 10300 blk 66th Pl. W.

A caller reported that sometime over the weekend someone entered his vehicle and stole some paperwork from the glove box. There was no sign of forced entry.

Burglary – 5800 blk 111th St. S.W.

A resident reported that her digital camera and camcorder went missing several weeks ago. The case is under investigation.

Vehicle Prowl – 5500 blk 101st St. S.W.

A caller reported that sometime overnight his GPS device was taken from his vehicle. There were no signs of forced entry into the vehicle.

Juvenile Problem – 5000 blk 84th St. S.W.

A caller reported two 13 year olds throwing garbage out of the dumpster and onto the ground at the location. An officer contacted the youths and told them to pick up the mess, which they did.

Traffic Complaint – Chennault Beach Rd. & SR-525

A caller reported being followed by a blue Toyota Camry after a road rage incident. The vehicle was gone on arrival.
