May 22

Vehicle Recovery – Everett

Everett police advised that they recovered a stolen vehicle in this case. There were no arrests made and the registered owner responded and picked up their vehicle.

Suspicious – 500 blk Loveland Ave.

Officers responded to the location for a male on a bicycle and a male in a yellow and brown pickup truck that appeared to be talking back and forth on cellphones and casing the neighborhood. They were not located.

Vehicle Prowl – 4800 blk Sterling Way

A caller reported that his car was prowled overnight and a GPS and about $20 was taken from the vehicle.

Welfare Check – 500 blk SR-525

An officer responded to check the welfare of a boy walking with a backpack at the location. The boy said that he was walking to school and did not need assistance.

Suspicious – 3800 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

A caller reported that an hour prior to calling a white male with a buzz cut associated with a red sedan offered to give some kids a ride to school from the AM/PM. The male was not located. The clerk there did not remember seeing him.

Malicious Mischief – 2300 blk SR-525

A caller reported that there was some trash left on his property and damage done to one of his trees. The case is under investigation.

Mental – 2600 blk SR-525

Officers responded to a report that a student with behavioral problems left school. The student was out of control, had to be restrained, and was ultimately transported to Swedish Hospital by the Fire Department.

Vehicle Theft – 600 blk Front St.

A caller reported that his white ’87 Honda Civic was taken overnight. There are no suspects.

Disturbance – 700 blk Front St.

Officers responded to a report of four people fighting. On arrival, the officers found a bail bondsman that had taken a fugitive into custody. He did not require assistance.

Collision – 40th Ave. W. SR-525

An officer responded to a two-car collision at the location. Minor injuries were reported. Vehicle 1 made a left turn onto SR-525 from 40th Avenue W. and was hit by Vehicle 2 headed westbound. Both vehicles were impounded by Wally’s Towing.

Suspicious – 4700 blk 94th St. S.W.

A caller reported a suspicious male and female that looked “sketchy” taking flyers off doors. They were hired by Verizon to put flyers on customers’ front doors.

Traffic Complaint – 200 blk SR-525

A caller reported that ferry traffic was blocking 2nd Street and that she was documenting every time this happens. The call referred to Washington State Patrol.

Criminal Traffic – 9900 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a driver for having a suspended driver’s license and he was cited for this violation and several others.

Collision – 3800 blk SR-526

Vehicle 1 was following Vehicle 2 as they were leaving the Boeing parking lot. Vehicle 2 slowed down and Vehicle 1 rear-ended Vehicle 2. This collision occurred in the city of Everett, but the Everett Police Department had no officers respond, so a Mukilteo officer took the collision for them. There were no injuries and neither vehicle was impounded.

Collision – 3800 blk SR-526

Vehicles slowed down for traffic headed eastbound at the location and Vehicle 4 and Vehicle 3 stopped. Vehicle 2 rear-ended Vehicle 3, pushing it in to Vehicle 4. Vehicle 1, also headed eastbound, rear-ended Vehicle 2, pushing it into Vehicle 3 and Vehicle 4 again. There were no injuries and none of the vehicles were impounded. Again, the Everett Police Department had no officers to respond, so a Mukilteo officer took the collision for them.

Follow-Up – 5100 blk 104th St. S.W.

A caller requested a phone call regarding a possible drug deal that she witnessed. An officer found that the alleged drug deal occurred in Lynnwood and that she was trying to reach Lynnwood police.

Warrant Service – 12700 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and found the driver was driving with a suspended license in the third degree and had a warrant for same. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Suspicious – 10900 blk SR-525

Officers responded to the Shell station for a male reporting that he had been attacked at another location. The officers were still on scene at the time of this report.

May 23

Animal Complaint – 10500 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that there were two dead crows near the flagpole. An officer picked up the crows and disposed of them.

Agency Assist – 13000 blk 47th Pl.W.

Seattle police asked an officer to attempt to contact a subject at the above location. The subject owns another residence in Seattle that had been burglarized and they needed to get in touch with him. The officer got no response at the residence, but left a note on the door.

Alarm – 900 blk 11th St.

An officer responded to numerous reports of a very loud exterior alarm at the above location. The officer found the house secure and there was no answer at the door. The officer was unable to locate a phone number for the homeowner to silence the alarm.

Missing Person – 11700 blk SR-525

A caller reported that his 80-year-old mother-in-law was missing. They located her prior to the officer’s arrival.

Property Complaint – 6800 blk St. Andrews Dr.

A caller reported that she lost her Ukrainian Passport and the local consulate required a police report for her to get a new one.

Animal Complaint – 10200 blk 48th Ave. W.

A caller reported that a mastiff and a pug were running loose in the area. They were not found.

Criminal Traffic – 4800 blk 88th St. S.W.

An officer stopped a vehicle for having altered license plates. The officer cited the driver for driving with a suspended license, no insurance and expired license tabs. Officers took the vehicle’s rear license plate as evidence.

Juvenile Problem – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that juveniles often knock on her door and run away. They were not located.

Vehicle Recovery – 16100 blk Bothell-Everett Hwy.

Mill Creek police recovered a stolen Honda Civic. They reported that the vehicle was drivable, that both plates were on the vehicle and that the registered owner picked it up.

Traffic Hazard – 10300 blk 53rd Ave. W.

A caller reported that there was a dead animal in the roadway. An officer determined that it was actually tree branches and cleared the roadway.

Traffic Complaint – SR-525 & H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded to a truck with eight unsecured refrigerators driving in the area. It was not located.

Theft – 5300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that her son left his backpack and a laptop bag at a bus stop, but that when he went back to retrieve it 10 minutes later, it was gone. The backpack was black and contained a Kindle Fire and schoolbooks. The laptop bag contained a Gateway brand laptop. Community Transit was checking the video to see if anyone is seen carrying items matching the described items.

Traffic – 500 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and found the driver was driving with a suspended license in the third degree. He was cited and released.

Assist Agency – 8300 blk 45th Pl. W.

Everett police requested an officer responded to the above residence and ask a subject if she knew where her car was. Her vehicle was located abandoned in Everett. It had no plates on it and was left unlocked. There was no one at the location.

Dog Bite – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A complainant reported that she was walking with her cat on a leash, when she was attacked by two dogs that she described as Pit Bulls. She was knocked to the ground and bitten on the hands. The officer contacted the dogs’ owner, verified their rabies records and had the owner agree to keep the dogs quarantined until the animal control officer contacted her.

Suspicious – 12600 blk Eagles Nest Dr.

A caller reported that he goes to school in Bellingham and asked some friends to stop by to check on his parents’ house because they were out of town for a while. His friends said that they found a male in the backyard of the fenced house. They appeared to have surprised the male and may have interrupted a burglary. They described the male as white, in his 20s, wearing black clothes and black gloves and a “chin strap” style beard.

Assault 4 – 11800 blk SR-525

An Snohomish County deputy located a woman who said that she had been in a fight with her boyfriend in the parking lot at above location. She said that they had been in an argument when he demanded that she get out of the car. He grabbed her by the arms and pulled her out of the car. In doing so, she struck her head on a tree that they were parked next to. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for fourth-degree assault.

May 24

Animal Complaint – SR-525 & SR-526

An officer was advised of several deer in the roadway at the above location.

Missing Person – 5800 blk 88th St. S.W.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a missing juvenile. The juvenile was located at his school in Mercer Island a short time later.

Malicious Mischief – 8000 blk 53rd Ave. W.

An officer responded to a malicious mischief complaint at the above address. The officer spoke to the owner and determined that he is very upset and frustrated, as in the past few weeks his property at the above address has been damaged multiple times. He wanted the police aware of the issue but refused to file a report. The above residence and out buildings are currently vacant, and many windows on the several structures have been broken. He is requesting extra patrol especially at night.

Suspicious Circumstances – 5500 blk 110th Pl. S.W.

Officers responded to the above residence for a suspicious circumstances report. Upon arrival, it was determined that a resident attempted to sell some concert tickets on Craig’s List. Someone contacted the resident and stated that they wanted the tickets, and sent a check for $1,600 for tickets only costing $120. The person advised that they were also having packages sent to the resident’s address and that they were to cash the check and pay for the packages with cash. The resident has not lost any money, but was concerned because the purchaser was going to send someone to her address to pick up packages.

Juvenile Problem – 2300 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to the location for a report of a group of juveniles that were about to fight. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with the juveniles and the dispersed.

Assist Fire – 600 blk Front St.

An officer responded to Lighthouse Park for a report of a woman with her leg trapped under a log on the beach. The female was located about half a mile south of Lighthouse Park on the beach. A rescue boat was dispatched and took the victim off the beach, as it appeared she had a broken leg.

Patrol Information – SR-525 & SR-526

A caller reported ferry traffic was backed up to the above location. Washington State Patrol was already on scene attempting to deal with the large volume of holiday traffic.

Physical Domestic – 7900 blk 53rd Ave. W.

Officers responded to the above address for a physical domestic violence case. Upon arrival, it was determined that a subject had hit a victim in the face and took her phone during the struggle. The subject then fled as he has a warrant out of Lynnwood. Officers conducted an area check with negative results.

Residential Burglary – 10500 blk 66th Pl. W.

A resident stated that she is missing some items from her home and believes she may have been burglarized. The burglary occurred sometime between May 21 and May 23. The case is under investigation.

911 Hang-up – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

An officer was contacted at the police station by a passerby who had found a scooter. The officer booked the scooter into evidence as found property.

Vehicle Prowl – 4600 blk 76th St. S.W.

A caller reported that a GPS was taken from his vehicle. There were no signs of forced entry.

Juvenile Problem – Mukilteo Library

A large number of juveniles congregating in the library parking lot were setting off fireworks. They scattered into the woods when officers arrived on scene. There did not appear to be any damage.

Verbal DV – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers were dispatched to a report of loud yelling and possibly gunshots. Contact was made with a subject and his girlfriend. They were arguing about relationship issues. There was no assault and the “gunshot” sound was caused by the boyfriend hitting a metal parking sign with his fist several times. There was no damage to the sign.

Juvenile Problem – 47th St. & Beverly Park Rd.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a large group of juveniles being loud in the area. Contact was made with the group, which had congregated at the intersection. They agreed to leave.

Noise Complaint – 8100 blk 46th Pl. W.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a possible verbal domestic violence case. A male playing a video game agreed to turn it down.

DUI Arrest – 9300 blk SR-525

Officers responded to a one-vehicle collision into a guardrail and arrested the driver for DUI. He provided a breathalyzer sample of .110 and .108.

Vehicle Recovery – 4400 blk 106th St. S.W.

Officers recovered an unoccupied Subaru reported stolen out of Mukilteo on May 22. The vehicle was located in the parking lot. The owner retrieved the vehicle.

May 25

Suspicious Person – 3800 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

An officer was dispatched to the AM/PM mini mart for a report of a 50-year-old man on a bike that seemed to be stalking the ATM behind the ARCO at Chase Bank. When the caller got out of her vehicle to use the cash machine, the man approached her and it scared her. She got back in her vehicle and left. Upon arrival, the man was not located.

Public Assist – Mukilteo Dog Park

An officer was dispatched to the above location for a subject who had locked his keys and dog in his car. Upon arrival, the subject had located another set of keys and did not need any further assistance.

Traffic Complaint – 2600 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to the above location for a report of a black Audi, which was attempting to cut into the ferry line. Officers were out of position due to other calls and Washington State Patrol was advised.

Suspicious Circumstances – 800 blk Webster St.

Officers were dispatched to the above address for a report of two men who came to the caller’s home with badges around their necks. They stated that they needed to talk to the caller today. The subjects gave the caller’s wife a business card with the name “Justin” on it and a phone number. The subjects were in a big red Ford F350 truck and left about 30 minutes earlier. The subjects were not located.

Narcotics Complaint –12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a black Lexus, occupied by two subjects that were possibly using narcotics by the fountain in the parking lot. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

Suspicious Person –12500 blk Hummingbird Ln.

An officer was dispatched to the above address for a report of a subject that appeared to be hiding behind a fence with a clipboard and a cellphone. The subject was gone on arrival. It was later determined that he was a solicitor attempting to sell security systems.

Traffic Complaint – 8200 blk 53rd Ave. W.

A caller reported he was followed home after a road rage incident by a red Mustang. He requests extra patrol.

Suspicious – 5100 blk 104th St. S.W.

A caller reported that the neighbors were being loud outside. The neighbor was having a family gathering and agreed to quiet down. The caller then called again to report she believed the neighbor had a scanner. She then hung up on the call taker.

Suspicious – 8600 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to check on a suspicious vehicle. It was a Boeing shuttle van.

Welfare Check – 700 blk 5th St.

The officer conducted a welfare check on an elderly male at the location. The subject eventually answered the door and advised he did not need any assistance tonight.

Disturbance – 8400 blk SR-525

Officers were dispatched to a report of several subjects yelling at each other. Two subjects accused each other of stealing money. They opted not to press charges and all the subjects left.

Noise Complaint – 7000 blk 44th Pl. W.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a subject using power tools late at night. The officer did not observe any violations. There is a long history of disputes between the two neighbors.

Malicious Mischief – 4600 blk H.P. Blvd.

A portion of one of the footbridges behind the library was reportedly damaged. The officer was unable to locate the damage and will check during daylight hours tomorrow.

Assist Law – 8300 blk 45th Pl. W.

Everett police requested officers attempt to locate a subject and arrest him on probable cause for fourth-degree assault. He was gone on arrival.

Suspicious – 6000 blk Championship Cir.

A caller said that a black Jeep Cherokee missing a back bumper had been circling him and his friend. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

Animal Complaint – 10600 blk SR-525

A caller reported an injured duck on the side of the road and wanted an officer to “put it down.” The duck was not located.

May 26

Vehicle Theft –12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers were dispatched to the above residence for a vehicle theft. A green 2010 Honda Accord was stolen sometime overnight.

Vehicle Theft – 800 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd.

An officer responded to the above address for a report of a vehicle theft. A white 1995 Ford Explorer had been taking some time overnight.

Vehicle Prowl – 4800 blk 76th St. S.W.

An officer was contacted at the police station regarding a vehicle prowl that occurred at the above address overnight.

Assault Report – 7900 blk SR-525

A caller advised that he had been assaulted at the location on Friday night and wanted to file a police report. An officer advised him that he would have to complete a written statement.

Noise Complaint – 5300 blk 125th Pl. S.W.

An officer responded to a noise complaint at the above location. The officer contacted the resident who decided to turn the music off.

Traffic Complaint – H.P. Blvd. & SR-525

A caller reported that one of the green traffic lights heading northbound was not working. DOT was notified.

Traffic Complaint – Lighthouse Park

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a subject on a motorized scooter riding on the sidewalks and lawn in the park. The subject was warned and agreed to stop.

Suspicious – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that the side of her vehicle was scratched. She did not know when or where it happened.

Assault 4 – 7900 blk SR-525

A caller reported he was assaulted at the location on Friday. The case is under investigation.

Unwanted Subject – 3900 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

A caller reported she was harassed by an intoxicated guest that she wanted trespassed from the location. The subject was later located walking in his socks along SR-525. He was transported to a hotel in Everett at his request.

Vehicle Prowl – 4800 blk 76th St. S.W.

A caller reported that her unsecured vehicle was prowled sometime over the past 24 hours. Several miscellaneous items were taken.

Suspicious – 11700 blk SR-525

A caller reported that three subjects he did not know were asking other employees what time his shift ended. He requested extra patrol. An officer stood by until he left work for the night.

Vehicle Prowl – 7700 blk 46th Pl. W.

A caller reported his unsecured vehicle was prowled sometime today and a GPS unit was stolen.

Welfare Check – Lighthouse Park

An officer was dispatched to an area check for an intoxicated male stumbling around along the waterfront. The subject was gone on arrival.

DUI – 84th St. & SR-525

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a possible DUI in a green Corolla. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

DUI – 4300 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a possible DUI. The vehicle was not located.

Assist Law – Ferry Terminal

An officer was dispatched to a report of an intoxicated subject on the arriving ferry. The officer assisted Washington State Patrol in removing the subject from the boat.

Civil Problem – 12700 blk SR-525

An anonymous caller said the clerk was rude to her and refused service.

Criminal Traffic – 3800 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

An officer stopped a white Saturn with switched plates. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license and other violations.

May 27

Hit and Run – 12600 blk SR-525

Officers responded to the location for an abandoned car in the lot that was down an embankment. The vehicle had backed over the embankment, causing damage to the fence and a curb and retaining wall. The driver was not on scene. The case is under investigation.

Civil Problem – 400 blk 8th St.

A resident reported that her neighbor was cutting down her trees. An officer spoke with her neighbor, who said that he had a survey done and is allowed to trim the parts of the trees that hang over his property. The officer advised them that they would have to find a civil remedy.

Noise Complaint – Northport Dr. & Possession Way

A caller complained about hammering noise at about 9 a.m. from the new house under construction nearby. An officer phoned him and told him that 9 a.m. was a reasonable hour.

Suspicious – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded to a vehicle with its door open. The vehicle’s registered owner lived in the complex, but the officer got no response at the door. Nothing inside the vehicle appeared to have been disturbed.

Suspicious – 13500 blk 47th Pl. W.

A caller reported that he heard an explosion outside and now his electronics do not work. Officers responded with the Fire Department and located nothing suspicious. Fire officials advised that it was possibly a power surge in the area.

Collision – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525

Vehicle 3 and Vehicle 2 were stopped for traffic at the location. Vehicle 1 rear-ended Vehicle 2 and pushed it in to Vehicle 3. The driver of Vehicle 2 was transported to the hospital with neck and back pain. None of the vehicles were impounded.

Collision – 8400 blk SR-525

Vehicle 2 stopped for traffic and Vehicle 1 rear-ended Vehicle 2. There were no injuries and neither vehicle was impounded.

Threats – 10500 blk 66th Pl. W.

A caller reported that her daughter’s ex-boyfriend threatened her in Marysville. The officer referred her to Marysville Police Department.

Suspicious – 1100 blk 19th St.

A caller reported that there was a suspicious black Mazda parked in front of her house. It was not located.

Suspicious – 12500 blk Evergreen Dr.

An officer responded to the above residence for a possible malicious mischief report. A caller reported there were cracks in the windshield of his vehicle. He said that he was unsure how the window got cracked. He requested extra patrol.

Agency Assist – 13400 blk 42nd Ave. W.

Kirkland police requested an officer check the residence to see if a silver Mitsubishi was at the location. The vehicle was not there.

Vehicle Recovery – 4100 blk 78th Ave. W.

A caller reported that he saw his friend’s previously reported stolen Ford Explorer parked on the side of the road. The vehicle was removed from stolen status.

Assault 4/Assault 3 – 8200 blk Naketa Beach Walk

A caller reported that her son was acting irrationally. She said that she was concerned that he might hurt someone and she did not think they would be safe through the night. She also said that he swung at his father and he might be violent with the police. Upon arrival, officers determined that the son had assaulted his father. The son was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for the above charges.

Hazard – 12800 blk Beverly Park Rd.

An anonymous caller reported that gas pump #11 has the pump’s head lying on the ground. She said there is a cone in front of it but she felt that the clerk should have used a sign. An officer found the pump is not on the ground and the pump was put out of service.

May 28

Traffic Complaint – Hwy. 99 & SR-525

A complainant reported that there was a white recklessly driven semi-truck headed into Mukilteo from the above location. It was not located.

Vehicle Prowl – 11900 blk Cyrus Way

An officer responded to the location for a vehicle prowl. The officer spoke with an employee who reported that a radiator was taken from one of the company’s trucks.

Criminal Traffic – 12800 blk Beverly Park Rd.

An officer stopped a driver and cited her for driving with a suspended license in the third degree and no insurance.

Follow-Up/Collision – 12600 blk SR-525

A man called looking for his vehicle. His stepson was driving the vehicle and was involved in the above hit-and-run collision. An officer told him Meridian Towing had impounded his vehicle.

Collision – 40th Ave. W. & SR-526

Vehicle 1 was making a left turn onto SR-526 from 40th Avenue W. and was hit by Vehicle 2 traveling westbound on SR-526. Passengers from both vehicles were injured and both were transported to Providence Hospital.

Collision – 4000 blk SR-526

A vehicle traveling westbound stopped in the roadway during the above collision. Vehicle 2 (a bus) was following this vehicle and stopped behind it. Vehicle 1 was following Vehicle 2 and rear-ended Vehicle 2. The driver of Vehicle 2 was transported to the Providence Hospital with neck and back injuries.

Burglary – 5000 blk 84th St. S.W.

A caller reported that the water heater and furnace were stolen from the above residence.

Theft – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

A subject stole a Nintendo 3DS from another student. The victim did not want to pursue theft charges, but the school said they would discipline the subject.

Malicious Mischief – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that her car was egged while parked in front of her apartment. The egging caused some paint damage. There are no suspects.

Runaway – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that her grandson did not come home after school. An officer had him entered as a runaway in the system.

Malicious Mischief – 5900 blk St. Andrews Dr.

An officer responded to the location for damage to the front lawn.

Animal Complaint – 700 blk Washington Ave.

An officer responded to a loose dog in the area. The officer spoke with the dog owner and the caller. The caller will follow-up tomorrow with animal control.

Warrant Service/Criminal Traffic – Evergreen Av. & SR-525

An officer stopped a driver for driving with a suspended license and a warrant for the same. The officer also cited him for no insurance. The driver was booked into the county jail.

Illegal Dumping – 1200 blk 5th St.

An officer responded to the dog park for a report of illegal dumping. The caller reported that she found a bag of garbage in the dog park garbage can. She said that it an ongoing problem.

Traffic Collision – 7700 blk 44th Ave. W.

Officers responded to the above area for a one-vehicle collision. Driver 1 became distracted while looking at her GPS and drifted off the roadway striking a mailbox. She was not injured.

Traffic Complaint – SR-526

Dispatchers advised of a report of two vehicles possibly racing on SR-526. They were not located.

Public Assist – 1500 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd .

An officer responded to the above area for a report of a broken water main. The officer discovered that the homeowner damaged the water pipe on his property. The officer told him how to turn it off at the meter.

Noise Complaint –1100 blk 2nd St.

An officer responded to the above area for a report of loud music coming from a vehicle. Upon arrival, all was quiet.

Found Dog – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported finding a small dachshund. The dog was wearing an e-collar. The dog had no tags and no microchip was located. It was impounded at the police station.

Suspicious Vehicle – 7600 blk 45th Pl. W.

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked near his residence. He said that it was suspicious because there was a “history of stolen vehicles being dumped in the area.” An officer found a gathering at a house two doors down and the vehicle belonged to one of the guests.

Vehicle Recovery – N.E. Northgate Way & Roosevelt Way N.E.

Seattle police advised that they located a 1996 green Honda Accord that had been reported stolen out of Mukilteo. There were no suspects. The vehicle appeared to be drivable. A business card was left on the door of the registered owner and a message was left on his voicemail. He called back a little later and was told where his car was.
