May 1

Suspicious – 8400 blk SR-525

A caller reported a female unconscious sitting in her vehicle in the parking lot. While an officer was en route, the caller called back and reported that a male subject woke her up and she left with the male in an unknown direction or vehicle.

Hit & Run – 10800 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd.

A caller reported that sometime during the school day her vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked at the location. There is no suspect information.

Criminal Traffic – 3rd St. & Lincoln Ave.

An officer stopped and cited a driver for driving with a suspened license in the third degree.

Theft – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.

A resident reported that the license plate to his 2001 Suzuki motorcycle had been stolen or lost sometime last week. The plate was entered into the computer system.

Noise Complaint – 5400 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a loud party. The tenant agreed to turn down a loud television.

May 2

Criminal Traffic – 11300 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle with a brake light out and the driver was cited for driving with a suspended license in the third degree.

Disturbance – H.P. Blvd. & Harbour Heights Pkwy.

Officers responded to the above area regarding several reports of a male and female in a physical fight. On arrival, officers could not locate the combatants. Several witnesses said that they had left on foot through the trees towards nearby area. Officers conducted extensive area checks and did not locate them.

3 Car Blocking Crash – SR-525 & Evergreen Dr.

Vehicle 3, Vehicle 2 and Vehicle 1 were at the above location in stop-and-go traffic. Vehicle 3 and Vehicle 2 stopped and Vehicle 1 struck the rear of Vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 was pushed into the rear of Vehicle 3. Medics treated several occupants of two of the vehicles for possible injuries at the scene.

2 Car Crash – SR-525 & H.P. Blvd. S.W.

Vehicle 2 and Vehicle 1 were in stop and go traffic at the above location. Vehicle 2 stopped for traffic and Vehicle 1 struck it from behind. No injuries were reported.

Animal Problem – 53rd Ave. W. & 92nd St. S.W.

An officer responded to the above location regarding a reported stray dog confined. The officer transported the dog to PAWS.

Animal Problem – 4800 blk 84th St. S.W.

An officer responded to the above location regarding a reported stray dog confined. The officer transported the black lab to PAWS.

Suspicious Vehicle – Chennault Beach Rd. & SR-525

A caller reported that subjects in a silver Dodge van drove into four separate driveways and that they were lying down in the vehicle and appeared suspicious. The vehicle was not found.

Suspicious Person – 12100 blk Harbour Reach Dr.

Officers responded to a male trying to enter a vehicle with a coat hanger. The officers identified him and determined that he just locked his keys in his own vehicle and was trying to open it.

May 3

Suspicious Persons – 92nd St. S.W. & 91st Pl.

An officer checked the area for two males drinking alcohol and waiting near the bus stop at the above location. The subjects were gone when the officer arrived.

1 Car Crash – South Road

An officer drove up on a one-car crash. The car had failed to negotiate the 90-degree curve in the road and struck the curb. The passenger front wheel and tire were twisted down under the front of the car.

Suspicious Person – 13400 blk 45th Ct.

An officer checked the area for a man reported to have gone up to the complainant’s door and ask when the owner of the property would be home. The man left on foot, and the officer did not locate him.

Residential Burglary/Theft – 10800 blk 52nd Pl. W.

A caller reported that she was housesitting at the above residence, while the resident was in France. She said that sometime between about 7:45 a.m. and 5:11 p.m. today an unknown person(s) entered the residence likely through a partially open garage and stole two laptop computers, TVs and gaming equipment.

Suspicious Person – 3800 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

Officers responded to AM/PM for a male slumper in a vehicle. The officers contacted the man. He said that he stayed up all night playing poker and was just tired. He did not appear to be intoxicated.

Impound – 5600 blk Harbour Heights Pkwy.

Officers responded to the location for about 40 cars blocking the roadway. There was a large church function at the Lutheran Church nearby and their parking lot was full. The officers had three announcements made asking people to move their vehicles, but one of the vehicles remained. The officer cited the vehicle, and had a tow truck respond. American towing responded and hooked the vehicle up, just before the owner ran out and asked for it not to be towed. The tow truck driver released the vehicle for a reduced fee.

Suspicious Vehicle/Possible Metal Thieves – 12200 blk Cyrus Way

A man flagged an officer down and reported that a suspicious red Mazda short box B2200 pickup truck has been seen possibly stealing metal from his property. He requested extra watch and provided his phone number if someone is caught on his property stealing metal after hours.

Criminal Traffic – 4900 blk 99th Pl. S.W.

An officer observed a suspect driving in the area and recognized her from previous contacts. A check on her revealed that she was driving with a suspended license in the third degree. She stopped in front of her house and the officer cited and released her.

Criminal Traffic – 600 blk 5th St.

An officer stopped a vehicle failing to transfer the vehicle’s title within 45 days and found that the driver had a suspended driver’s license. The officer cited her for third-degree DWLS and not having liability insurance.

May 4

Deceased Animal – 12300 H.P. Blvd.

A passerby reported a dead duck in the roadway. An officer responded and disposed of it.

Criminal Traffic – H.P. Blvd. & SR-525

An officer stopped and cited a driver for driving with a suspended license in the third degree.

Burglary – 11108 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported that his two rented laptops, an iPod and a Wii were stolen on April 13. He said that he was staying temporarily at the apartment when the burglary occurred. There were no signs of forced entry. He said he did not suspect his roommates of stealing the items. The case is under investigation.

Burglary – 8700 blk 48th Pl. W.

A resident reported that sometime within the previous 30 minutes his house had been burglarized. The rear sliding glass door had been broken and jewelry had been stolen. There is no suspect information.

Assist to Aid – 5700 blk 104th Pl. S.W.

Officers were dispatched to a report of an adult female screaming at the location. It was determined that she was having a medical problem and was treated at the scene by aid.

Suspicious – 300 blk Lincoln Ave.

An officer was dispatched to check on a suspicious male associated with a motorcycle in the Rosehill Community Center parking lot. The subject was waiting for the ferry.

DUI Collision – 53rd & 81st Sts.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a one-vehicle collision into a tree. The motorist was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. He provided a breathalyzer sample of .126 and .126. He was cited and released to a family member.

May 5

Collision – 12700 blk SR-525

Vehicle 1 was turning onto northbound SR-525 from Beverly Park Road and lost control of the vehicle, striking the curb and a safety barrier. The vehicle was towed by R&R Star Towing. There were no injuries.

Public Assist – 400 blk Lamar Dr.

A neighbor reported a water line break in the area and requested assistance, as water was starting to flood the garages in the neighborhood. The fire department responded to assist and an officer contacted the Mukilteo Water District for the caller.

Civil – 10900 blk SR-525

The manager at the above Shell gas station reported a woman had accidentally drove off with the gas pump hose still attached to her vehicle. When asked by management to provide her information, the woman refused. The officer assisted in the exchange of information.

Unwanted Subjects – 5300 blk H.P. Blvd.

The manager reported five “squatters” that were hanging out near the cabana and wanted them to leave. The subjects were not located. When officers contacted the manager for more information, she became upset and failed to provide any.

Theft – 5600 95th Pl. S.W.

RP reported the license plate was stolen off his vehicle while it was being delivered to him from Texas. It was unsure when or exactly where it was stolen from. The license plate was entered into the computer system.

Lost/Found Child – 11000 blk 60th Ave. W.

A caller reported her 4-year-old daughter missing for the past five minutes. While the officers were en route, the mother called back to say that her child was found and no assistance was needed.

Animal Complaint – 5900 blk116th Ct. S.W.

Officers were dispatched to a report of two aggressive German shepherds that chased the caller and her dog in her yard. The dogs were not found.

Civil Problem – 900 Goat Trail Loop Rd.

A resident reported that her neighbor cut down some of her landscaping a few months ago. An officer provided her with some resources to help resolve the matter.

Traffic Hazard – 600 blk Front St.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a group of juveniles walking in traffic while the ferry was trying to disembark. The subjects were gone on arrival.

Follow-Up/Burglary – 5300 blk H.P. Blvd.

The manager of the apartment complex reported that the cabana was burglarized this afternoon. She believes some squatters she reported earlier in the day might be responsible.

Assist Aid – 4800 blk 72nd Pl. S.W.

The fire department requested assistance with traffic control, as one of their aid units was partially blocking SR-525 while handling a medical call.

Welfare Check – 3rd St. & Lincoln Ave.

An officer was dispatched to check the welfare of an intoxicated male staggering along the sidewalk. A sober friend agreed to transport the subject home.

Party Complaint – 1000 blk SR-525

Officers were dispatched to loud party and located a large group at the residence. They were advised to end the party and agreed to do so.

Residential Burglary – 9700 blk 58th Pl. W.

A resident reported his home had been burglarized some time over the past 10 hours. Several miscellaneous items were taken. The case is under investigation.

DUI Arrest – 208th & 66th Sts.

While working the TZT (Target Zero Task force) traffic emphasis detail the officer arrested a subject for driving under the influence and issued several other people infractions.

May 6

Juvenile Problem – 10600 blk Marine View Dr.

Officer were dispatched to the area to check for a vehicle with several juveniles sleeping in it. Officers located the vehicle and contacted four juveniles. The juveniles said they had been at a party last night and were sleeping, waiting to go home. All four of the juveniles were released to their parents.

Animal Complaint – 600 blk Front St.

A resident reported a dog in the bed of a pickup truck at Lighthouse Park that had been barking for the past 30 minutes. An officer spoke with the vehicle owner, and he quieted the dog down.

Juvenile Problem – 1800 blk SR-525

A resident reported that her 13-year-old daughter was out of control, throwing things in the house and that she hit her. Officers spoke with the mom and she said that she no longer needed assistance, as she was able to get her daughter to take her medication.

Narcotics – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.

A resident reported a strong smell of marijuana in her bathroom that she believed to be coming from the adjacent apartment. An officer verified the odor and attempted contact the neighbor next door. There was no answer. The information was relayed to apartment management.

Narcotics – 600 blk Front St.

A caller reported a group of juveniles at Lighthouse Park were smoking marijuana. Officers contacted the group and found that there was an adult that was smoking tobacco from a Hookah. The adult agreed to comply with the city’s voluntary non-smoking program and put it away.

Trespass – 5300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that there are people sleeping in the cabana at nighttime who do not live in the complex. The case is under investigation.

Harassment – 900 blk 5th St.

A resident reported being harassed by an acquaintance who resides out of state. The incident is under investigation.

May 7

Juvenile Problem – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported a juvenile smoking in the area. The youth put the cigarette out after telling the caller that he was 18 years old. An officer later contacted the youth who voluntarily showed ID and was 18 years old. The youth said the caller was nasty, swore and yelled at him.

Animal Problem – 13100 blk Harbour Heights Dr.

An officer found a large Collie mix dog running loose in the above location. The officer yelled at the dog to “GO HOME!” and followed it to its home. The officer contacted the homeowner, who confirmed that the dog lived there. He said that the dog belongs to his dad and that it had probably gone out an unsecured gate.

Malicious Mischief – 10500 blk H.P. Blvd.

The above location was “tagged” with chalk over the weekend. There was no damage, and it was washed off.

2 Car Crash –12300 blk SR-525

Vehicle 2 slowed in traffic and Vehicle 1 struck it from behind. There were no injuries.

3 Car Crash –100 blk SR-525

An armored car pulled out of the ferry holding lanes onto southbound SR-525 into the path of southbound and northbound vehicles. The southbound vehicle struck the passenger side front bumper of the armored car, spinning it into another that had stopped prior to hitting the armored car. The driver of the southbound vehicle was transported by aid to a hospital for chest injuries.

Animal Problem – 700 blk 2nd St.

An officer responded to a report of a dog locked in a vehicle parked in front of the location. On arrival, the officer checked the inside temperature of the car and measured it to be 93 degrees. The owners of the dog came out of and took over care for the dog.

Theft 3 – 7800 blk 44th Ave. W.

An officer responded to the area regarding the theft of a propane tank and heater within the past two weeks. The case is under investigation.

Harassment/Assault – 12700 blk SR-525

Officers responded to the area regarding a disturbance involving a vehicle. Officers contacted three subjects who were involved. No more information was available at the time of this report. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious Vehicle – 4800 blk Harbour Heights Dr.

An officer checked the area for a red Chevy in the area possibly dealing drugs. The vehicle was not located.

Juvenile Problem –11800 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded to the above location regarding reports of juveniles throwing water balloons at passing cars. The officer did not locate the youths, but did locate several broken water balloons.

Juvenile Problem – 4600 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded to the area regarding two juvenile males, who possibly had been drinking and “acting up.” The officer contacted the youths and they decided to leave.

Malicious Mischief – 11700 blk SR-525

A caller reported that he was walking into the location and an individual made a right turn in his vehicle in front of him and brushed up against his pants. The caller then hit the side of the subject’s vehicle causing damage to the rear windshield wiper. The caller then pursued the subject on foot and confronted him again. Officers had the case forwarded to the prosecutor.

Traffic Complaint – 4400 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported that he caught a juvenile doing donuts with his vehicle in the parking lot. The caller said that the juvenile was working on the cleanup. An officer also contacted the juvenile’s parents so they were aware of the situation.

Warrant Service/Criminal Traffic – SR 525

An officer stopped a vehicle because the registered owner matched the driver and had a suspended driver’s license and had two warrants for driving with a suspended license in the third degree. The driver was the registered owner. The officer cited him for third-degree DWLS and arrested him on the warrants. He was booked and lodged at the county jail.

Display of a Weapon – 10600 blk SR-525

A caller reported that he was driving home from the beach with a group of friends. He said that a white male in a white Mitsubishi flipped them off, so they flipped him off. The male then showed them a black handgun. He said that the male did not point the gun at them and the caller never got the license number of the Mitsubishi.

Criminal Traffic – 12300 blk Cyrus Way

An officer stopped a vehicle for speeding and the driver had a suspended driver’s license. The officer cited the driver for both violations.
