Oct. 2

Vehicle Prowl – 8000 blk 52nd Ave. W.

A caller reported that her unlocked vehicle was prowled. Jumper cables and emergency kit were stolen.

Follow Up – 4800 blk Hidden Forest Dr.

A caller reported that her grandson had returned home. He was removed from runaway status.

Fraud Report – 8700 blk 53rd Ave. W.

A resident reported he was concerned because an unknown caller requested personal information and a money order be sent to a “megamillions” company so that he could collect a cash prize. The resident did not provide any personal information.

Malicious Mischief – 4900 blk 101st. Pl. S.W.

A caller reported that her daughter was destroying property in the home. The daughter fled the area on foot prior to officers arrival. She was not located.

Collision – Cyrus Way & Harbour Pointe Blvd.

Vehicle 1 failed to stop at the intersection and collided into the rear of Vehicle 2. There were no injuries.

Unwanted Subject – 12100 blk Cyrus Way

A caller advised that there was a woman at the location causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Officers discovered that she was upset about the monthly rent increasing. No crime occurred.

Vehicle Prowl – 8100 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A passerby came to the station to report a vehicle prowl that occurred last night. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious – 4700 blk 87th St. S.W.

A resident received a phone call from someone claiming they were from the National Crime Network. The caller advised that the caller told her there was a federal complaint against her and that she owed back tax money. The resident did not give out any personal information. An officer provided her with some crime prevention tips.

Animal Problem – 4800 blk Sterling Way

An officer responded to a report of a subject bitten by a dog. The incident is under investigation.

Traffic Complaint – 600 blk Washington Ct.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a recklessly driven motorcycle. It was not located.

Traffic Complaint – 6200 blk St. Andrews Dr.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a recklessly driven white Pontiac. It was not located.

Assist Law – 600 blk Front St.

The Coast Guard requested that an officer assist them as they towed a boater previously arrested for BUI (Boating Under the Influence) to the park dock. The officer stood by until a friend arrived at the park to operate the boat.

Assist Law – 12300 blk SR-525

An officer was dispatched to check on a vehicle that was parked against a mound of dirt behind the location. The officer checked the vehicle and determined it was unoccupied and had a flat tire. The vehicle was registered to a rental company and was not reported stolen. The location of the incident was in the county and the information was relayed to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 3

Residential Burglary – 13200 blk 42nd Ave. W.

A resident reported her mountain bike was stolen out of her open garage sometime this morning. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious Circumstances – 4800 blk 102nd Pl. S.W.

A caller reported receiving some scam phone calls. She said that she received two calls in the past two days from someone claiming to be their grandson asking for bail money. No money or personal information was given. An officer provided the caller with some crime prevention tips.

Suspicious Vehicle – 8200 blk 44th Ave. W.

An officer located an occupied suspicious vehicle parked in the back vacant lot. The officer determined that the subject was a Boeing employee on a lunch break.

Animal Complaint – 49th Ave. W. & 92nd St. S.W.

A caller reported finding a golden retriever wandering in the area.

Harassment – 5300 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer took a report regarding some ongoing harassing emails and phone calls from a woman’s ex-husband. Information was provided on how to obtain a court order.

Found Property – 4600 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a found purse located at the Mukilteo Library. The officer contacted the owner and made arrangements to pick up the items Friday morning.

Welfare Check – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

CPS requested a welfare check on a boy. There were reports that the child has been lacking food and some basic needs. Officers checked the home but no one was there. Information was forwarded to CPS.

Juvenile Problem – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that her 15-year-old son ran away from home about 15 minutes earlier. The juvenile returned home a short time later.

Vehicle Recovery – SCSO

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office recovered an unoccupied Honda reported stolen out of Mukilteo on Sept. 30. The vehicle was impounded by to Shannon Towing and the owner was notified of the recovery.

Traffic Hazard – 900 blk 5th St.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a powerline across the roadway that was sparking. Officers assisted with traffic control until PUD secured the wire.

Suspicious – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a white minivan that was occupied by what appeared to be four juveniles who were smoking something. Officers located the vehicle and did not find any evidence of a crime. Two of the subjects lived in the apartment complex and were visiting with friends.

Juvenile Problem – 5700 blk 95th Pl. SW.

A caller reported that his 13-year-old daughter and her friend snuck out of his house a few minutes earlier. They were located a few blocks away. The mother responded and transported the daughter and friend home.

Oct. 4

Collision – 8300 blk SR-525

A motorcyclist pulled out of the location, slipped on a slippery patch of roadway and laid his bike over. He was not injured, but there was some minor damage to his motorcycle.

Found Property – 8300 blk 53rd Ave. W.

A caller advised that there was an abandoned large black suitcase at the location. An officer found the owner of the suitcase and returned it to him.

Harassment – 4800 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

A caller advised that she was receiving sexual type calls at work from an unknown caller. The case is under investigation.

Traffic Hazard – 10500 blk 64th Pl. W.

A caller advised that he was a semi-truck driver and he hit some low-hanging lines draped over the roadway. Officers discovered that the lines belonged to a phone company and they responded and raised them. There was no damage.

Vehicle Prowl – 8000 blk 52nd Ave. W.

A caller advised that two of her vehicles had been prowled Wednesday night. A set of keys were taken from one of the vehicles. There are no suspects.

Welfare Check – 600 blk Front St.

Officers responded to an intoxicated man at the location that had been asked to leave. He was indeed intoxicated, but did not appear to be a danger to himself or others.

Suspicious Vehicle – 3600 blk South Rd.

An officer responded to a suspicious vehicle at the location and contacted the occupant. He said that he was picking mushrooms.

Traffic Hazard – H.P. Blvd. & Village Center Pl.

A caller advised that there appeared to be the remnants of a collision at the location. It was off the roadway.

Suspicious – 9500 blk 49th Pl. W.

A caller advised that one of his neighbors called him a lazy American because he asked the neighbor what he was staring at. There was no crime.

Suspicious – 600 blk Campbell Ave.

A caller advised that a man with red hair, a red goatee and a blue sweatshirt ran through her yard. He was gone on arrival.

Narcotics – 4800 blk Pointes Dr.

An officer responded to the above location for a subject who found a bag of marijuana and some paraphernalia on the nearby trail. It was booked into evidence as found property.

Civil – 8400 blk SR-525

A caller advised that he was discriminated at the location because of a perceived disability. He said that an employee told him not to come back because he was going to scare the customers. He was advised to contact an attorney.

Suspicious – 12500 blk 63rd Pl. W.

A caller advised that there were three juvenile males in the park adjacent to her house. She thought that they might be responsible for the burglary at her house earlier in the day. She said that they left when she attempted to speak to them. They were not located.

Assault 4 – 11700 blk Cyrus Way

A caller advised that there was a woman screaming in the woods behind the location. He said that it sounded like she was in pain. Officers found a woman in a tent in the woods. She said that she had been beaten by her boyfriend. She said that he was last seen leaving southbound from the location on a gray BMX bicycle. The officers checked the area and the suspects last known address but he was not located. The woman was transported to the hospital at her request. The case will be sent to the prosecutor.

Suspicious – 7200 blk 44th Pl. W.

A caller advised that a 50-year-old white man, wearing a long sleeve button-up shirt and khaki pants was handing out flyers to a pizza place. She said that when she called the pizza place, they said that they did not have anyone handing out flyers. The man was not located.

Theft – 8400 blk SR-525

Officers responded to the location for a report of two teenaged boys associated with a blue BMW attempting to steal beer. The officers found that the two teens took several cans of “Four Loco” alcoholic beverage and left the store. They were not immediately located.

Theft/MIP – 10200 blk SR-525

Officers responded to the location for a report of a teenaged boy who shoplifted a bottle of alcohol. The officers contacted the suspect who was somewhat intoxicated. The employee said that suspect had concealed two bottles of tequila under his shirt then ran from the store. He ran northbound from the store and dropped the bottles before returning to his vehicle. The officers located another subject in the back of the suspect’s BMW. He was extremely intoxicated. He had a can of “Four Loco” concealed in his pant leg. They were booked into the Snohomish County Jail for two thefts and minor in possession.

Animal Complaint – 5600 blk 95th Pl. S.W.

A caller reported that her dog was missing. She called back a short time later and said that she had found it.

Oct. 5

Assist SCSO – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

A caller came to the police department because he though officers were looking for his son. It was determined that the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office was the originating agency, and he was referred there.

Suspicious – 8700 blk 54th Pl. W.

A caller advised that her car was prowled in Everett earlier today and said that two men came to her residence and asked for a subject she did not know. The reporting party thought it was suspicious and that maybe they were the suspects. The subjects were not located.

Warrant – 200th St. S.W. & 44th Ave. W.

Brier police arrested a subject on an outstanding Mukilteo warrant for trespass and requested a meeting. An officer took custody of the subject and booked him into the Snohomish County Jail.

DWLS 3 – 12700 blk SR-525

King County Sheriff’s Office arrested a subject on an outstanding Mukilteo warrant for driving with a suspended license and requested a meeting. Due to current staffing levels at the time, there was not an officer available to meet the sheriff. KCSO booked the subject into the Snohomish County Jail.

Patrol Information – SR-525

A passerby reported a street sweeper somewhere on SR-525 (he did not give a cross street) that was causing a traffic hazard. An officer did not locate the vehicle. Washington State Patrol was also advised.

Residential Burglary – 4600 blk Arbors Cir.

A caller advised that his house was burglarized sometime today between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Entry was likely made through a faulty sliding glass door lock. Multiple items were taken, including jewelry and electronics. Several other pieces of the homeowner’s property were found inside their car in the garage, as the suspects were intending to steal the car as well, but were likely startled off. The case is under investigation.

Disturbance – 4800 blk 92nd St. S.W.

Officers received third-party information about a possible disturbance at the location involving a wedding party and a transient in the wooded area. All subjects were gone on arrival and no further information was available.

Trespass – 1200 blk Mukilteo Ln.

A caller advised that there was a subject riding a dirt bike on the railroad tracks at the location. There were no officers available to respond immediately due to other calls.

DUI – 12700 blk 52nd Pl. W.

A caller advised there was a maroon truck pulling a trailer with an aluminum boat driving fast and the driver was possibly impaired. An officer contacted the driver and determined that he was not impaired.

Traffic Hazard – 200 blk SR-525

An officer responded to the above area for a report of debris in the roadway. The officer moved it from the ferry lane.

Disturbance – 4300 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

Two subjects got into a heated argument. The manager at the location felt that one of the subjects was overly aggressive and asked that he leave and not return.

Juvenile Problem – 5700 blk 95th Pl. S.W.

A caller advised that his daughter just left the house without permission with two males. Upon arrival the officer located the female outside the house on the porch. The reporting party told the officer that he has been having a problem with his daughter sneaking out of the house. It was arranged for the mother to respond to the location and pick up the daughter.

DWLS – 11700 blk SR-525

An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and found the driver was driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released.

Suspicious – 4700 blk Arbors Cir.

A caller heard a barking dog in the area. He said that it was unusual and he was concerned because of a burglary in the area earlier in the day. An officer found nothing suspicious.

Oct. 6

Suspicious – Unknown

A woman came to the police department to report that they have a girl that has been staying with them for the past few days. She reported that the juvenile's father is possibly abusing her. The woman did not know the girl’s last name or her address and said that she would re-contact the officer if the abuse was occurring in Mukilteo.

DWLS 3 – 800 blk 5th St.

An officer stopped a subject for driving with a suspended license. She was cited and released.

Suspicious – 1100 blk 3rd St.

A caller reported people on the railroad tracks near her house. Officers contacted a male nearby. He denied being on the tracks.

Found Property – 1600 blk Debrelon Ln.

A caller reported finding some mail and other paperwork. The items had possibly been taken in vehicle prowls in Everett. An officer was unable to contact any of the owners and booked it into evidence as found property.

Assist Fire – 10300 blk 66th Pl. W.

Officers responded to the location to assist with an unconscious man on the roof of the house. The officers found that the man, in his 70s, was trying to cover the roof after a day of construction and possibly suffered a stroke. He was conscious and alert and denied falling. The fire department extricated him from the roof. He refused to be transported for evaluation.

Assist Aid – 11700 blk SR-525

Officers responded to the location for a man who had passed out and was lying on the floor. The officers found that the man was extremely intoxicated. He had a high breathalyzer reading and was transported to the hospital by private ambulance for evaluation and treatment.

Suspicious – 300 blk Lincoln Ave.

A caller reported that two people who had been at a wedding at the location had too much to drink and were going to sleep in a camper in the parking lot until they were fit to drive. An officer checked the lot a little later and the camper was gone.

Oct. 7

Physical DV – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A passerby came to the police station to report a physical domestic violence incident that had occurred last night. Officers responded later in the morning to mediate a child custody issue. The case is under investigation.

Property – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

An officer booked some found keys into evidence as found property.

Suspicious Vehicle – 11900 blk Arbors Pl.

A caller reported a suspicious white cargo truck in the area. The truck ended up being the construction crew next door.

Traffic Hazard – Harbour Reach Dr. & Possession Way

A caller reported water over the roadway. An officer stood by as the drains were catching up to the vast amount of rainwater that had come down.

Collision – H.P. Blvd. S.W. & Harbour Reach Dr.

A box truck traveling in the outside lane struck an overhanging branch of a sidewalk tree, breaking off most of the tree. Public Works crews came by removed the remains of the tree.

Juvenile Problem – 2600 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Staff at the location requested assistance with a combative student. Officers were cancelled prior to arrival as assistance was no longer needed.

Hit & Run – 12700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A vehicle was waiting to exit the south driveway from the business when it was struck by a red Toyota Corolla. The driver of the Toyota Corolla fled before exchanging information. Under investigation.

Suspicious – 9000 blk 45th Pl. W.

An officer was dispatched to an area check for a suspicious vehicle parked in front of a vacant house. The vehicle belonged to one of the other neighbors. There was no answer at the residence.

DUI – 12100 blk SR-525

Officers were dispatched to an area check for a possible DUI in a silver Mercury. The vehicle was located unoccupied in a parking lot of a duplex in unincorporated Snohomish County.

Suspicious – 4800 blk 81st Pl. S.W.

A resident advised she saw a male standing in her front yard when she came home tonight. Officers contacted several juveniles a few blocks away. They denied being in the yard. The caller had no further description and it did not appear that anything had been tampered with on the property.

Oct. 8

Vehicle Theft – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller advised someone had just stolen his 2005 Honda Accord. The keys were left in the ignition, as the caller was warming up the car. Officers conducted an extensive area check, but the vehicle was not located.

Agency Assist/Fraud – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Riverside County Sheriff’s Office requested some information regarding a credit card fraud case. Their case report will be forwarded to Mukilteo police.

Forgery – 12700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Several fake $20 bills were passed at the location. The case is under investigation.

Follow Up – 12700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

While at the above forgery complaint, officers picked up security camera footage from yesterday’s hit-and-run case.

Signal Malfunction – 92nd St. S.W. & Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that the power was out and the traffic lights were not working. An officer found the lights were out and contacted PUD and WSDOT. The officer later found the lights were functioning again.

Vehicle Prowl – 8100 blk 46th Ave. W.

An officer was contacted at the police station regarding a vehicle prowl that occurred overnight at the location. The victim’s vehicle was not secure and a GPS unit, checkbook and other miscellaneous items were stolen.

Vehicle Prowl – 6500 blk Harbour Heights Pkwy.

A passerby came to the police station to report her vehicle was prowled sometime yesterday (between 7:45 a.m. and 4 p.m.) at the location. A mailbox key and loose change were stolen.

Narcotics Complaint – 4600 blk H.P. Blvd.

Security at the location reported some possible drug activity associated with a blue Acura. Security said there were several kids in the car smoking weed, so he contacted them and told them to leave. The Acura and kids were gone on arrival.

Sexual Assault –  H.P. Blvd.

A caller wanted to report that she thought her ex-husband may have sexually abused their 3-year-old child some time over the summer. The incident was previously reported to CPS and a case worker will be following up tomorrow.
