Police beat (March 24-29)
An animal control officer responded to the area of Harbour Pointe Boulevard and St. Andrews Drive to handle a duck at the location.
No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision at Harbour Pointe Boulevard and 50th Place West. Both drivers exchanged information.
An officer contacted a reportedly suspicious male in the 8900 block of 56th Place West who was there to do contract work. There were no problems.
Hit and run
A hit-and-run incident that occurred in the 10800 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard is under investigation.
An officer left a warning notice on an illegally parked vehicle in the 1000 block of 9th Street.
An officer left warning notices on each of two illegally parked vehicles in the 12400 block of 52nd Place West.
No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision on private property in the 3900 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest.
A female called police regarding a parking dispute in the 900 block of 1st Street. An officer determined that she was attempting to park in a no-parking zone and told her she could not park there.
An officer investigated and released a reportedly suspicious male in the 5000 block of Freeport Lane.
An officer left a warning notice on an illegally parked vehicle in the 7300 block of 48th Avenue West.
An officer investigating a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 4400 block of 75th Street Southwest found two people talking in the vehicle. They agreed to leave.
An officer contacted two reportedly suspicious males in the 5400 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard who said they were having vehicle problems and were waiting for a friend to assist them.
Community mailboxes were reportedly damaged in the 600 block of 6th Street.
More mailbox mischief
A male in the 800 block of Washington Avenue reported damage to his mailbox.
Officers contacted several disorderly subjects in the 4300 block of Chennault Beach Road. They agreed to leave.
A male reported he was assaulted by a family member in the 11100 block of Chennault Beach Road. The family member was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
An officer responded to a report of a vehicle prowl in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.
A female reported her vehicle had been stolen from the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. An officer advised the owner that the vehicle had, in fact, been towed.
A male reported losing personal property in the 600 block of Front Street and asked if the property had been turned in to the police department. An officer advised him that the police department was not in possession of his property.
While on patrol in the 8700 block of Mukilteo Speedway, an officer spotted a red Mini Cooper stuck in a dirt embankment off the shoulder of the road. The officer attempted to contact the vehicle’s owner via phone and in person without success, finally deciding to leave the vehicle at the location for the time being.
An officer stood by a disabled vehicle that was blocking traffic in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard until a tow truck arrived.
Hit and run
An officer responded to the 10800 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard for a hit-and-run collision.
A male reported a possible unlicensed private business in the 900 block of Goat Trail Loop Road. An officer referred him to the city for follow-up.
An officer responded to a reported disturbance the 4500 block of 75th Street Southwest. The reporting party requested that a male, who had left the area prior to the officer’s arrival, be trespassed. The officer located the male and verbally trespassed him from the location.
A burglary was reported in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.
A two-vehicle collision at Mukilteo Speedway and Chennault Beach Road is under investigation.
Lost and found
A female in the 5000 block of 84th Street Southwest reported that she could not find her vehicle. An officer assisted and found her vehicle at the location.
An officer contacted two reportedly suspicious males in the 8000 block of Mukilteo Speedway, who agreed to leave.
An officer responded to a report of a running generator causing noise in the 8300 block of 53rd Avenue West. The officer contacted the owner of the generator, who agreed to turn it off for the night.
A male reported that someone entered his vehicle in the 7900 block of 44th Avenue West. The case is under investigation.
A fence was reportedly damaged in the 3800 block of South Road.
An officer investigated and arrested a reportedly suspicious male in the 5000 block of 84th Street Southwest before booking him into the Snohomish County Jail for trespassing.
An officer informed a dog owner that there dog had been loose in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The owner had not been aware that the dog was loose.
A person in the 4700 block of Park Drive requested help retrieving information about a previous civil incident from a neighbor. An officer contacted the neighbor and retrieved the information for the requesting person.
A male who reportedly threatened suicide in the 5200 block of 108th Place Southwest was taken to the hospital.
A female in the 8900 block of 49th Avenue West reported unauthorized activity on her bank account.
An officer facilitated the exchange of information between two drivers following a vehicle collision in the 5800 block of 86th Place Southwest
No one was injured in a vehicle collision in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway.
Two dogs were reportedly running loose in the 900 block of 3rd Street.
An officer contacted the occupant of a reportedly suspicious vehicle in the 5300 block of 87th Place West to find the person was visiting with a friend.
