March 30

 

Deceased animal

An officer disposed of a deceased animal in the area of Mukilteo Speedway and Harbour Place.

 

Sleeping subjects

An officer responded to the 12900 block of Mukilteo Speedway to assist fire crews and sheriff’s deputies with several subjects who appeared to be unconscious. The subjects were found to be sleeping. The officer educated them on the law before they left the location.

 

Traffic signal

An officer responded to a report that the traffic signal at Beverly Park Road and Mukilteo Speedway was malfunctioning. The officer found the signals were functioning properly.

 

Illegal parking

An officer contacted the driver of an illegally parked vehicle in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. The driver agreed to move the vehicle.

 

Suspicious workers

An officer found that two subjects who were reportedly acting suspicious in the 1500 block of Debrelon Lane were there to work.

 

Disabled vehicle

An officer stood by a disabled vehicle that was blocking traffic at Mukilteo Lane and Mukilteo Boulevard until a tow truck arrived.

 

Vehicle prowl

A female reported her vehicle had been prowled in the 8300 block of 53rd Avenue West.

 

Scam call

A person in the 11000 block of 55th Avenue West reported receiving a phone call from a fictitious tow company.

 

Vehicle collision

No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision in the 10300 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Minor in possession

An officer contacted several subjects at Lighthouse Park and cited one subject who was under age 21 for possession of alcohol.

 

March 31

 

Welfare check on dog

An officer responded to the 8000 block of Mukilteo Speedway to check on a dog. The dog’s owners were not home, but the dog had food and shelter. The officer left a notice on the owners’ door requesting contact.

 

Barking dogs

An officer found dogs barking in the 10300 block of Kay Way. The dogs’ owner was not home. The officer will follow up with the owner.

 

Property damage

An officer was unable to locate a suspect after a male reported his property was damaged in the 5100 block of 81st Place Southwest.

 

Suspicious males

Officers contacted two reportedly suspicious male subjects at Mukilteo Speedway and 84th Street Southwest. They found no evidence of a crime.

 

Welfare check

An officer responded to the 600 block of Front Street to check on a male subject who reportedly may have needed medical attention. The subject boarded a bus prior to the officer’s arrival.

 

Loud music

An officer responded to a residence in the 12800 block of 50th Place West for a report of loud music. The resident agreed to turn the music down.

 

Suspicious

An officer responded to a report of a large crowd in the 10900 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The subjects were gone upon the officer’s arrival.

 

April 1

 

Deceased animal

An officer disposed on a deceased animal in the 12400 block of 61st Avenue West.

 

Lost property

A person called to ask if personal property lost in the 600 block of Front Street had been turned in to the police department. No property had been turned in.

 

ID theft

An officer is investigating a report of identity theft in the 500 block of 11th Street.

 

Found property

A person in the 600 block of Front Street surrendered cards found at the location to an officer, who returned the cards to the property owner.

 

Traffic Collision

While on patrol, an officer located a two-vehicle collision at Mukilteo Speedway and Beverly Park Road in which no one was injured.

 

Relationship issues

No assault occurred during an argument between a male and a female over relationship issues in the 8200 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The female left the location.

 

Illegal parking

An officer issued warning notices and chalked the tires of several illegally parked vehicles in the 12400 block of 52nd Place West.

 

Loud music

Officers contacted multiple subjects in the 600 block of Front Street regarding a report of loud music. The officers educated the subjects on trespassing before the subjects left the location.

 

Trespassing

An officer issued warnings to three subjects who were trespassing in the 12100 block of Greenhaven.

 

Property damage

Three subjects who were reportedly damaging property in the 4800 block of Sterling Way were gone upon an officer’s arrival.

 

April 2

 

Disturbance

Officers verbally trespassed a female who was causing a disturbance in the 12500 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Eviction dispute

Officers responded to a report of a family member who was at a residence in the 5000 block of Freeport Lane after having been evicted. The family member agreed to leave, though officers determined the eviction process was not yet complete. The officers advised the reporting party to contact the court to complete that process.

 

Malicious mischief

A caller reported non-permanent damage to a vehicle in the 5600 block of 95th Place Southwest.

 

Suspicious males

Officers contacted two males who were reportedly acting suspicious at 40th Avenue West and 78th Street Southwest. The males agreed to leave.

 

Suicidal male

A female in the 9500 block of 49th Avenue West reported receiving a text message from a family member who wanted to harm himself. He was located in Everett. Everett police took him into custody and took him to the hospital.

 

Noise complaint

Officers responded to a noise complaint in the 4800 block of Sterling Way to find no disturbance, but instead a person receiving home care.

 

Suspicious juvenile

An officer contacted a juvenile subject who had reportedly been acting suspicious in the 8700 block of 44th Avenue West and advised the juvenile regarding his conduct.

 

Vehicle prowl

A female reported her vehicle had been prowled at 92nd Street Park.

 

Found dog

An officer picked up a dog found at 49th Avenue West and 92nd Street Southwest and took it back to the police department to scan it for a microchip. No chip was found, and the dog was taken to PAWS.

 

Harrassment

A person in the 4400 block of Russell Road requested extra patrols after reportedly receiving harassing phone calls.

 

Family argument

A female who was reportedly involved in a domestic incident in the 8500 block of 46th Place West advised police she had been arguing with her parents. The female left the location with the reporting party.

 

Trespassing

Mukilteo and Everett police trespassed four subjects in the 1500 block of 1st Street.

 

April 3

 

Family argument

Officers responded to the 5400 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard for an argument between a mother and daughter.

 

Loose dog returned

An animal control officer returned a dog to its owner in the 5100 block of 92nd Street Southwest and warned the owner for allowing the dog to run at large.

 

Burglary

A burglary was reported in the 1400 block of West Horizon Drive.

 

Abandoned vehicles

An officer issued warnings and chalked the tires of five vehicles that had been reported abandoned at Pointes Drive and Possession Way.

 

Deceased deer

The Washington State Patrol transferred a call regarding a deceased deer at Paine Field Boulevard and Paine Field Boulevard. Officers checked the location and did not locate the deer.

 

Parking complaint

An officer issued a warning and chalked the tires of a vehicle in the 5200 block of 125th Place Southwest.

 

Vehicle collision

No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The drivers exchanged insurance information.

 

Possible DUI

An officer contacted a motorist in the 700 block of Front Street who was reported to possibly be DUI. The officer found the motorist was not DUI.

 

Bike theft

A bike was reportedly stolen in the 4500 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Vehicle collision

No one was injured in a vehicle collision in the 2500 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Involuntary committal

A male subject who was having personal issues in the 5600 block of 104th Place Southwest was taken to the hospital by private ambulance.

 

April 4

 

Involuntary committal

A female subject in the 5000 block of 84th Street Southwest who appeared to need medical attention was taken to the hospital by an aid crew.

 

Vehicle collision

No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision in the 12400 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Stolen vehicle

A male reported his vehicle had been stolen from the 11100 block of Chennault Beach Road.

 

April 5

 

Vehicle prowl

A male reported his vehicle had been prowled in the 8300 block of 53rd Avenue West.

 

Abandoned vehicle

An officer marked the tires of an abandoned vehicle in the 9100 block of 49th Avenue West and posted a warning notice on the vehicle.

 

Attempted burglary

An attempted burglary was reported in the 11600 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

ID theft

An officer contacted a person in the 7800 block of 44th Avenue West regarding an identity theft report.

 

Traffic complaint

An officer contacted and ticketed the driver of a vehicle that had reportedly been driven in an unsafe manner in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

ID theft

Police are investigating a report of unauthorized financial activity in the 13000 block of 44th Avenue West.

 

Theft

A theft was reported in the 5500 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

ID theft

Police are investigating a report of unauthorized bank activity in the 6100 block of Chennault Beach Drive.

 

Vehicle recovery

An officer notified a registered vehicle owner that their stolen vehicle had been located and recovered by Sequim police.

 

Verbal domestic

An officer investigated a report of a loud noise in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard a male and female had been arguing about personal issues. No assault occurred and both agreed to stop arguing.

 

Physical domestic

A male reported having been involved in a physical altercation with a male family member in the 5300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. The male family member was arrested on suspicion of assault.

 

April 6

 

Downed power line

An officer assisted with traffic control at 53rd Avenue West and 88th Street Southwest while the fire department worked to fix a downed power.

 

Unidentified dogs

Two dogs without identification were found in the 600 block of Front Street and taken to PAWS.

 

Playing in water

An officer contacted several teenagers who were playing in the water in the 600 block of Front Street and educated them in the risks of playing in cold water. The teenagers had dry clothes with them and said they would change into them.

 

Suicidal

An officer contacted a female in the 9000 block of 46th Place West who reportedly stated she wanted to harm herself. She was taken to the hospital by private ambulance.

 

Vehicle theft

A male reported his vehicle stolen from within the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Traffic collision

No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision in the 5000 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Borrowed property

An officer responded to the 4700 block of 116th Street Southwest for a report of borrowed property that had not been returned. The officer contacted the borrower, who agreed to return the property.

 

Theft

A theft was reported in the 12300 block of 55th Place West

 

Reckless driving

An officer issued a warning to the driver of a vehicle that had reportedly been driven recklessly at Mukilteo Speedway and Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Collision

No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision in the 12600 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Suspicious

Officers contacted two reportedly suspicious people who were soliciting in the 6000 block of Bayview Drive, issued them a warning and instructed them on how to obtain a permit.

 

Vehicle prowl

A male reported his vehicle had been prowled in the 11800 block of Wilmington Way and requested extra patrols.
