Dec. 7

Verbal DV – 4800 blk Hidden Forest Dr

Officers responded to the location for a female and a male arguing.  Upon arrival the male was leaving and both subjects said there had been no assault.

Theft – 8400 blk Naketa Ln

A caller reported that she was missing a “star shower laser light” Christmas decoration from the location.

DUI – Mukilteo Speedway/Chennault         61O2

An officer checked for a driver in a vehicle possibly smoking narcotics.  The vehicle was not located and WSP was advised.

Dec. 8

Substance Abuse – 4700 blk Pointes Dr

A caller reported a vehicle at the location with two males inside smoking marijuana.  The vehicle was GOA.

Malicious Mischief – 4800 blk Park Dr

Stop the presses!

A caller advised he found a mark from a Sharpie on a door.

Dec. 9

Traffic Hazard – 76th/Mukilteo Speedway

A bus “jack-knifed” on the icy roadway at the location.  Officers closed one lane of Mukilteo Speedway temporarily and provided traffic control until the bus was cleared out of the way.

Burglary – 12300 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported several possible burglaries to storage units at the location.

Theft 3 – 12700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Officers were dispatched for an alarm.  While the officers were en route they were advised that a male subject stole beer from the location.  He was not located.

Possession of Marijuana – 1100 blk 3rd Street

A caller reported a vehicle parked at the location with the windows fogged up.  Officers contacted two males and a female.  One of the males was found to be in possession of marijuana.  He was cited and transported home.  The other male and female were given a ride to their residences.

Follow Up – 12100 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Now that’s service!

Officers responded for a report of a male walking in the roadway.  The officers contacted the male who was cited and given a courtesy ride to a location in Everett.

PSP – 3900 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd SW

A caller reported that a male threw a cigarette pack out from a vehicle at the location, which contained several gift cards, a debit card and a driver’s license.  An officer contacted the male subject and arrested him for Possession of Stolen Property.  He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Dec. 11

Vehicle Prowl – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported that the front passenger side window of her vehicle was broken out.  It did not appear that anything was missing.

Dec. 12

Suspicious – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported he was being followed by another driver over a traffic incident that happened on the freeway.  Officers located the caller and the other driver following him.  The subject was warned about his actions and advised in the future to call 911.  There were no threats, and there did not appear to be a crime.

Violation – 12300 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd

A caller reported that a male subject was at the location in violation of a court order.  Officers responded and contacted the male subject.  He was found to be in violation of a court order.  He was arrested and booked at the Snohomish County Jail.

Substance Abuse – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller advised there were three subjects in a vehicle who may be doing narcotics at the location.  Officers spoke with a male subject who said he was waiting for his friends to return to the vehicle.  Officers did not see signs of drug use.

Dec. 13

Theft – 5200 blk 86th PL SW

An officer was dispatched to a male subject in reference to an identity theft.  He told the officer that someone had attempted to open several accounts online in his name but they were unsuccessful.  He was advised to go to the IC3.gov website to make a report.

Harassment – 9500 blk 49th Ave W

An officer contacted the reporting party for a harassment report.  She told the officer that she receives emails from her ex-boyfriend.  There were no threats or anything criminal in the emails.  The reporting party was provided information on how to obtain a no-contact order.

Dec. 14

Juvenile Problem – 4600 blk Arbors Circle

No having fun allowed!

An officer was dispatched to a report of teenagers skateboarding at the location.  The officer contacted several juveniles who were skateboarding.  The juveniles did not appear to be doing anything unsafe or causing any problems.

Civil – 11500 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller stated that a customer was refusing to pay for services rendered. Officers spoke to the female customer who felt she was being overcharged.  The customer paid the bill.

DUI – 8300 blk Mukilteo Speedway

While on patrol, an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and found the driver to be DUI.  He was transported to the Snohomish County Jail where he was booked.

Dec. 15

Theft – 5400 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd

A reporting party advised that his bicycle had been stolen from the location.

Suspicious – 9100 blk 50th Pl. W

A caller reported that a subject in a vehicle took a picture of a house.  An officer contacted the driver and determined he was taking pictures of homes for a real estate appraisal.

Verbal Domestic – 3900 blk Harbour Pointe SW

Officers responded for a verbal domestic at the location.  The couple was arguing over relationship issues and both agreed that there was no assault.

Assault 4 DV – 8000 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a male family member at the location.  During an argument regarding family issues, the male family member assaulted the male.  The male family member was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for DV Assault.
