Substance Abuse – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller advised there were three subjects in a vehicle who may be doing narcotics at the location. Officers spoke with a male subject who said he was waiting for his friends to return to the vehicle. Officers did not see signs of drug use.

 

Dec. 13

 

Theft – 5200 blk 86th PL SW

An officer was dispatched to a male subject in reference to an identity theft. He told the officer that someone had attempted to open several accounts online in his name but they were unsuccessful. He was advised to go to the IC3.gov website to make a report.

 

Harassment – 9500 blk 49th Ave W

An officer contacted the reporting party for a harassment report. She told the officer that she receives emails from her ex-boyfriend. There were no threats or anything criminal in the emails. The reporting party was provided information on how to obtain a no-contact order.

 

Dec. 14

 

Juvenile Problem – 4600 blk Arbors Circle

No having fun allowed!

An officer was dispatched to a report of teenagers skateboarding at the location. The officer contacted several juveniles who were skateboarding. The juveniles did not appear to be doing anything unsafe or causing any problems.

 

Civil – 11500 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller stated that a customer was refusing to pay for services rendered. Officers spoke to the female customer who felt she was being overcharged. The customer paid the bill.

 

DUI – 8300 blk Mukilteo Speedway

While on patrol, an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and found the driver to be DUI. He was transported to the Snohomish County Jail where he was booked.

 

Dec. 15

 

Theft – 5400 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd

A reporting party advised that his bicycle had been stolen from the location.

 

Suspicious – 9100 blk 50th Pl. W

A caller reported that a subject in a vehicle took a picture of a house. An officer contacted the driver and determined he was taking pictures of homes for a real estate appraisal.

 

Verbal Domestic – 3900 blk Harbour Pointe SW

Officers responded for a verbal domestic at the location. The couple was arguing over relationship issues and both agreed that there was no assault.

 

Assault – 8000 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a male family member at the location. During an argument regarding family issues, the male family member assaulted the male. The male family member was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for DV Assault.

 

Dec. 21

 

Backpack found – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Police collected a backpack and booked it as found property.

 

Found Dog – 10000 blk 48th Ave W

A caller reported finding a dog. Police transported the dog to PAWS and discovered it had a micro-chip. Phone messages were left with the dog’s owner.

 

Purse – 4600 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd

A female caller reported that she drove away with her purse on top of her vehicle. Police located the purse in the roadway and returned it to the caller, who advised nothing inside was missing.

 

Trespass – 4700 blk Charter Ln

Police warned four males who were reportedly trespassing.

 

Domestic While Driving – 13400 blk Beverly Park Rd

Snohomish County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a male on suspicion of DUI and assault after Mukilteo Police were initially advised of a domestic dispute taking place between the male and a female within a moving vehicle.

 

Dec. 22

 

Wallet found – 6600 blk Marine View Dr

A wallet was found and police could not return it to its owner.

 

Collision – Harbour Pointe Blvd SW / Mukilteo Speedway

Police responded to a three vehicle, non-blocking, non-injury collision.

 

Abandoned Boxes – 1100 blk 3rd Street

A caller reported finding empty Christmas boxes along the roadway.

 

Civil – 5400 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd 61O2 16-14376

The reporting party had questions in reference to a civil matter. The officer answered his questions.

 

Vehicle Theft – 10900 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A female reported her vehicle had been stolen. When police contacted her, she realized her car had not been stolen.

Fraud – 12700 blk 61st Avenue West

A male reported someone attempted to withdraw money from his bank account.

 

Collision – 1900 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Police responded to a collision. One vehicle was towed.

 

Fraud – 8600 blk 60th Avenue West

A male reported someone fraudulently withdrew money from his bank account.

 

Theft – 9100 blk 53rd Avenue West

Mail was reportedly stolen.

 

Assault – 800 blk 15th Ct

Police arrested a male on suspicion of assault upon responding to a domestic argument between the male and a female.

 

Narcotics – 12700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Police arrested a male on suspicion of attempting to buy and/or sell narcotics after the male had reportedly been asking people for money in order to do so. The male was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

Dec. 24

 

Animal Complaint – 600 blk Randolph Avenue

The female owner of two large dogs that had reportedly been loose in the area agreed to better control her dogs after police contacted her.

 

Welfare Check – 600 blk Front Street

A male subject reportedly took the wrong bus while trying to get to Whidbey Island. Police checked the area and notified Commuter Transit, King County Metro, WSF and the Port of Seattle.

 

Paraphernalia – 8500 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Police contacted two subjects in a vehicle who were found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. They were booked into the Snohomish County Jail on misdemeanor charges and the vehicle was impounded.

 

Dec. 25

 

Stolen Vehicle/Recovery – 11100 blk Chennault Beach Rd

Kent police asked Mukilteo police to contact a female regarding her vehicle. The female advised that her vehicle had been stolen. She travelled to Kent to retrieve her vehicle.

 

Dec. 26

 

Vehicle Prowl – 4400 blk Russell Rd

A male reported his vehicle had been prowled and his power tools were missing. The case is under investigation.

 

Vehicle Prowl – 5300 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd

A male reported miscellaneous items were taken from his vehicle.

 

Theft – 7100 blk 44th PL W

A delivered package was reportedly stolen.

 

Fire Assist – 9000 blk 45th PL W

Police responded to a possible house on fire. Upon arrival, police determined the house was not on fire.

 

Suspicious – 5500 blk 93rd PL SW

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked at the location. Police contacted the driver of the vehicle and verified that it was a contractor doing work.

 

Noise Compliant – 4800 blk Park Dr.

Police contacted a male following a report of loud music. The male resident agreed to stop playing music for the evening.

A male called looking for information on how to evict his roommate.
