Registration open for summer classes at Sno-Isle Tech
All incoming freshman – eighth graders who will be entering ninth grade this fall – are encouraged to register for summer classes at the Sno-Isle Tech Skills Center.
Registration opened April 17, with applications available at online at www.snoisletech.com. Students and parents will be notified of enrollment status via email by May 15.
Again this year, applications will be time stamped, but those stamps will be assigned when students begin their application, giving applicants time to thoroughly complete the application before submitting it.
This year, students will be asked to rank their top four choices for summer school programs so that as programs begin to fill, students can be slotted into other program offerings.
Classes will run from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 26 to July 14 at the Sno-Isle Tech campus, located at 9001 Airport Road in Everett, as well as Arlington High School and Monroe High School. Classes at Cascade High School will run from July 5 to Aug. 14.
Anticipated class offerings at the Sno-Isle campus include auto tech, culinary arts, precision machining, auto body, diesel tech, veterinary assisting, aerospace, electronics engineering, video game design, animation, fire, service, welding art, construction, fashion, cosmetology and health care careers.
