Story of Japanese Gulch Group is a good one | Letter
Editor, The Beacon:
This is an open letter to Jon Boyce and Charlie Pancerzewski:
I’m not sure what kind of dirt you are trying to unearth, but you are coming up empty [“Gulch group is about to self destruct” and “Some just don’t understand,” Letters, page 4, Aug. 27].
The short story of the Japanese Gulch Group is this: A small group of citizens heard that the gulch was slated to have a developer put up warehouses and a parking lot over the trails.
We spent our limited time trying to keep that from happening. Mission accomplished. End of story – and it should be a good story.
Go bark up another tree!
