9:30-11:30a.m. Caregivers at Providence Hospital in Everett will mark Stroke Awareness Month in May with a one-day public event to share information on F.A.S.T response to stroke victims. F.A.S.T encourages spotting stroke symptoms quickly for better patient treatment and recovery. Attendees will learn about stroke prevention, early detection and treatment. The outdoor event will be held at 1700 13th Street, outside the Main Entrance to the hospital near the Outside Bistro.
