Rico was ranked No. 1 in the 2016 poll of lawyers and judges in our county who have seen his proven judicial record – his opponent received 31 percent “unsatisfactory” and “unknown” votes in the same poll.
Rico was rated exceptionally well qualified by Judicial Evaluation Committees – his opponent hasn't participated in any evaluations.
