High Trek Adventures opened its 55-foot-tall ropes and zip line course at Paine Field Community Park with a ribbon-cutting ceremony May 4.

The recreational attraction is expected bring $500,000 into county coffers over the term of the company’s 12-year lease.

Owner Brad Halbach of Redmond, pictured at left, said people of all ages can enjoy the course, whether for an hour or a whole day, with ticket prices ranging from $14 to $80 depending on age and length of stay. The course is open seven days a week.
