Kamiak shut out by Vikings | Football

Oct 03, 2018

Kamiak struggled against one of the top teams in the league.

Defending league champion Lake Stevens jumped out to a 21-0 lead in the first quarter and dominated the Knights 58-0 in a Wesco 4A football game Friday, Sept. 28, at Lake Stevens High School.

“We have a lot of work to do,” Kamiak coach Bryant Thomas said. “That’s a premier program. … It lets us know where we’re at.”

This week Kamiak has a more favorable matchup against Cascade, who also is winless – 0-3 – in league play (1-4 overall). The Knights host the Bruins at 7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 5, at Goddard Stadium.
