Nov. 5

 

Collision

A two-car collision occurred at the 500 block of the Mukilteo speedway. It did not block traffic and did not cause any injuries.

 

Reckless driving

An officer responded to a report of a reckless driver on the Mukilteo Speedway near 92nd Street. The driver was not located.

 

Disabled vehicle

An officer responded to a call regarding a disabled vehicle on the Mukilteo Speedway near Bernie Webber Drive. The vehicle was evidently able and was gone when the officer arrived.

 

Theft

A caller reported that some personal property had been stolen at the 8300 block of 53rd Avenue West. The case is currently under investigation.

 

Misdial

An officer responded to a 911 call at the 11000 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. The call was accidental.

 

Medical assist

Officers responded to a call regarding a man in need of medical assistance at the 9300 block of 57th Avenue West.  The man received necessary assistance.

 

Alarm

An officer responded to an alarm at a house on the 7600 block of 49th Avenue West. The home appeared secure.

 

Suspicious

A caller reported that there were suspicious people in a vehicle on the 11200 block of 55th Avenue West. When the officer arrived at the location, the suspects were gone.

 

Parking

An officer assisted a female with a parking issue at the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Speed demon

An officer responded to the 9300 block of the Mukilteo Speedway regarding a speeding vehicle. The vehicle was gone when the officer arrived.

 

Nov. 6

 

Animal

A caller on the 800 block of Washington Avenue reported that a dog was on their property. Rather than keeping the dog for themselves, the officers contacted the dog’s owners.

 

Flat tire

A caller reported seeing a suspicious vehicle at the 5800 block of Saint Andrews Drive. The officer found that the car had a flat tire and that the driver was simply waiting for a private tow to arrive and help.

 

Burglary

The caller reported personal property had been stolen at the 5400 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Suspicious people

A caller reported a suspicious man and woman at the 11700 block of the Mukilteo Speedway. The officer was unable to find said suspicious people.

 

Vehicle theft

A car was stolen from the 5600 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Minor collision

An officer responded to a call regarding a two-car collision at the 11100 block of the Mukilteo Speedway. It was deemed non-reportable and the drivers exchanged information.

 

Legal parking

A caller had concerns regarding a parked car on Harbour Pointe Boulevard near Saint Andrews Drive. The vehicle was legally parked.

 

Warrant

While on patrol, officers contacted a female and discovered there was a warrant out for her arrest. She was arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail.

 

Nov. 7

 

Misdial

An officer was dispatched to the 9600 block of Harbour Place for a 911 hang up.  It was a misdial.

 

Legal parking

An officer responded for a report of an illegally parked vehicle at the 12100 block of Cyrus Way.  The officer found that the vehicle was legally parked.

 

Burglary

A caller reported that a burglary had taken place at the 5400 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. The case is under investigation.

 

Suspicious person

A caller reported seeing a suspicious person at the 600 block of Front Street. The suspicious subject was gone when the officer arrived.

 

Welfare check

A caller requested a welfare check of a man at the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. The man was contacted and transported to the hospital.

 

Unoccupied vehicle

Officers investigated an empty vehicle at the 11500 block of the Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Alarm

Officers investigated a business whose alarm had gone off at the 11700 block of the Mukilteo Speedway. The officers deemed the business secure.

 

 

Nov. 8

 

Noise complaint

An officer responded to a report of loud vehicles running at the 4900 block of 88th Street Southwest. The officer did not find any vehicles running at the scene.

 

Traffic

A caller reported that there was a traffic hazard at the 11700 block of the Mukilteo Speedway. The reporting officer did not find anything hazardous.

 

Alarm

An alarm went off at the 4400 block of Chennault Beach Road. The officer deemed the alarm accidental.

 

DUI suspect

A caller reported that someone may have been driving under the influence at the 11700 block of the Mukilteo Speedway. The officer was unable to locate the suspect.

 

Domestic issue

Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at the 4500 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. A male and a female were arguing about relationship issues. It did not become physical.

 

Suspicious

A caller reported some suspicious happenings at the 12400 block of Evergreen Drive. The officer did not find anything suspicious.

 

Property damage

A caller reported property damage at the 11700 block of 59th Avenue West. The damage was accidental and the person responsible agreed to pay for the damages.

 

Death

Officers responded to a report of an unattended death at the 8000 block of 46thPlace West. The officers assisted the family.

 

Suspicious person

An officer responded to a call regarding a suspicious man at the 11700 block of the Mukilteo Speedway.  The subject was gone when the officer arrived.

Nov. 10

 

Biting dog

A caller reported that her dog attacked a friend the previous night and she would like the dog removed from her house. She was advised that she could transport the dog to PAWS herself.

 

Stolen vehicle

The caller reported that her ex-boyfriend took her car without permission on Labor Day weekend and has not returned it. She said that she has tried to contact him via phone calls and texts but he does not respond. The vehicle was entered as stolen and impound is authorized.

 

Pumpkin

A caller reported that sometime during the previous night someone threw a small pumpkin through the rear window of his vehicle at the 10100 block of 64thPlace West.

 

Another pumpkin

A caller reported that sometime during the previous night someone threw a small pumpkin at the windshield of his vehicle at the 10700 block of 58th Place West. The windshield was damaged and needs to be replaced. Estimated damage is $450.

 

Welfare check

An officer responded for a report of a homeless male making angry gestures at the11700 block of the Mukilteo Speedway. The officer contact subject near the driveway entrance. He did not want, or appear to need, any assistance. He agreed to stay on the sidewalk and not interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

 

Vehicle entry

A caller reported that sometime during the previous night someone entered his vehicle at the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. He said that nothing was missing from the car. He said that he had recently purchased the car and the seller mailed him an extra set of keys. The apartment complex mailboxes were broken into and the extra set of keys was taken and he suspects that the keys were used to gain entry into his car.

 

Stop sign

A caller advised that a stop sign had fallen down at the 13200 block of 46thPlace West. Public Works was notified.

 

Noise complaint

A caller reported that a neighbor was running an illegal garage in his property on the 4900 block of 88th Street Southwest. The officer found the neighbor working on cars that were registered to him.

 

Possible breaking and entering

The caller reported that he came home and found his back door ajar. He said that he remembered locking it but there was no sign of forced entry and nothing appeared to have been disturbed.

 

Barking dog

The caller advised their upstairs neighbor's dog was barking which was unusual.  Officers attempted to contact the neighbor, but no one answered.  The dog was no longer barking and the reporting party did not know if anyone was home.

 

Barking dog

The caller advised there was a dog parking in the neighborhood for hours. Officers made contact at the above residence where a dog was left outside. The dog barked while the officer was on scene and a warning was left on the door. Officers also called the owner who said they would call their husband to bring the dog inside.


Rogue Prius

The reporting party advised of a suspicious gold Prius that kept driving around the parking lot at the 4300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. Officers found the owner of the Prius was having battery problems, but would leave. The reporting party requests extra patrols.

 

Welfare check

The caller stated he was worried about his kids as his fiancée took off with them.  Her was calling from California and they wanted a phone call with results.  Officers contacted the children who were in good spirits and being cared for.  The officer relayed the information to the caller.

 

Missing person

The caller called 911 to ask about her husband, since she could not find him. Officers found that the husband was still a patient at Providence. The caller was okay and not a danger to herself.  She was advised of her husband’s location.

 

Dietary differences

The reporting party advised of a child screaming and a grandmother yelling in the unit above her at the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.  Officers contacted the family and it was found that she and her daughter were having a loud discussion about diets.  There were no problems.

 

Nov. 11

 

Domestic

The officers responded for a disturbance between wife and her husband at the 12700 block of Graham Way. It was verbal and the officers confirmed there was no assault.

 

Oops

An officer responded to the 11100 block of the Mukilteo Speedway for an audible alarm. It was an accidental trip by a new employee.

 

Former employee

Officers responded to the 11700 block of Cyrus Way for a former employee who entered the building through an unlocked door and was rambling about bacteria and mind control. He initially had refused to leave but was gone when officers arrived. The officer suggested that they send a trespass notice to his last known address via certified mail.

 

Vehicle concern

An officer responded to Harbour Pointe Boulevard for a report of an off-road vehicle being driven in the street. The officer located the vehicle and confirmed that it was street legal and registered.

 

Customer is always right

Officers responded for a disturbance between a customer and an employee at the 11400 block of the Mukilteo Speedway.  The situation was resolved and the manager apologized and offered a 10% discount on the service.

 

Loud argument

The caller advised that their neighbors were arguing. Officers contacted one subject at the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard who advised he was on the phone with his wife and they were arguing about the parking situation at the apartment complex.

 

Near collision

A caller advised a green Mustang almost struck their vehicle and then hit a curb.  Officers checked the area and found that Everett PD was out with the Mustang at the Boeing Tour Center.
