July 14

 

Bike theft

A caller reported that his bicycle was stolen from the 5000 block of 94th Street Southwest. The bike was entered as stolen.

 

Suspicious vehicle

A reporting party advised of a suspicious vehicle in the 4200 block of 78th Street Southwest. An officer spoke to the registered owner’s mother, who stated that her son was working in the area. There were no other problems.

 

Vehicle prowl

A caller reported that her vehicle was prowled in the 8300 block of 53rd Avenue West.

 

Wallet theft

A reporting party advised that her wallet was stolen from a location in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Forgery

A caller in the 600 block of 6th Street reported that a check was cashed from her bank account. The case is under investigation.

 

Loud music

A reporting party advised of loud music in the 5800 block of 125th Place Southwest. The resident was contacted and agreed to turn the music down.

 

Warrant arrest

An officer stopped a vehicle at Harbour Reach Road and Chennault Beach Road. The driver was arrested on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

July 15

 

Vehicle collison

While on patrol, an officer discovered a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the 9200 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Tree in roadway

A reporting party advised of a tree down in the road in the 5500 block of 92nd Street Southwest. An officer moved the tree out of the roadway.

 

Lost vehicle

A reporting party in the 600 block of Front Street advised that he was unable to locate his vehicle. An officer assisted in locating the vehicle.

 

Vehicle stuck

An officer responded to a report of a vehicle stuck at Lighthouse Park. The driver was able to free the vehicle without any assistance.

 

Beached seal

A caller reported that there was a deceased seal at Edgewater Beach in Everett. An officer advised Seal Sitters and Everett police.

 

July 16

 

Found dog

A caller reported finding a dog in the 8800 block of 48th Place West. An officer located the dog’s owner via a dog license. The owner retrieved the dog.

 

Deer in headlights

A reporting party advised of a deer in the roadway in the 9900 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The deer ran away upon an officer’s arrival.

 

July 17

 

Domestic violence

A caller reported that her boyfriend assaulted her in the 11500 block of West Oakmont Drive. The case is under investigation.

 

Vehicle theft

A caller reported that her vehicle was stolen from the 12000 block of Possession Way.

 

Loud power tools

A caller complained about noise from power tools being used in the 4800 block of 76th Street Southwest. An officer contacted a subject who was working at the location and found no violations.

 

Online shopping

A reporting party in the 5000 block of 81st Place Southwest advised of problems with a seller from an online shopping website. An officer advised that the matter was civil.

 

Raccoon removal

A reporting party in the 5400 block of 101st Street Southwest advised that a raccoon had entered the house. An officer assisted in removing the raccoon from the house.

 

July 18

 

Malicious mischief

A reporting party advised of damage to a vehicle in the 900 block of 1st Street.

 

Traffic light

A caller reported the traffic light at 5th Street and Mukilteo Speedway was not working properly. An officer found that there were no malfunctions.

 

Trespassing arrest

Officers responded to a report of a female acting suspicious in the 5300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. The officers contacted the female and discovered she was prohibited from being at the location. She was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

Abandoned vehicle

An officer responded to a report of an illegally parked vehicle at Pointes Drive and Greenhaven Lane. The officer marked the tires and posted a warning notice.

 

DUI collision

Officers responded to a single-vehicle collision in which the driver was injured in the 10500 block of 66th Place West. The driver was contacted, arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence.

 

Welfare check

Officers responded to the 8200 block of 53rd Avenue West to check on a male subject who had fallen down. He was evaluated by aid and released.

 

July 19

 

Order violation

Officers were dispatched to an order violation in progress in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. The officers contacted a female, who was at the location in violation of a no-contact order. She was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

Collision

An officer responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury collision at Mukilteo Speedway and 121st Street Southwest.

 

Domestic violence

A reporting party advised that a male subject assaulted her during an argument in the 5500 block of 104th Place Southwest. He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail on suspicion of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

 

July 20

 

Fraudulent check

A reporting party in the 6700 block of Waterton Circle advised that she received a fraudulent check in the mail. She did not attempt to cash the check.

 

Disabled vehicle

While on patrol, an officer discovered a disabled vehicle blocking traffic in the 9500 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The officer stood by with the driver until a private tow truck arrived to remove the vehicle from the roadway.

 

Accused of theft

A reporting party advised that he was confronted and accused of taking personal property from a public location in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. He stated he had no knowledge of any property being stolen, and an officer found no evidence of a crime.

 

Theft

Officers were dispatched to a report of theft in the 10200 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The case is under investigation.

 

Personal property stolen

A reporting party advised that personal property was stolen from a location in the 8400 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The case is under investigation.

 

Barking dogs

An officer was dispatched to a report of a barking dog in the 9100 block of 50th Place West. The officer contacted a resident who stated he would pay closer attention to his dogs’ barking to prevent future disturbances.

 

July 21

 

Death investigation

An officer responded to a death report in the 5800 block of 86th Place Southwest. It was determined that the death occurred of natural causes. The body was released to the funeral home.

 

Traffic complaint

Officers responded to a report of a motorist possibly driving under the influence at Mukilteo Speedway and 5th Street. The officers located the vehicle and the driver, but found no signs of DUI or any other problems.

 

Bus pass

While on patrol, an officer was contacted by a male subject in the 600 block of Front Street who requested assistance. The officer provided him with a bus pass.

 

Construction hazard

A caller reported that road construction was creating a traffic hazard with equipment in the roadway in the 4900 block of 84th Street Southwest. An officer found that the construction crew was directing traffic and the area was properly coned off.

 

Domestic violence

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance between a female and a female family member in the 13200 block of 45th Avenue West. The female assaulted the female family member. She was booked into the Snohomish County Jail on suspicion of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.
