July 27

 

Warrant arrest

An officer stopped a vehicle on suspicion of a traffic infraction in the 11500 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The driver had a warrant for her arrest. She was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

Family hacking

A caller in the 9100 block of 46th Place West reported that a family member was using her email account without her permission. She agreed to change the password on her account.

 

Stolen credit cards

A reporting party advised that her stolen credit cards were being used in the 1200 block of Mukilteo Lane.

 

Over the fence

A reporting party advised that his kids had kicked several balls into his neighbor’s yard in the 8900 block of 49th Avenue West. The balls were returned to the reporting party.

 

Vehicle prowl

A reporting party advised that his vehicle was prowled in the 11800 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard and personal property was stolen.

 

Shoplifting

An officer responded to a report of shoplifting in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The case is under investigation.

 

DV arrest

Officers responded to a domestic assault that occurred in the 900 block of 2nd Street. A male subject was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

July 28

 

Used tires

A reporting party advised that used tires had been left in the 11500 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Not fooled

A caller in the 10200 block of Harbour Place advised that he had been receiving scam IRS calls but does not answered them.

 

Vehicle prowl

An officer was dispatched to a reported vehicle prowl in the 4900 block of 100th Place Southwest.

 

Trespassing

Officers were dispatched to a report of several subjects trespassing in the 12300 block of Evergreen Drive. The officers contacted the subjects, who agreed to leave.

 

Motorcycle noise

An officer was dispatched to a complaint of a loud motorcycle in the 5600 block of North Grove Drive. The motorcycle was not located.

 

Motorcycle riding

An officer was dispatched to a complaint of a motorcycle riding in the area of Harbour Pointe Boulevard and Chennault Beach Road. The vehicle was not located.

 

July 29

 

Fake police

A reporting party in the 8700 block of 53rd Avenue West advised that someone claiming to be a law enforcement officer called her and informed her she had a warrant for her arrest and needed to pay a fine. She did not fall for the scam.

 

Warrant arrest

While on patrol, officers contacted two suspicious subjects in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway. Both subjects had warrants for their arrest. They were booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

Shrubbery mischief

A reporting party advised of damage to bushes in the 8700 block of 53rd Avenue West.

 

July 30

 

Playing music

A reporting party advised of music playing in the 8700 block of 46th Place West. The music did not constitute a violation of the city’s noise ordinance.

 

Dog in vehicle

An officer checked on a dog inside a vehicle in the 700 block of Front Street. The vehicle was parked in the shade and the dog was not in distress.

 

Reckless denial

An officer was dispatched to a report of a recklessly driven vehicle at Mukilteo Speedway and 84th Street Southwest. The officer made contact with the driver, who denied driving recklessly.

 

Stolen vehicle

Officers were dispatched to a complaint of suspicious subjects in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway. Upon the officers’ arrival, a vehicle was driving away. A check of the vehicle’s license plate revealed that it was stolen out of Everett. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle, as well as several warrants. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

Blocking collision

Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle collision blocking traffic along Mukilteo Speedway at Chennault Beach Road.

 

July 31

 

Burglary

A reporting party advised of an alarm in the 11500 block of Mukilteo Speedway. Upon arrival, officers found that someone had forced entry and stolen property from the location.

 

Burglary

An officer responded to a report of a burglary in the 13000 block of Beverly Park Road.

 

Warrant arrests

Officers responded to a report of several subjects acting suspiciously in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. Two of the subjects were arrested on warrants.

 

Attempted vehicle theft

A caller in the 10900 block of 47th Avenue West advised that someone attempted to steal his vehicle.

 

Attempted burglary

A reporting party advised of an activated alarm in the 11500 block of Mukilteo Speedway. Officers responded to find damage, but nothing appeared to be missing.

 

Aug. 1

 

Vehicle prowl

A reporting party advised that her vehicle had been prowled in the 9000 block of 44th Avenue West.

 

Warrant arrest

A caller reported a suspicious subject in the 11500 block of Cyrus Way. Officers contacted a male subject, who had a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

 

Cycle traffic

A reporting party advised of a biking violation at 5th Street and Mukilteo Speedway. The subject cyclist was gone upon an officer’s arrival.

 

Aug. 2

 

Collision

Officers investigated a vehicle collision at Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest and 52nd Place West.

 

Fake check

A reporting party in the 10500 block of 47th Place West advised that she received a fraudulent check in the mail. She did not cash it.

 

Bag of rocks

A reporting party advised of finding abandoned property at Harbour Pointe Boulevard and 51st Place West. The property was a bag of rocks used to hold down a sign.

 

Fake grandson

A caller in the 4500 block of 71st Place Southwest reported she had received a phone call from someone pretending to be a grandson in trouble. She hung-up and did not reveal any information.

 

Loud music

An officer was dispatched to a complaint of subjects playing loud music in the 9500 block of 49th Place West. The subjects agreed to turn the music down.
