May 24

 

Fraud

A person in the 9700 block of Harbour Place reported an email fraud scam sent from someone asking for money. An additional report will be made to IC3.gov.

 

Barking dog

An officer responded to a barking dog complaint in the 10100 block of 63rd Place West. The officer contacted the dog owner, who had already brought the dog inside.

 

Found property

Personal property found in the 10500 block of 47th Place West was turned in and later retrieved by the owner.

 

Verbal argument

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 4500 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard to find a male and female arguing about personal issues. There were no other problems.

 

May 25

 

Vehicle prowl

An officer responded to a vehicle prowl report in the 1400 block of Goat Trail Loop Road.

 

Assistance needed

Officers responded to the 600 block of Front Street for a male subject in need of assistance. He asked to be taken to the hospital. A private ambulance responded and took him to the hospital.

 

Theft

An officer responded to a report of a theft in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The case is under investigation.

 

Dog at large

A dog that was reportedly at large in the area of 110th Place Southwest and 111th Street Southwest was gone upon an officer’s arrival.

 

Suspicious males

Officers responded to a report of two suspicious males in the 600 block of Front Street and determined they were government employees. There were no problems.

A male reported his vehicle had been prowled in the 10600 block of 47th Place West.

Noise complaint

An officer investigated a caller’s report of hearing noises in the area of 2nd Street and Loveland Avenue, but did not hear any noises or find any problems.

 

Verbal argument

A male and a female who had been arguing about relationship issues at Lighthouse Park told an officer no assault had occurred.

 

House party

Officers responded to a report that there had been a loud party in the 5000 block of 81st Place Southwest. Upon arrival, the subjects and vehicles were gone and the residence was quiet.

 

Slow driver

A caller reported a vehicle driving slow in the area of 5th Street and Cornelia Avenue. The vehicle was gone upon an officer’s arrival.

 

Broken window

Officers discovered a broken window upon responding to an alarm at a location in the 3800 block of South Road. The incident is under investigation.

 

May 26

 

Identity theft

A male in the 7600 block of 45th Place West reported that someone made changes on his cell phone account without his knowledge or permission at the location.

 

Burglary

A caller reported someone entered their property in the 3700 block of South Road and stole personal property.

 

Vehicle prowl

A male reported his vehicle had been prowled in the 4900 block of 81st Place Southwest.

 

Vehicle recovery

An officer determined that an illegally parked vehicle in the 3900 block of Pacific Place had been reported stolen out of Everett. The registered owner could not be reached, so the vehicle was impounded.

 

Malicious mischief

A male reported his vehicle was damaged in the 700 block of Front Street. The case is under investigation.

 

Suspicious juveniles

An officer responded to a report of three juveniles acting suspicious in the 1200 block of Mukilteo Lane. They were gone upon the officer’s arrival.

 

Ferry line cutter

An officer responded to a report of a ferry line cutter causing a disturbance in the 600 block of Front Street. The officer passed the information on to Island County deputies and Washington State Patrol.

 

Bon fires

Officers responded with the fire department to a report of two bon fires in the 900 block of 1st Street. The fire department considered them recreational fires and put them out. The subjects were gone upon the officers’ arrival.

 

Vehicle recovery

While on patrol, an officer spotted a stolen vehicle out of Snohomish County in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The registered owner responded and took possession of the vehicle.

 

Party complaint

An officer responded to a loud party at a residence in the 11100 block of Chennault Beach Road. Upon arrival, the officer contacted a resident, who agreed to keep the noise down.

 

Collision

Officers responded to a vehicle collision in the 3800 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest.

 

Juvenile problem

Officers responded to a report of juveniles at Endeavour Elementary School in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard after closing. Upon arrival, the juveniles were leaving and were advised of appropriate hours to be at the school.

 

Bill dispute

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at a business in the 7900 block of Mukilteo Speedway. Upon arrival, it was determined that there had been a dispute over a bill. The subject was not located. There was no crime.

Officers responded to a party in the 8200 block of Mukilteo Speedway. Upon arrival, the subjects agreed to keep the noise down.

 

May 27

 

Traffic collision

No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision in the 2100 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

 

Trespassing

A caller in the 11100 block of Chennault Beach Road reported someone had been on her property and requested extra patrols.

 

Found property

An officer retrieved someone’s lost property in the area of Chennault Beach Road and Harbour Pointe Boulevard and booked it into evidence as found property.

 

Traffic collision

No one was injured in a vehicle collision that occurred in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

 

Nuisance

Officers contacted a reportedly suspicious male subject in the 200 block of Washington Avenue. The subject agreed to move along.

 

Suspicious

An officer gave a male in the 8000 block of Mukilteo Speedway a ride to another location after the male reported that several subjects were acting suspicious there.

 

Hit and run

An officer was flagged down for a hit-and-run vehicle collision that occurred at 5th Street and Mukilteo Speedway. The officer was unable to locate the fleeing vehicle.

 

Meddling kids

Officers warned four juveniles for trespassing at location in the 10000 block of 50th Place West.

 

Suspicious cleaning

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 11400 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The officers found a male subject cleaning out his vehicle.

 

May 28

 

Involuntary commitment

Officers responded to a report of a male acting disorderly in the 11400 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The officer contacted the male, who was then transported to the hospital by an aid unit.

 

Dead cat

An officer responded to a report of a dead cat in the roadway in the 8400 block of 44th Avenue West. After the officer removed the cat from the roadway, the officer identified and advised the cat’s owner.

A male reported his vehicle had been prowled at Endeavour Elementary School in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

An officer responded to a collision in the 12500 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The drivers exchanged insurance information.

Officers contacted multiple juveniles walking in the railroad tracks in the 600 block of Front Street. The juveniles agreed to stay off the tracks.

A male reported that he had been in a vehicle collision with another vehicle at 84th Street Southwest and Mukilteo Speedway. He and the other driver exchanged insurance information. The officer answered his questions.

A dog was reunited with its owner after someone found it in the 12600 block of 61st Avenue West.

A theft reported in the 8400 block of Mukilteo Speedway is under investigation.

Officers responded to a complaint of party noise at a residence in the 8900 block of 44th Avenue West. The residents quieted down upon officer arrival.

 

May 29

 

Parking spaces

A truck was reportedly taking up two parking spaces in the 600 block of Front Street. The driver of the truck was in the process of paying for parking and paid for two spaces.

 

Vehicle recovery

While on patrol, an officer found a stolen vehicle out of Tulalip in the 11700 block of Cyrus Way. Officers were able to contact the registered owner’s family members, who responded and took possession of the vehicle.

 

Traffic hazard

SnoPac transferred a call about a vehicle with smoke coming from the back right tire westbound on Mukilteo Speedway. An officer was unable to find the vehicle.

 

Damaged door

A female reported damage to her home’s front door in the 10400 block of 53rd Avenue West. The damage appeared to be from a rock launched by a mower.

 

Duckling traffic

A caller reported several ducklings crossing the road in the 11300 block of Mukilteo Speedway. An officer cleared the area so that the ducklings could cross safely.

 

Loud people

Officers responded to a report of several subjects being loud in the 5000 block of 81st Place Southwest. The subjects agreed to quiet down.

 

Involuntary committal

Officers contacted a female in the 700 block of Front Street to check if she needed assistance. She was taken to the hospital.

 

Assault arrest

A female was arrested on suspicion of fourth-degree domestic violence assault after an argument with a female family member. She was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

A sheriff’s deputy recovered a vehicle in the 10500 block of 47th Place West that had been reported stolen out of Mukilteo. A phone message was left advised the registered owner.

 

Taillight theft

A caller reported that the taillights from her vehicle were stolen in the 1800 block of 19th Drive.

 

Loud music

An officer responded to a report of loud music at a residence in the 4500 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. The officer contacted the residents, who agreed to keep the music volume down.

 

Recovered plates

SnoCom advised that Lake Stevens police had recovered a set of license plates reported stolen from a vehicle in Mukilteo in the 10500 block of 47th Place West.

Garage malfunction

A female reported damage to her garage in the 9800 block of 50th Place West. An officer determined that equipment malfunction caused the damage.

 

Malicious mischief

Property damage was reported at a location at Front Street and Park Avenue.

 

Burglary

A burglary was reported in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

An officer investigated a two-vehicle collision at Mukilteo Speedway and Washington Avenue. No one was injured.

Officers responded to a report of a male acting suspicious in the 1000 block of Campbell Avenue. The subject was a US Mission canvasser. There were no other problems reported.

A female reported that a family member had left a location in the 9200 block of 63rd Place West. She was concerned for his wellbeing. An officer helped find him and return him to the location.

May 31

 

Hit and run

An officer responded to a hit-and-run collision at Paine Field Boulevard and Mukilteo Speedway. The fleeing vehicle was not located. The case is under investigation.

 

Traffic collision

No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision in the 12300 block of Mukilteo Speedway.

A sheriff’s deputy requested that officers check on a suspicious vehicle in the 3700 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard Southwest. The officers contacted the driver, who was waiting to make a delivery.

 

June 1

 

Fallen tree

An officer responded to a tree across the roadway at 92 Street Southwest and Sunset Lane. The tree was moved to the side and Public Works was notified.

 

High centered

An officer checked on a vehicle that was high centered on the median of the roadway in the 11700 block of Mukilteo Speedway. The officer stood by until a tow truck arrived to remove the vehicle.

 

Fraud

A male in the 10800 block of 56th Place West reported he had received a fraudulent check for payment of an item sold online. The check was written for more than the listed price and was accompanied with a request to send the remainder of the money back to the subject. The reporting party did not fall for the scam.

 

Theft

A theft reported in the 8000 block of 44th Avenue West is under investigation.

 

Lost female

An officer contacted a female in the 76th Street Southwest and 44th Avenue West advised that she was lost. She was reunited with family members.

 

Welfare Check

Officers contacted a female in the 10900 block of Mukilteo Speedway who needed medical attention. The officers determined that she was tired from walking. She was given a courtesy ride.

 

DUI collision

Officers responded to a single-vehicle collision in the 11800 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard. Upon arrival, it was determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Washington State Patrol responded and took custody of the driver. The officers completed a collision report and impounded the vehicle.
