School district offers free summer food service

The Mukilteo School District is sponsoring the Simplified Summer Food Program for Children at five locations this summer.

Breakfast and lunch is available at no charge for children between 2 and 18 years of age. The program is offered through the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Meals will be provided at the following sites and times:

Discovery Elementary – Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday from July 6 through Aug. 7.

Horizon Elementary – Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday through Aug. 21.

Odyssey Elementary – Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday from July 6 through Aug. 21.

Voyager Middle School – Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., Monday through Friday from July 6 through Aug. 21. Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday through Aug. 21.

Sno-Isle Tech Skills Center – Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday through July 8.

The school district will also provide free food service for a limited time at Kasch Park, 8811 Airport Road. Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Aug. 4-7.
