Many of the seed starts are destined for the garden at the top of the 44th Ave. West hill, though some may be sold during the Master Gardener’s annual Plant Sale on May 6 at McCollum Park.

Gardening tools is the topic of the Mukilteo Community Garden's second free class in a series of classes at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 11, at the Mukilteo Chamber of Commerce, 4902 76th St. SW in Mukilteo.

Bring your pruners and learn how to get them ready for the season with this free Mukilteo Community Garden class called “Let’s Get Sharp.”

You will learn cleaning and sharpening techniques, tricks for keeping them in tip-top shape for the season, and how to prevent the spreading of fungus and disease.
